Rise & Shine Day Nursery & Pre School

They show genuine attention and kindness towards all my boys, who are always so excited to arrive in the morning. My triplets have been at this nursery setting since January and I couldn’t be happier. I get a detailed daily report about food eaten, nappy changes, nap times and activities from that day. Most importantly to me though, is that every member of crew is welcoming, polite and welcoming. As an early years educator with eighteen years time, I found finding a nursery setting for my own youngsters extremely difficult. They also have a discovering app with photos and full early years foundation stage assessments that detail of all three of my boys. Rise & Shine Day Nursery is an excellent early years setting, with fantastic, well structured and adult-focused activities, as well as engaging independent provision.

Lovely childcare centre with lovely team. He is more engaged, playing with others and the nursery setting are assisting with his speech progress. We are extremely pleased with our child’s progress since joining.

My kid is extremely thrilled here and I am too. They have no obligation to do that, but they don’t see this place as a business. They are everything I was looking for and not finding at our previous nursery setting. Food is also extremely healthy and nice. They help me as a parent for any concern I have eg: I had a problem with my son’s eating habit, I had an action plan, shared it with management and they actioned it on the same day, reassuring me they will follow whatever I want to improve his eating habits. I secretly do not want them to become too popular and crowded but at the same time I want to share my true feelings because they deserve it. Great correspondence from carers to little ones, also great updates from carers and management to parents. They not only have a huge space, they are not limited to one activity a day; they are always busy either playing football, singing, going to the garden or playing in huge dojo room. They understand what it means to take care of a little one.

My young lady has been going here since November. The manager and the team really are doing an incredible job and I feel so content that my little one is delighted. Amazing early‑years hub… My young lady enjoys going here for her two days a week and she always wants to go to the personnel and kisses me goodbye as she can’t wait to get stuck into her day here. I can’t phrase the personnel enough. She has learned so much whilst being here she’s being moved to another class, I’ve noticed such a difference in her discovering. I went to look at various nurseries and as a mother, you just know when it feels right. This one did. She’s always so delighted.

The daily report provided at the end of her childcare centre day is also useful in knowing what she ate that day and how long she napped for. We were already familiar with various members of crew from our son’s previous childcare centre so we knew that she would be in good hands. The management personnel do a great job and everyone is so kind are welcoming. She has also become more talkative and interacts more at home with both her parents and her brother. We enthusiastically endorse Rise & Shine Day Nursery & Pre School. Our young lady feels settled and is always truly excited to go to childcare centre.

I cannot name one fault about the nursery setting, it’s so spotless and bright and they have brilliant equipment and toys, we absolutely cherish it. My girl has was enrolled at for over a year and we have absolutely adored it. I cannot endorse Rise & Shine more strongly. The food is brilliant and she always adores her meals (which she does not at home). All of the personnel are so kind and make us all feel welcome and take a genuine interest in all of the family. My little one joined at 1 and has learnt so much while being there, I really feel it helped with her growth, she is so welcoming with other youngsters and that has come from early‑years hub.

My boy has been going to Rise & Shine Day Nursery & Pre School for about 8 months. They are welcoming, warm, cordial and they do their best to help our youngsters thrive. When I accompany my young lad in the morning, I always feel assured that he is going to have a great time. Staff really supported him when he first started and helped him gradually familiarise with the environment. Staff are kind and patient and organise activities to help our youngsters discover and develop their abilities in a safe and nurturing setting. I treasure the spaces and I really like the fact that little ones spend time outdoors when the weather allows. I really appreciate receiving feed back about how my young lad is progressing. The manager is incredible and set a great example to all the lovely personnel working there.

The crew are lovely and I was so impressed with the Manager, I didn’t even need to view another early‑years hub as I knew I wanted him to go there. I know that he is completely secure and has the best time. I couldn’t ask for a better place to send my little one two days a week while I’m working in London. The cleanliness is excellent and I completely trust everyone who works there. I can’t advocate it enough!

I had a dread in me before my little one started any childcare centre but I feel I picked the best, I can’t thank all the girls enough, it will be extremely downhearted to see my young lady leave in September when she starts primary school. My little one doesn’t speak exceptionally much but hearing her calling for her Key Worker and putting her coat and boots on and waiting by the door with a smile on her face is good enough for me, plus she gives me great feedback on the collection and I have no fear on leaving her with her, I only wish she could babysit in evenings too. My girl started at the Nursery three months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with her headway and attitude towards going in, I find the Nursery is filled with such warmth and enjoy from the personnel and especially my daughter’s Key Worker.

Facilities here are literally second to none as the kids have access to a huge soft playroom in addition to their normal room. Myself and my husband couldn’t be happier with Rise & Shine Nursery for our 18 month old girl. My daughter’s been attending the childcare centre for over 6 months and the difference in what she can do in this space of time and her confidence has really grown. The outdoor area is big too and they go into the garden each day. The team keep us fully up to date with our daughter’s headway at nursery setting through the app and daily (email) reports. Before our little one started, she went to a number of settling-in sessions which definitely helped ensure a thrilled and positive start to childcare centre (especially as she was a ‘Covid baby’). The Manager is excellent as are her team of extremely caring and dedicated personnel. Not only that but we are most thrilled with the wonderful personnel at the nursery setting. The setting is protected and private. We can’t believe how many activities they do each day.
