The team are exceptionally expert and well‑informed about the curriculum and kid development needs.

At first, I was hesitant, as she was so young and I believe the youngest baby there. However, all team and managers were absolutely outstanding in their approach, service and professionalism. They gave me self‑assurance with all updates sent promptly, regarding sleep, activities and food, which gave full reassurance she was enjoying childcare centre and had settled in truly well. She fully enjoys all activities and it’s excellent to see her development and self‑assurance building day by day. The food made by the chef is remarkable and our daughter clearly enjoys the food there. The menu is outstanding with a range of dishes provided. All team are incredible and so welcoming, which provides a truly homely sense. Managers and higher management are fully engaged with all kids, they greet all parents and kids by their first names and portray excellent enthusiasm and passion. Our daughter started childcare centre at 10 months, as she was definitely ready for more interaction and engaging activities.

My concerns have consistently been handled diligently and my daughter is highly cheerful. Whenever I pick her up she’s beaming and consistently cheerful to go in! I have had a highly great journey with the manager and all team.

I have to say when you first walk into the childcare centre you instantly notice how spotless and tidy it is. The team are highly inviting and welcoming so it puts both parents and kids’s mind at ease. So cheerful my kids are attending Raise to Shine Childcare as they are given a excellent platform to grow and shine with positive encouragement. The updates between parent and all the team is outstanding. All team, manager and owners work highly hard to ensure that the setting is a excellent place for the kids to attend which is evident in the recent outstanding rating. Our kids absolutely adore cooking school too! We would definitely suggest this setting as it has been a excellent 2 years for us. Both my kids go to this childcare centre, one is in babies and one in preschool.

The team are exceptional and highly attentive when it comes to working collaboratively with me to ensure my son is achieving to the best of his ability, socially and educationally. His development has come leaps and bounds since being here. My son has been at this childcare centre for the past year.

Have consistently gone above and beyond for my daughter. Exceptionally accommodating to extra discovering needs and schedules. Excellent updates between team and parents. The app which allows me to see my daughter’s development is updated regularly with information about the day and photos to see special activities. Consistently incorporating holidays relating to all religions and cultures. And consistently celebrate outside of childcare centre achievements. Definitely suggest. Exceptional childcare centre.

The team are all experts at their job, ensuring kids have a range of activities which stimulate and help with their development. A well-run childcare centre which truly puts the kids they care for at the heart of everything they do.

It has a real family sense, which we adore. Our daughter settled in the baby room highly quickly and is doing so well. We can’t suggest it highly enough! Raise to Shine is a fantastic childcare centre, the care that our daughter has received is outstanding.

For a toddler (and me) such a change is highly unsettling but I can honestly say the team here have been absolutely exceptional! The team are so focused on the happiness and welfare of the kids and they are lovely to talk to – nothing is too much and they truly put me at ease. The childcare centre is highly spotless, well lit and has lots of different toys to keep the kids occupied together with the engaging planned activities. The onsite chef is incredible, making fresh and nutritious food for the kids (yes I have tried it!). The owner/proprietor is exceptional – her vision to create a homely, welcoming and kid focused setting truly feeds down to the team and truly benefit the kids – the intention of keeping room intake small is a reflection of this. I would have no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre to any parent. My kid is currently settling into the childcare centre having moved from another setting.

My granddaughter has been attending this childcare centre for nearly a year now and I can not rate this childcare centre higher, the team and management are incredible working tirelessly with the kids all parents are informed and the team works with the families, a real home from home, well done and a massive thank you
