Rainbows Childcare

Baby number two is due soon and we will definitely be signing them up to Rainbows. To begin with, I was so anxious about leaving our little one at early‑years hub but the team put me completely at ease. Our girl has thrived at Rainbows, in terms of her early years discovering, her social skills, relationships, confidence and creativity. They are always there to help parents through any difficulties and they feel like an extension of our family. We looked around a lot of nurseries when choosing for our young lady, and Rainbows stood out straight away. She treasures all the team and can’t wait to get there each morning. We could instantly see that the nursery setting struck that precious balance between being professional educators and nurturing carers. We always receive great feedback about her day and the growth journals, that are always well-maintained, are a precious memory of her journey. Lots of varied activities, outdoor playtime, reading and creative activities.

One thing I admire about little Rainbows is how all the personnel know the children’s names even when they have not yet had that kid in their group – it makes it feel extremely personal. I was extremely apprehensive of leaving my first baby with others but seeing how quickly she settled into the nursery setting and how caring the team are eased my worries. My little one enjoys going to childcare centre and seeing her friends (this includes the crew) and she certainly has gained a lot from being there. Our little one has been attending little Rainbows since she turned one. My second is due to start soon and although again I’m a little unhappy to have less time with him, I know that he will be extremely pleased being looked after by the wonderful personnel.

From the moment we drop her off in the morning we have total confidence that she will have an enjoyable and structured day. She always talks about the team and other kids which reassures us that she is extremely engaged and enjoys her time at Rainbows. We are exceptionally pleased with the support and help that Little Rainbows provides for our little one. The team are always exceptionally diligent and inform us of everything she does in the day including meals, naps as this helps us appreciate what she’s been up to and understand how well she follows routine.

She has been so thrilled and nurtured. The childcare centre and preschool crew are so welcoming, kind and caring. Without exception, they have gone beyond the call of duty for our girl. A wonderful place to support for your kids and to prepare them for big school.

Every time he has moved into a new class we have genuinely missed the team he is leaving behind (and so has he) only to find the next team are equally as wonderful! Thank you to everyone at Rainbows and I could not endorse you enthusiastically enough. We could not be happier with this early‑years hub and neither could he. Our young lad has been attending Rainbows since he was 7 months old. We could not have asked for a better setting to help him discover and develop. His confidence has grown so much over the 3 years he has been there and Rainbows has played a huge part in that.

We have used Rainbows Childcare service since our kid was six months old. This is our first youngster and they have provided valuable guidance and routine to our little one’s growth. He has thrived while he has been in fulltime nursery setting support. The team are exceptionally welcoming as well as being understanding of our needs.

Altogether exceptionally pleased with sending our girl here and would definitely advocate the nursery setting. My 18m old girl has been attending Rainbows Childcare from 12m old and now does 3 full days per week. We’ve been exceptionally impressed with them so far and our girl absolutely enjoys going here. The nursery setting crew are always kind and I feel they go through a great effort to get to know the kids and let us know how they get on each day. We get updates throughout the day on nappy changes, meals eaten (which is great for our picky eater) and nap times. We’re also kept up to date on any illnesses reported within the three age groups that may cause concern as well as pictures of any special activities the kids get up to in their early‑years hub days.

I would enthusiastically suggest sending your little one to Rainbow Nursery. Although our young lad has only been attending the childcare centre a short time, we can really see how quickly he is developing through the assistance and attention of all the Team. Our little one goes to the Cottontails and is extremely delighted, enjoys socialising with the other toddlers and taking part in the fun activities organised by the Team. Having met the manager and being introduced to her Team we were struck by their professionalism, their attention to detail and just how delighted all of the toddlers and youngsters seemed. We recently moved to Hungerford and we were keen for our young lad to go to a nursery setting that would help his continued growth.

Otherwise would have rated excellent overall. The only slight criticism is that of an administrative level the childcare centre is truly slow to respond that is the only area for improvement we can see. They do lots of activities including a Christmas concert, Outdoor activities and an incredibly varied menu whilst there. Our little girl seems exceptionally delighted at Rainbows. The crew are lovely the main reason for choosing Rainbows in the first place. We get good feedback and information on our daughters day.

The pre-school crew were incredibly welcoming and welcoming, which given the challenges of the past couple of years, was absolutely vital. It really is a wonderful place to support for your youngsters in preparation for starting school. Our eldest young lady started at Rainbows previous year, following previous attendance at two different nurseries that were disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and a house move. I can honestly say we couldn’t be happier with the early‑years hub. Our youngest girl started later in 2021, and I can confirm we are just as thrilled with the journey since she joined the baby room, who have been incredibly kind and nurturing.
