My son started Rainbow Day Nursery in January this year and I have been extremely impressed with the team and caregiving my youngster receives. It puts my mind at ease knowing my son is in a remarkable setting with lots of enriching activities.

They have done such an incredible job with my eldest and I truly believe that the Rainbows team have helped her develop into a confident, kind, nurturing girl and helped her become the incredible character she is today. I’m so glad I chose this nursery for my kids. Whenever I go to work I feel so secure knowing that my youngest is in the hands of such delightful people. My eldest has just left for centre and my 2-year-old is still there.

The team are awesome, the way they build a rapport with the little ones and how much they caregiving about them is just incredible! Especially the Pillow Room. Our son adjusted so quickly thanks to the incredible team and he is loving his time there!

There is such a visible and positive change in my son’s growth since he started going there. My son started going to the Pillow Room at Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood from January 2022 and I can easily say that the team and the nursery as a whole have surpassed my expectations! The nursery always takes into consideration any requests we make for our son. I feel so comfortable dropping him there every morning because I know he is adored, encouraged and cared for at all times by the team. We absolutely adore Rainbow Day as much as our son does and cannot highly recommend it enough!

October 31, 2024 at 3:31 amThank you Rainbows Day Nursery. They truly prepare them for centre while also having enjoyable with so many varied activities and things to do and develop about. We also send our son there and he loves it too. We absolutely adored this nursery and so did our daughter. Xx The team are incredible. My daughter attended for around 20 months from age 3 to leaving for centre. I adore the app so you can see what she has been up to in the day and they post photos and updates on her. They have brilliant facilities, fantastic homemade food and a fab garden. So nurturing and connected to our daughter. Can’t fault it. Truly reassuring especially at the start.

November 1, 2024 at 4:54 amWhen they bring him out to us at the end of the day he always has a fantastic big smile on his face as do all the other kids greeting their parents. We feel so comfortable with him being there. We had already read (and heard) the fantastic reviews of this nursery and it’s lived up to those expectations. We put our son into Rainbow day nursery back in January when he was ten months old. They truly do an incredible job. We particularly such as the app they use with updates on nappy changes, meals, naps and photos/videos of what he’s been getting up to during the day. He absolutely loves the nursery and has a delightful bond with the carers.

December 5, 2024 at 2:04 pmMy little boy loves the water playtime and running around in the delightful garden space. My little boy started at 10 months and has now progressed to the toddler room. We adore it! I am a educator, so had some expectations of what might be covered in a nursery setting, but Rainbow Petts Wood has surpassed them all. The team are unbelievable! The toddler room is exactly the same but with no further developmental development activities and the opportunity to use the outdoor space with their in-to-out setting. Every day I can see what he has eaten, how long he has slept for and it includes photos of what they have been doing that day, as well as housing the growth assessments for the kids. The app that the nursery uses is brilliant. The food is also fantastic with a delightful chef on-site cooking it fresh. I adored his key worker and room leader in the baby room, they knew his character and made sure there were activities that he would enjoy. I cannot highly recommend Rainbow Day nursery enough.

February 21, 2025 at 9:45 amThere is a warm‑hearted, inviting atmosphere and the team have a fantastic relationship with the kids. My son has been going to Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood since November 2020. He is now in the Oval room and loves going every day. My husband and I are thrilled with the fantastic caregiving my son receives and would strongly highly recommend the nursery. The team are extremely nurturing and constantly have new educational and enjoyable activities for the kids to do.

It has been a remarkable experience to start our journey with Rainbow Day Nursery (Petts Wood) in Aug 2020. A big thank you to all members of the nursery for all the caregiving and assistance that you provide to families. It’s peaceful to see daily updates on the parents’ app. All team are outstanding and their observations and sharing pictures is helping us cherish moments which we missed while our youngster is at nursery. The manager has been a fantastic help throughout and especially securing us the space for the baby. All the team members are fantastic to deal with and not to forget the magician cook who keeps the babies energy going.

March 9, 2025 at 7:37 amThe setting is always spotless and tidy, the team are incredible; so accommodating, approachable and remarkable with the kids, and they’re brilliant with the parents too – even inviting us in for events such as Mother’s and Father’s Day! I can’t fault this remarkable nursery. Both my kids have attended since they were 12 months old (they’re now 2 and 4) and they absolutely adore it. My kids continue to develop and thrive every day and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you for everything Rainbow!

March 10, 2025 at 11:50 amI would highly highly recommend this nursery to anyone and everyone who is looking for a secure, enjoyable and loving setting for their kids. The nursery went above and beyond to give the kids the best start in life. When she started she had multiple food intolerances and the nursery couldn’t have been more supportive in accommodating her needs, they even consulted with me as to the foods/brands she had at home‑like so they could purchase the same for her time at nursery. She would go in every day with a smile and come home‑like telling me all the exciting things she had done that day. My daughter has started centre confident and content following her time at nursery and she can’t wait to go back and talk to all her nursery educators about her new centre and achievements. My daughter joined Rainbow Day Nursery when she was just 6-months-old and has just left to go to big centre.

March 22, 2025 at 1:47 pmFantastic family feel, delightful secure and nurturing setting and they are always adding in new extracurriculars that the little ones adore. From dance classes to music lessons to sports. Both little ones started the day with a smile, ended it with a smile, and went into centre ready and prepared for the new adventure. Can’t ask for more. Can’t rate it highly enough. Both kids have thrived and formed incredible bonds with the team. Over the past 6 years, we’ve had both our kids cared for by the team at Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood. Fantastic experience.

I feel a lot of the confidence that my girls have had going into primary centre is down to the remarkable nursery team. You can tell they truly caregiving about each youngster’s growth. My girls (now 6 and 4) have both attended Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood from 10 months old till they were centre age. I can not thank the team at Rainbow Day Nursery enough for all the kindness and assistance they have shown my girls (and me) over the past 6 years. They work truly hard to keep the kids secure and entertained.

April 12, 2025 at 11:41 pmMy daughter has been attending Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood since November 2021. I would thoroughly highly recommend Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood. She is clearly having a whale of a time there every day, and every member of the team that looks after her is a pleasure to deal with. They always have time at the end of the day to have a chat with you about your youngster and how they’re getting on, which is so much appreciated. I was so worried about returning to work and leaving my baby at nursery but the team at Rainbow have been fantastic, and my daughter extremely quickly went from crying when I dropped her off to smiling with excitement as soon as she arrived.

April 22, 2025 at 6:11 pmOf course, there were tears when we first dropped him off – but now they have reduced drastically. We adore seeing his photos on the app! We put our son in the ‘Pillow Room’ at Rainbow Day nursery in Petts Wood in September 2021. The team are extremely creative in coming up with activities to engage the kids. The team in the Pillow Room took time to get to know him so that he had a smooth transition. They are also extremely prompt at posting his feeding activities, sleeping activities and nappy changes on the app. This is extremely reassuring for us. We would highly highly recommend this nursery! It has been a month now since he has been there and we are pleased to say that he is fully settled in. The updates with parents is fantastic – we always feel such as we are kept in the loop (excellent news or bad). Furthermore, if he has any accidents (however big or small) they are extremely prompt at calling us to keep us informed. He loves being there – he comes home‑like a extremely smiley and content kid!

The whole pillows team have been incredible, they truly get to know and understand your youngster. The team also work truly hard to have a strong rapport with the parents. We receive lots of feedback around what my youngster does each day and any new achievements. Thank you to the whole team, you are brilliant. We feel extremely fortunate to have our daughter here and look forward to the years ahead.

June 16, 2025 at 10:19 pmShe always has a fantastic time, has learnt so much and is so attached to her carers. My daughter has been going to Rainbow since she was nine months old and it’s been five months. The outdoor garden space and youngster pick up/drop off area is well spaced. The nursery team are extremely cooperative and always there to make my youngster feel more welcome and adored each and every day. They celebrate so many days and festivals and do lots of craft, it’s incredible! The posts on the parent app are extremely supportive to track their day and seeing their pictures makes my day. I can easily trust the people at Rainbow and I don’t trust extremely easily, so needless to say I’m extremely impressed and extremely pleased that we got a spot at the nursery. I feel so relaxed and content sending her there.

We particularly appreciate the engagement of the childminders who do their utmost to bond with the kids, as well as all the steps taken by the management team to work closely with families and take feedback on board. Since opening, the team have gone out of their way to offer the best setting for kids: from facilities, equipment, to development programmes and the elevated-standard food menu, there is nothing I could fault. Could not highly recommend Rainbow Day Nursery enough!
