Queens Nursery & Pre School

We had asked our kid’s key worker to help her start to write the alphabet and they immediately started working with her to do so, which was such a pleasure to see. The team organise for the kids to do many educational and enjoyable activities, including visits to the woods and surrounding shops, which our daughter loves. She also loves the yoga and Bongalong classes, where songs/ childcare centre rhymes are taught. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. All of the team are very welcoming and approachable.

We’ve been really pleased with the childcare centre since then. There is a really wide range of activities, many of them outside the childcare centre such as visits to local businesses, or the forest. These give really excellent discovering experiences. Updates is outstanding and our kid is very cheerful and settled at the childcare centre. All the team and especially the key worker, have formed great bonds with our kid. The only small negative is that outside space is limited, but what they have is used well and supplemented with visits to the forest, park etc. My kid moved to Queens Childcare centre quite recently following a house move into the area.

Queens Childcare centre have consistently gone above and beyond in organising trips to the forest and within the local area, sending home activities to do and books to read. I adore that over the years they have daily specialist educators in music, yoga, baby ballet, phonics etc. attending the childcare centre. Every day the activities are really well planned and well thought through, with a view to developing the kids through playtime. I have consistently felt like I’ve been kept well informed about what is happening at childcare centre and the educators are also very nurturing. Both my sons (one now aged 6 and the other nearly aged 4), have attended Queens Childcare centre and we’ve been very pleased with the care they have received over the years.

The team are so attentive and creative and my daughter absolutely loves going in. The team also make a huge effort to keep parents updated and involved in childcare centre activities, which is so lovely. I sense like the experiences at childcare centre are imaginative and engaging, as well as having incredible people to come into the childcare centre too to update on whether it be their jobs or real-life experiences. I sense like the team goes above and beyond to make it educational but enjoyable for the kids and I couldn’t suggest them highly enough! The most remarkable childcare centre with a fantastic team!

There is so much care and attention and each kid is focused on and each key worker we’ve had has been so attentive and personalised their approach to our little one. They go over and above in terms of activities – e.g. forest walks and activities, clay workshops, cooking and baking and involvement and outings in the local community, as well as specialised classes and educators for yoga, French, ballet and music – and they also do monthly home activity packs. They’re very communicative in person and via the app. Highly suggest – they really do stand out in comparison to other nurseries and preschools – team and management are lovely and supportive and really care about what they do. Absolutely outstanding childcare centre and preschool – our little one started in baby childcare centre and has progressed to pre-school.

He takes part in weekly French lessons and now uses some French in his vocabulary. There are multiple parent events monthly, which are well-planned and allow families to mix and build relationships. The manager is consistently at the end of the phone and email with help with anything. One of the room leaders is exceptional and my son adores her. My son attends Queens Childcare centre full time and I cannot fault his care in any way.

I really appreciated the effort that the childcare centre puts into organising different types of trips and activities for kids and also their effort to involve parents. The team are very welcoming and supportive. They are also excellent at teaching and preparing kids for school. My daughter can now write her name and she is very great at counting. They also talk about different topics like space, recycling and the setting. I like the childcare centre initiative to show the local community to kids as well. The only drawback of this childcare centre is the fees, which steadily go up every year by a substantial amount. My daughter loves Queens Childcare centre, she has lots of friends there and enjoys the activities.

First the baby childcare centre and now the toddler childcare centre, just up the road. I’ll be honest, I primarily chose this childcare centre for its location as I don’t drive. I thought the premises and activities were great, but I didn’t have anything to compare to as this was my first bub. I have and continued to be blown away by the attention to detail and care that the team provide. The activities that the kids do are insane and I adore the updates on the app as well as the weekly email updates from the manager, with pics and descriptions of what everyone’s been up to and what is coming up. I really don’t think they could do any more. There doesn’t seem to be a high team turnover and my boy is cheerful there, with the team and other kids who he has grown up with, the last couple of years. They are receptive to feedback and have been understanding with recent difficulties we’ve had with our childcare account. Thank you all so much. My son has attended this childcare centre for two years.

We continue to be incredibly impressed and sense so lucky that he is somewhere that genuinely cares about him and his development. He absolutely loves it. Not only is the childcare centre incredibly creative and thoughtful when it comes to the activities they do, but I am also envious of his day as it seems so enjoyable. The team are so lovely, patient, welcoming and attentive. The take-home activities are well thought out too, and the childcare centre itself just has a lovely sense to it. It’s a very well-rounded pre-school journey and we are so grateful to them all. He calls his key worker his best friend, which says it all. Thank you for everything you do! Our son has been at Queens Childcare centre for around 9-months now.

Our son is very cheerful to go in every morning. It feels that he consistently has a great day at childcare centre. They provide kids with so many activities, not only at the childcare centre itself but also to take home. Thank you to all of you. The team are very welcoming and attentive.
