Purple Willows Day Nursery Nuxley Village

Since starting in February, my young lady has adored going to Purple Willows. She comes out beaming, excited to tell me what she’s been up to. Have not had a single issue and would advocate to anyone! All team are exceptionally welcoming and welcoming. Lovely little garden for the kids to activities in, and great facilities. She’s always talking enthusiastically of all the team and how much fun she’s had through the day.

A member of personnel in lion room is exceptionally good. They are extremely flexible with timing in terms of drop-off and pick-up. Such a good childcare centre! Highly advocate. Staff are ever so accommodating and they make sure everyone is being taken care of.

From the day that I viewed the childcare centre, I knew that this was the place for my young lad and I didn’t even look anywhere else! He adores every aspect of the nursery setting and they strive to make it a home from home space. My boy absolutely adores it here and I cannot thank the ladies enough.

They also offer help to manage similar situations at home. My young lad treasures attending and he is excited every day to be there. Purple Willows Day Nursery Nuxley Village is exceptional in comparison and as a bonus, also cheaper. He has really developed his social competences, listening, paying attention and being kind through the staff’s patience, influence and approach. The crew are incredible, even when it might not have been a great day for my boy, they deliver the news in a way that includes us, this gives me confidence they are dealing with it appropriately and probably better than I could. We have time of another, more expensive setting. They are just as focused as we are on readiness for primary school and he is prepared for what to expect, it has been a fantastic start to his schooling. We absolutely treasure this early‑years hub, the team are so focused on the well-being of the little ones, over and above everything else and this really shines through in every interaction. Love the team.

For now, though, videos and photos of my boy are lovely to see. The online app and regular contact/feedback from those working with my young lad helped ease my anxieties greatly. Joining during a lockdown was a difficult time. We have been exceptionally pleased with Purple Willows so far. He quickly settled and was thrilled to walk in, often without looking back (whilst I held back the tears!). I’m still looking forward to the day when parents can visit and see their little one with their friends and key workers. I had hoped to see the childcare centre in action before my little one started, but Covid regulations wouldn’t allow this.

I enjoy seeing how much he has developed and progressed since attending Purple Willows. I cannot suggest Purple Willows enough. My little one has been attending for 5 months and in this short time he has learnt a lot, and his speech and confidence have better so much. They are exceptionally thorough with keeping parents up to date with meals, activities, nappy changes and photos, via an app. All members of team are welcoming, caring and encouraging, and all of the activities my boy does are well-organised and enjoyable.

My youngster has come on leaps and bounds, would advocate to anyone. Nursery is lovely and the crew are really cordial and really get to know the little ones, my young lad has learned so much being there, observations are posted weekly so you can see what your little one is getting up to via the app which is really good!

The feedback we get about his days on the app and when we pick him up is always wonderful to hear. We would strongly suggest this nursery setting to anyone looking for a wonderful and caring community for your baby or toddler. My young lad started at the early‑years hub in September 2020 and was cared for in the baby room, they helped him settle into the childcare centre so well and made the process so easy for us. In March 2021, he transitioned to the toddler room, and again the settling was so smooth. He treasures going to nursery setting and we are so pleased with how he is looked after and the variety of activities he does when he’s there.
