Purple Jay Peckham Rye

It is a highly welcoming, well-equipped childcare centre with lovely team and a excellent garden and facilities. There are many efforts to include parents in their kids’s daily activities and also to keep them up to date with their continued development. We would definitely suggest Purple Jay. We have sent both our kids to Purple Jay Peckham Rye and they have been highly cheerful and have made excellent friends.

Each member of team has cared deeply about their role and it seems that Purple Jay retain a high number of team. We can only assume this is because of the quality of the childcare centre and the setting created there. We could not have wishes for more from the manager and the team. We will miss them all. My son has loved his time at Purple Jay Peckham, and we as parents have also been delighted with the team and the facilities.

The childcare centre has a truly welcoming and welcoming atmosphere, and the team are all lovely and so attentive. All the kids have access to the big garden at different points throughout the day, and they have a wide range of quality and stimulating resources to playtime with indoors and outside, including a construction area, mud garden and water playtime area. I’m consistently amazed at the different activities they do as well. The team have been incredible and adapted so well during Covid – the fact the childcare centre has never had to close and our son hasn’t caught anything other than the usual coughs and colds says it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Purple Jay Peckham Rye, as I truly believe it’s the best childcare centre in the area. We can’t thank the team there enough for helping our son grow into a cheerful, confident and curious little boy! Our son has attended Purple Jay for the last 15-months (since he was age 13-months), and it’s been such a fantastic journey, despite all the challenges of Covid.

They have a genuine interest in the kids as individuals and have consistently been so inviting, welcoming and receptive to whatever feedback we may have had. A excellent journey! Over the past 6 years we have sent both our kids to this childcare centre and have only the highly best things to say about the team and they way they look after the kids.

It is a nurturing setting with attentive team and feels highly much like a home. All the team we have met – from the childcare centre cook to the manager have been welcoming and seem to know each kid highly well. The kids do a broad range of activities and they learn important life skills (eg. sharing and being friends). A team member who works in the Puffins room, in particular, is incredible – so enthusiastic, inviting and attentive. It is hard to comment on some aspects of what the childcare centre is like inside (eg. facilities) as we have never been inside most of the childcare centre due to understandable covid restrictions. Our kids have been at Purple Jay Peckham Rye for the last 18 months.
