April 26, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter started in February 2022 and so far we’ve been really happy with the service. The staff are all very professional, friendly and engaging. If we’ve had a problem they have been very quick to sort anything out. They are happy to swap days and accommodate extra sessions which is reassuring when we’ve had to make unplanned short-notice amendments to our schedule. The online system is brilliant and we get updates throughout the day of sleeps, nappies, food and activities. The staff are all very friendly and caring. The process of putting her into nursery was made much easier knowing that she was in a safe and interactive environment.

April 28, 2022 at 12:00 amThe nursery has been amazing at supporting our son. He had a terrible food aversion and with the help of staff, he now eats perfectly. His social and language skills improved and the staff has been incredibly helpful with all of his needs. Can highly recommend it, our son loves attending and has a lot of fun.

May 4, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son has been with Puffins at Clystheath since the beginning of March 2022 and they have been nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating and flexible with bookings if I’ve needed to move on the odd occasion and I have been able to book in extra sessions. All the staff are so friendly and approachable and I really feel at ease when I leave him there. He’s always so excited on the days he goes to nursery; he goes off no problem and comes out so happy. Thank you puffins!

May 4, 2022 at 12:00 amThe nursery has been incredibly accommodating and understanding of our particular circumstances and arranged a show around at very short notice. They were very knowledgeable about the provision and could answer all my questions at the time. The settling sessions have been positive and all the staff are friendly and approachable. We are now looking forward to our daughter starting with the nursery and feel that the outdoor space coupled with the attentive and organised team will allow her to enjoy her days at Puffins at Clystheath.

August 30, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has been at Puffins going on 2 months now and he absolutely loves it. He’s always happy to get there and always has a big smile when I pick him up. The entire team are so amazing and are very attentive to everything the children are doing. They genuinely care about the well-being of each child and have noticed small changes which they will always let the parent know so that we can also monitor those changes. The updates on meals, sleep, nappy changes & activity pictures give me a peace of mind as a parent. I’m really grateful for everyone – you guys are awesome. General communication is great as well – one staff member is always amazing in her communication. I’m glad I chose Puffins. I’d definitely recommend getting your child in there if you get the chance. It’s great value for money. My son couldn’t be happier which makes me happy! Thank you guys.

I can tell he has already started to form bonds with the nursery staff and they have identified activities that he was interested in very quickly, which has made the settling-in process as stress-free as it could be.

September 15, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son started with Puffins Clystheath in July. The settling-in process was so fantastic, regular sessions with and without me as well as a home visit meant that both I and my son were prepared for his first full day. I have really spent most days with my son since he was born so to allow someone else to take care of him was a huge deal. The girls, particularly his key worker, have all been so warm and kind to us both, they have made the entire process so easy. Now we look forward to Wednesdays as I know he’s in the best hands and he is going to have a fun-filled day. I can’t recommend Puffins enough, they have been fantastic from the get-go.

November 8, 2022 at 12:00 amMy children have attended Puffins from the baby group right up until preschool, the staff have been completely amazing at supporting both myself and my children. The bond each member of staff forms with each individual child is amazing, it massively helps with supporting and catering to their needs and has helped ease my nerves with regard to leaving my children in safe hands. I couldn’t recommend Puffins, Clystheath enough, a big thank you!

November 15, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little one loves going to this nursery! The girls there are so good with her and put our minds to rest whilst we are working by updating the app throughout the day. My little one seems to get a varied diet there and takes part in different activities which stimulate her mind.

January 11, 2023 at 12:00 amClysthealth nursery is by far one of the best. They are fantastic with communicating with me about my daughter on pick up and drop off.
They truly have helped my little one in so many ways and supported me with my journey to getting her diagnosed.
They have brilliant games and activities which have helped her learn and grow into a very smart and independent 3-year-old.
I would 100% recommend, as the manager and staff are just brilliant and really made my little girl comfortable, and relaxed and she’s always coming out excited to tell me about her day what she’s done and where she’s been etc.

April 17, 2023 at 12:00 amI cannot praise Clystheath Puffins enough. They have been amazing with my son’s transition from a previous nursery that did not suit him. They have made me feel at ease with offering help should he need any additional support and made us both feel so welcome. They have provided all the support love and care he needs so far and kept me up to date with how his day has been with pictures on the app. All staff are smiley and positive and do lots of fun activities with the children.

April 24, 2023 at 12:00 amI couldn’t be more pleased with this nursery. My son loved to be there. He stayed for two years, and every day he wants to go there. The staff are very friendly and passionate.
They explore different kinds of activities, especially during preschool. During the year, they go outside to take some walks at the local park or library or even to see the trains. I would like to leave my appreciation to all staff for the support we received during this time.

All the staff and managers were so helpful in helping ease the transition by arranging some settling sessions that I could also attend. The staff were all amazing and it really helped. She is now in the bumble bee room and is very happy.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amMy niece has thrived since being at Clystheath Puffins, her speech has greatly developed as well as her social skills. She goes on exciting trips and adventures the staff are excellent and are very accommodating to all needs. Overall, an excellent nursery!

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amMy niece comes here and she loves it, she has just been on a trip called ‘World of Country Life’, she had a great time and the staff are brilliant and really caring towards her individual needs. The staff make picking her up and dropping her off a smooth transition every time.

May 23, 2023 at 12:00 amMy toddler has been coming to Puffins, Clyst Heath for over 2 years now. He is so content and happy there. All the staff are so dedicated and you can see they all have a good relationship with the children. Our younger child has been attending the same nursery for nearly 6 months and the staff try to ensure they can play and see each other as much as possible. Our younger child had more of a struggle settling but the staff were patient, did a home visit and lots of little settling in sessions to get her used to them. We get some lovely photos sent home on Tapestry and get regular updates about their days. They both go on lots of trips and they are content going into nursery in the morning. The staff at Puffins have been really flexible with us when we had issues with our universal credit claim and we were able to resolve it quickly. Also a bonus, they offer sibling discount. Puffins have also been flexible with the days we have booked, due to a potential change in my working hours.

They have been amazing with helping my son through potty training, their support has been instrumental in the process! The children take part in a great range of activities (we enjoy seeing the photos and videos!) and they get to spend lots of time playing outdoors.

I’m so glad I chose this nursery for my daughter. She has become the most clever strong independent happy little girl!
