December 7, 2024 at 2:34 amBoth of our boys have grown up here with pretty much full daycare every day from a very young age. Not only is it an extremely accommodating childcare centre, with management who will consistently try their very best to help with any last-minute needs or advice, but I sense that they have had so much to do with both boys growing to be such independent, cheerful and confident little kids. The team are so nurturing and they think so much about how they can give all of the kids in their care a wealth of enrichment including being outside and adventuring and also prepare them for school so well too. The wrap-around care they also provide to the school kids is remarkable, consistently considering how to keep them engaged. I sense both of our kids have absolutely flourished at Puddleducks and would highly suggest their care. Puddleducks of Liss is an extremely nurturing setting.

March 3, 2025 at 9:35 pmHaving to recently deal with an unexpected change in childcare priorities, this childcare centre welcomed us at short notice for an immediate viewing.
A refreshing change for our kid of an open plan, calm, patient setting with supportive and diligent team.
Our kid is benefiting from a excellent sense of normality to its day of kid lead discovering through playtime.
Getting plenty of fresh air, walks out and about and access to playtime resources of her choice.
Nutritious cooked food on site, aspiring to peers of different ages and seemingly settled, happier, mindful and focused on a look see learn playtime basis.
Our transition of her discovering journey including a supportive parent app we look forward to continuous development of our childs discovering journey all helped along by attentive team.

My daughter and previously my son consistently delight in their journey at Puddeducks with positive stories of the days/ events discussed every day. The team are a credit to the childcare centre and I couldn’t suggest highly enough. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided to my daughter.

May 9, 2025 at 4:23 pmThey took our daughter in on very short notice but I was never made to sense like we were an inconvenience – from day one both our daughter and us have been made to sense part of the Puddleducks family.
Our daughter has a speech delay and the whole team have been excellent – encouraging her to find her voice through song and playtime, suggesting techniques to improve her command of language and being really cooperative with the Speech and Language assessment team with the NHS. Since starting last year her speech and language has improved a huge amount and I credit a large portion of that development to the expertise and encouragement from the team at Puddleducks.
She spends time singing, dancing, playing with the other kids, dressing up, role playtime, colouring, painting and taking part in craft projects – I’m sure there is lots more but this is as much as she can communicate with me.
They’ve recently helped us with potty training and continue to offer advice whenever we ask for it. Their updates skills both in person and by email are outstanding – I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for any query I’ve raised.
The building is secure and I’ve not worried once about her getting out or anyone getting in that isn’t supposed to – the team have signing in and signing in procedures nailed down so I’ve never had any worries about that. She regularly goes on walks to the local village, the park, the library bus with them as well as group trips to local attractions and events and really enjoys taking part in these trips.
It is an outstanding childcare centre and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them to anyone looking for a childcare facilities. The building is great for it’s use, the facilities are excellent but the team are what makes it such a fantastic place- their updates is everything you’d hope for and you sense confident in their ability to look after your kids. I’ve been so impressed with Puddleducks of Liss.

May 26, 2025 at 6:24 amI have experienced every part of Puddleducks from the baby room through to the pre-school facility and have found each stage to be tailored to my kids’s needs. Puddleducks offer a range of trips which my eldest kid very much enjoyed. The childcare centre excels in helping kids become ready for school, with my eldest benefiting from five trips with the childcare centre to her infant school. As a result, she was cheerful and secure when she started her reception year. The team at Puddleducks are very attentive and I sense secure when leaving my kids in their capable hands.
