Puddleducks Nursery Wrest Park

She adores her days and friends there and can’t stop talking about her day when we pick her up. They have been 100% helpful both to us as parents and to our young lady who has thrived from being at Puddleducks. Our girl has joined this nursery setting since a year old and all I can say is that the team are always kind and professional and clearly enjoy their jobs. This childcare centre is brilliant and we are so pleased we chose it and would strongly endorse to others.

She adores all the personnel as well as the kids and it always greeted each time by everyone. She felt exceptionally much a part of the family they have created and will sorely miss them all. My young lady has been there over a year nearly and has thrived since joining.

But most importantly, our boy is oh so pleased. The owners are passionate about providing incredibly high standards of support and are constantly investing in the childcare centre and its facilities. He settled quickly because the girls took on every suggestion I made, they couldn’t do enough for us. We get a brilliant attention diary every day with photos and videos, too! I can’t even begin to describe how fantastic the crew are. My little one began here in Sept 2018 at 9 months old. There is a fantastic room for 0-2’s; with its own protected garden and a designated sleep area with state of the art cots, there is attention and consideration at every turn. Even on our truly first show around; walking through the lovely warm entrance, with its neatly labelled coat pegs, I knew I could happily leave my precious boy there. They are bright, smiley and always so welcoming. I can’t praise this place wholeheartedly enough. This place is truly the most wonderful nursery setting. It’s a 10 out of 10 across the board from this exceptionally pleased Mama!

Since he started, he’s come on leaps and bounds in his social abilities and growth milestones too. Keep up the great work Puddleducks team! The team have such cordial and positive energy all day long and seem genuinely thrilled to be with the youngsters all day, which is just lovely. The fact that he has the biggest grin on his face every time I take him there or say “we’re going to nursery setting!” speaks volumes! I’ve been blown away by how incredible Puddleducks have been since my little boy started in August. I cherish hearing all about what they’ve been up to and reading about it on the app throughout the day. It’s wonderful to see my little boy bond so well with the team, I feel assured all day long while I’m at work that he’s having a lovely time there and exploring lots too.

My boy is delighted at this childcare centre. My little one enjoys his days at Puddleducks. He enjoys all the activities (of which there is a large variety to suit every youngster). The crew are all cordial, knowledgeable and nurturing. He is becoming more self‑assured. He has thrived and learnt a lot. They know my little one well as evidenced in a detailed 6 monthly report/parents evening.

He has adored it there and we had no hesitation in sending our second. My two really enjoy the activities the team put together and they are always bringing home their creations. He is now nearly 4 years. We chose Puddleducks Nursery as we got a really nice feel from the buzz of activity when we went for a look around for our little boy aged 10 months at the time. The crew have always been really good at listening to our concerns about our little ones, eg potty training and they always put our minds at rest. Even though I usually know everything as have been kept up to date through the online journal that the crew update regularly throughout the day. We have never doubted we made the right choice of sending our two to Puddleducks. The team are always exceptionally welcoming, even at dropping-off time and pick-up time when it’s busy they make time to properly check in with you and let you know how your little one’s got on.

Set acres back from the main road I can safely leave my kid here without any worries. This is the most wonderful childcare centre in the most idyllic location. We have recently moved 40 minutes away from the childcare centre but I continue to make the journey as I knew there was nowhere else I wanted my little one to go to. I can’t suggest this early‑years hub enough. Since joining Puddleducks I have seen both my sons motor competences and language progress come on leaps and bounds. The crew that work here are some of the most kind, patient and caring individuals I have ever met and instantly made me feel at ease when leaving my little boy. The sites are great, plenty of toys to keep the kids amused and the online attention system allows me to be updated with my son’s improvement and see pictures and videos throughout the day.
