September 22, 2024 at 3:01 pmWe have watched them learn, develop and grow as little people with the guidance of the childcare centre team. The whole journey has been exceptional. There is a clear passion for what they do amongst the team, this is obvious when you see how cheerful the kids are after a day spent there. Our kids absolutely adore it here!
Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for our kids, you truly are a fantastic team. Both of our kids have been attending Puddleducks since it opened last year.

We think all the team there are remarkable – they take real pride in ensuring our toddler continues to develop, and they encourage this with new skills to learn, consistently mixing up the sensory experiences. Our key worker is excellent, but I am sure this extends to all the team.
I truly couldn’t suggest it any more. We think Puddleducks is a excellent childcare centre – the welcome sense you get from the team when you enter (they all welcome the kids by name, even those who do not look after that kid), is just the start of it.

Team are highly expert and well‑informed, care so much for the kids in the childcare centre (each one knowing him by name), and truly are second to none. When we initially looked around, we were bowled over by how homely the setting is and so welcoming. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for top-quality care for their kid. Thank you, Puddleducks! I truly cannot rate Puddleducks and everyone in the team highly enough.

Updates with the childcare centre has been seamless. We receive regular updates and photos, which helps us sense connected and involved in our little one’s activities. The transparency and openness of the childcare centre team have given us excellent peace of mind.
Our kid’s development and development have been outstanding since joining the childcare centre. From discovering new skills to socialising with other kids, it’s incredible to witness the growth and self‑assurance that our little one has gained in such a short time.
The childcare centre also pays excellent attention to healthy eating habits, providing nutritious meals that cater to all dietary requirements. As parents, it’s excellent knowing our kid is well-fed and cared for throughout the day. The childcare centre is a bright and cheerful place, filled with stimulating toys, colourful decorations and cosy corners for the kids to explore and playtime.

January 19, 2025 at 2:19 amWe were understandably anxious as to how our little one would settle, but we should not have had any concerns.
The childcare centre operates from a brand-new modern facility that includes air conditioning. It is located close to the major A64 trunk road and also has more flexible opening times than other local nurseries, which supports us with work commitment.
The childcare centre is incredible. It is spotlessly spotless, and the team are experienced professionals who care deeply for the kids in their care. They take time at handover to tell you all about the day, and the flapjack and tea for the parents in the morning is a nice touch. We have regular parent’s evenings and focus kid weeks that allow us to understand how to assistance our 2-year-old with her discovering journey. They also use radios at pick-up time, so when our car pulls in, our kid starts getting ready for the handover discussion. The little things make a big difference. We moved to Puddleducks in 2022, moving from another local childcare centre.

April 25, 2025 at 1:33 amThe whole building and baby room layout is highly thoughtful and homely. We felt highly comfortable leaving our toddler and they have built a lovely bond with their key worker. It’s a pleasant change to not have plastic toys, and our toddler loves the activities and settled in well. The little extras like home visits and breakfast flapjacks for parents add to how special this childcare centre is. We adore Puddleducks and can’t imagine sending our 15-month-old anywhere else.

April 30, 2025 at 3:54 pmMy little boy is coming to the end of his time at Puddleducks (he starts school in September). He has had the best time at preschool here. The building, resources, and decor are remarkable, as too are the outdoor areas. Purpose-built for the youngsters in mind with lovely finishing touches means that from the second you and your kid arrive, you both sense relaxed and comfortable with the surroundings. All the team that work here are incredible, they truly do get to know your little one to another level. Providing engaging and exciting activities that they know your kid will adore. Baking, arts and crafts, outside playtime as well as circle time happen daily. They go above and beyond to provide a whole range of experiences – reindeer at Christmas, ice cream vans, as well as trips out. My little boy has had a excellent time here, made some lovely friends, and we will be sad when his time here comes to an end. Thank you, Puddleducks. A lovely childcare centre with incredible team.
