May 20, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has been at this nursery for nearly two years. The communication from his key workers has been exceptional. You get a real sense that you are working together with them to support your child’s development. They have tons of experience and the children are so comfortable with them.
I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take him to the nursery, but he loves it. It is so worth it.

Her social skills and personal development are huge.

A warm, loving, and stimulating environment with friendly staff who have helped my child to gain confidence and become more independent. May 26, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son loves the nursery, at the beginning was a bit hard for both of us, me and him, but all the staff from the Prospect was always nice and kind to us and made my son love the place.
I highly recommend the nursery.

May 26, 2022 at 12:00 amI have never had any sort of anxiety about taking my little one there, as the staff are very professional, approachable and supportive. I value that they are incredibly observant – always check in with me/ raise any concern (however little) which is great! They are flexible – the manager always does her best to accommodate me if I need any last-minute/add-on childcare. The activities are of a good standard and thankfully, they seem to do a broad range of activities with them. You can review progress, meals etc, live/online as they post them, which is fantastic. The vegetarian options can be improved (I don’t like Quorn as a substitute for meat and we don’t necessarily need a meat substitute).

My little one is thriving and has grown in confidence, having been in a nursery setting for 11months and recently transferring to Prospects at the age of 2 my little one is always excited to tell me about her day and display the many activities she has indulged in. Highly recommend!

May 26, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child really loves the nursery he has been there for over 3 years in all the different age groups and settings, the staff are friendly and really helpful both the admin and the nursery teachers always going out way to help with any problems or concerns. The learning and support of development are really good. If your child is struggling with any area of devolvement they will put extra support in place to try to get them to the level they should be at.
My child always has lots of fun with a lot of toys to play with and a nice safe outdoor space which is used daily and fun themed activities for different holidays throughout the year. They provide excellent meals and if your child does not eat they will try to offer them something else even if not on the menu to make sure they eat. Any accidents are reported to you on the phone if serious and with accidents form so you know of any issues throughout the day if needed. Prospect House has really developed my child and we are glad he goes to Prospect House.

My son now in primary school was able to work on developing his social skills while making relationships with the staff he will forever remember and my daughter who goes there now, walks in happy to be there on every attendance. She goes in smiling and comes out smiling with learning new words and skills every week.

Staff are amazing, caring and definitely know what they are doing as my baby goes in and comes out with a smile. She’s already learned so much and what more can a parent want. My daughter thinks of staff as family members, she has created a relationship with loads of friends, and the team have helped and supported her development in each and every way possible.

August 11, 2022 at 12:00 amWe’ve been sending our son since he was 10 months old and he was really unsettled when he first started but now he is 3 and a half and he now absolutely loves it. He loves the staff and his peers, he is constantly talking about them and always mentions how much he loves it there. Excellent nursery, very polite staff and very clean, can’t fault it, highly recommended!

July 24, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at Prospect House Day Nursery for the last 4 years since she was 9 months old. The care provided has been impeccable from the start. My daughter absolutely loves going in, running off to the staff without issue. The love, support, teaching and guidance given are fantastic. She is ahead of her age in all aspects and that is due to the staff. The variety of food that they are given means she will literally try anything.

The staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. They show great care for all children.
