Premier Lodge Day Nursery

My youngest started in December and they made such efforts to make me feel supported as we started him during a pandemic and I was unable to join settling in sessions with him. The SENCO is so passionate and knowledgable about helping parents and kids navigate their way through to get the assistance they need. We feel that we have made absolutely the right decision of where to send our kids, and lucky that the entire team at the early‑years hub are all wonderful! My eldest boy has a speech delay and until attending Premier Lodge from September 2020, I felt extremely lost and didn’t know what to do to assistance him. Both my little ones go to this childcare centre and I can say nothing but brilliant things about them.

He has come on so much in confidence. I treasure getting the daily updates through the app and find them really accommodating. Office is always available and will do anything they can to help. Overall I couldn’t imagine him being at another early‑years hub or loving it as much as he does at Premier Lodge. Staff are really accommodating and exceptionally kind. My little boy has now been with the early‑years hub for 2.5 years. They always do a wide variety of tasks and activities all of which my little boy says he enjoys. However, the early‑years hub helped him settle back in and he now enjoys early‑years hub more than ever. During lockdown, my little boy found it difficult settling back in and being around groups of people again. During lockdown 3, we stayed home as this was easier for us, however, he has now returned as he kept asking to see friends and aunties.

The app the childcare centre use is really good as they update this each day with lovely pictures to show the little ones enjoying themselves with the activities they have taken part in. Our little one has was enrolled at Premier Lodge since she was fourteen months old and over the previous three and a half years that she has been here she has cherished every day, her confidence has grown so much and she has made some wonderful friendships. The crew are all so lovely and have helped our little one to settle into each new room and have helped her get ready for starting school in September.

The app they use is incredible! My young lad has some dietary requirements which I was concerned about as I didn’t want him to feel the odd one out but he has pretty much the same as other little ones, just tweaked to suit his needs which I’m so grateful for. Being able to easily check in on him and receive real-time updates on his day (including nappy changes, meals/snacks, naps and photos of am and pm activities) is just priceless and so reassuring. He treasures the food at early‑years hub and always eats so well – often better than he does at home! I was so nervous to be sending my first baby to early‑years hub before he turned one but I needn’t have worried. The nursery setting has such a nice family feel to it and the team are all so lovely. With those and the variety of activities the childcare centre provides, there must be truly little time for boredom even with a toddler’s attention span. The facilities are spotless, with a lovely garden area and a soft playroom.

The personnel is always cordial and useful, they let us know what happens in the childcare centre through the Famly app. Kids are always pleased when I pick them up. Also, I am thankful to the team that has made a big difference in my child’s speech, making him more confident, and developing their brain with the activities done in the nursery setting. A big thanks to all the crew that are doing their best to make sure our kids are thrilled and secure. My eldest has went to Premier Lodge since January 2020 and my youngest for 2 months. My eldest adores his meals and he always describes them as “ yummy food”.

They are dedicated to their kids, they show initiative with planning fun activities and the youngsters make improvement! I think Premier Lodge is definitely one of the best decision I have made for my girl; she has made leaps and bounds with her speech and her independence and these are all detailed in the pictures and observations that are sent through! My girl has been going to Premier Lodge for nearly a year and she treasures it! I am probably one of the fussiest parents, but the team and management are always ready to deal with my worries, concerns and issues that I have and it is never too much trouble! Honestly, couldn’t fault them for all that they do, and I would suggest the childcare centre and the team to anyone! Premier Lodge is a great nursery setting. She knows all the crew and every morning guesses who is going to come to the door to get her!

My mind is put at ease and they help in every aspect. We visited a few nurseries but when we had the phone conversation with the head office at the early‑years hub, we could already see how caring and attentive they were. He is now in his second room out of five rooms and genuinely, he can’t get enough of this early‑years hub and all the garden fun, creative activities and in house cooking. Once we visited in person we knew this was the place for us. Our young lad was not used to being around other little ones due to lockdown. We called up a few times asking so many questions and they always replied to us with the same attention and showed understanding. The personnel have helped him immensely in nursery setting as well as given tips for how we can be consistent with these methods at home. The personal growth, joy and speech improvements we have seen in our two year old are great! Awesome! He started when he was nineteen months old. The team, crew and head office honestly make you feel like your youngster is the only one in the nursery setting.

We found we had great assistance with our youngster who was born prematurely. The nursery setting provided him with the best early years journey possible. Premier Lodge gives little ones journey beyond just the early‑years hub setting i.e. The early‑years hub supported him with his eating, potting training, speech growth and more recently preparation to start school. Premier Lodge is great at embracing seasonal activities during Christmas, Easter, etc. My young lad was enrolled at Premier Lodge Nursery for three years. These activities also encourage parents to be involved too. trips to the theatre and Fire Brigade Station. The early‑years hub not only supported our young lad but also us as a family. This was all made possible due to the welcoming and approachable crew at the nursery setting.

He enjoyed going in, he adored his instructors and this childcare centre was his thrilled place. My young lad joined this early‑years hub preceding year and left at the end of August for Primary school. The mentors here are supportive and support truly deeply for the youngsters and parents. It brought out the best in him. All his mentors adored him, went the extra mile for him and went with his pace. My young lad is currently being assessed for Autism, non-verbal and extremely young for his age. I can’t suggest this early‑years hub enough. This childcare centre has been a huge support, helping him transition into primary school. I was exceptionally nervous about placing him into preschool but putting him into this early‑years hub was the best thing for him. Amazing little place!

The setting is creative with activities – my kids have cooked, danced, been on trips, sung, been in plays, coloured, drawn, read, role played, painted, tried new foods, made so many crafts and the list goes on. All team are truly approachable and take the time to get to know the kids. My kids cherish it! I would have no trouble recommending this nursery setting to others. So far 2 of my kids have went to Premier Lodge and my 3rd is set to go soon. The team are welcoming and caring – they provide an atmosphere that little ones feel secure and delighted in. All started from 1 year old and my two sons enjoy it. We get regular updates in the forms of pictures, descriptions and formal observations all easily accessed by the app, which is used effectively by the nursery setting.
