January 25, 2025 at 5:33 pmBeing a first-time mum, I was extremely anxious about sending her to childcare centre and leaving her but I now sense very confident leaving her at such a exceptional setting and with remarkable team. I was instantly drawn to Pixies as the team were so welcoming and welcoming and made me sense at ease. I am more than cheerful with the care provided so far and seeing my daughter so cheerful and content when I pick her up is so reassuring. The setting has remarkable space and is well equipped with a wide range of stimulating resources. The management team are very welcoming and the girls in the baby playroom, especially my daughter’s key worker and the room leader are lovely. Detailed handovers are given at the end of the session as well as a care record. Overall, I can not fault the childcare centre and look forward to my daughter’s journey at Pixie Tree. My Daughter who is 8 months old has only just joined Pixie Tree and attends one day a week and already she absolutely loves it.

January 31, 2025 at 9:06 pmEnjoyable, friends and well looked after. Mostly the excellent space outside to be able to playtime rain or shine, going to miss our extended family at Pixies. My son has had the most incredible time at Pixies Tree Day Childcare centre.

Our son has come on leaps and bounds after going up to preschool and that’s down to the team and the range of activities/discovering they have in place.
Welcoming management who are consistently there to listen/help with any problems you may have! Excellent setting with a diverse range of team, all bringing something different to a kid’s discovering.

My son has been going to Pixies for the last 6 months and has come on so much since he’s been there in self‑assurance and his development, his bond with his keyworker in the baby room is great and he will happily go to her each morning.

The team are incredible, very welcoming and are consistently approachable I would highly suggest Pixies to friends or family.

The transition up to toddlers was handled very well and the help and advice they gave me on a number of occasions (potty training) was very supportive.
Pre-school is where I think he has excelled and learnt a lot, both educationally and socially. The layout and structure of their day enables the kids to prepare for infant school.
I have only had positive updates between all team and myself (even through team and management changes).
I have enjoyed the stay and playtime days throughout the years and also the Christmas plays/parties.
Tapestry is a excellent idea to keep track of your kid’s development and is consistently up to date.
I’ve just had another son and would only put him in Pixies.
The team are like friends and I am thankful for all they’ve done that has made him the little boy he is today My son has been at Pixies since he was 10 months old.

June 13, 2025 at 12:17 amPlenty for my son to do and learn there. I do think a few more displays would be nice of the kids’s work, especially on the back stairs going to the garden would be great. I am extremely cheerful with the preschool.

The team were very accommodating to the fast turn around in which I needed my daughter to start the childcare centre, the induction and settling process made the transition to a new childcare centre effortless. This is my daughter’s 3rd childcare centre and by far the best in all aspects. Outstanding childcare centre for so many reasons, my daughter is potty trained but has not wanted to use the potty at childcare centre sometimes and within 2 weeks of attending this childcare centre, she is using the potty.

July 3, 2025 at 4:34 amWe are very cheerful with our choice. The team are welcoming, attentive and understanding and our son is growing into a confident, cheerful little person. The manager is consistently lovely and was very patient in answering all my initial queries. Our younger son will be attending when he is old enough and I can only hope he loves it here as much as his brother. It is very daunting going back to work and leaving your baby in the care of others.
