September 4, 2024 at 7:21 amThere was a high turnover of team initially and most were in training so I would have liked to have seen more qualified team speaking to me on handover. As this childcare centre is the only one that offers extended hours in this area, I would have expected them to be more flexible. I am unable to change hours according to my working pattern and the sessions offered are not convenient at all without it costing a fortune. They should be more accommodating to those who need it! The team in the childcare centre are great and are accommodating to my kid’s needs.

September 15, 2024 at 5:10 pmThey exceeded expectations with the level of care and compassion that they have shown both my daughter and I really sense that my baby is in secure hands while I am at work. Pixieland could not have done more to help my young baby to start childcare centre and aid my transition back to work.

September 22, 2024 at 1:32 pmIn the baby room, they do so many activities and I adore receiving photos through the app during the day to see what they have been up to. All food is provided during the day which is a big help. The ladies in the baby room have built a excellent relationship with my little girl and she loves going to childcare centre! From the moment we were shown around Pixieland Saltash, I knew I would be comfortable leaving my 9-month-old daughter in their care.
As first-time parents and myself returning to work, it was a daunting time but from her first day, I knew we had made the right choice.

The facilities at Pixieland Saltash are also really great and above what other nurseries offer. My first kid loved Pixieland and I had no doubts about sending my second kid to Pixieland.

Nursery makes her very cheerful and she doesn’t stop all day from having so much enjoyable with the team and her friends. My daughter started childcare centre when she was 6 and a half months old, best decision we made, she is now nearly 17 months old and has come on leaps and bounds due to the team and setting at Pixieland.

The childcare centre is flexible about timings and have really been there for me when I needed childcare at short notice. It’s a really excellent setting to get kids ready for the school setting. My daughter has enjoyed her time there and since starting childcare centre her social skills, speech and discovering have really come on. The team are welcoming and really supportive and my daughter gets on well with all of them. My daughter has been going to Pixieland since she was just a year old and the team there have been absolute lifesavers.

November 4, 2024 at 7:32 pmThey have been very accommodating. At the moment she only goes one day a week but will be attending more in the future. Under two’s are a excellent team! They really help grow the little ones and offer them so much to learn. Pre-school has been really great at helping to develop my little girl’s speech and creative side. I suggest this branch as most of the team have a great understanding of kids and their needs. My little girl has been attending Pixieland Day Nursery – Saltash since September.

Communication between parents and team is exceptional, consistently letting us know what is going on if needed. Would thoroughly suggest the childcare centre to anybody. Both my kids have gone to Pixieland Saltash from babies, youngest still going and have both absolutely thrived.

December 4, 2024 at 4:06 amShe is cheerful at childcare centre which is evidenced by photos sent to me by team via the app and from daily feedback.
Meals and snacks are supplied where the kids get to sit and eat with each other and are encouraged to try new foods which are great and nutritious. Since attending childcare centre my daughter’s development has come by leaps and bounds.

December 22, 2024 at 1:44 pmI’ve watched my baby grow and develop into a fantastic little girl and this is partly due to the fantastic assistance and development gained through childcare centre. Pixieland team are the most heartfelt team you could wish for your kid to be cared for. The variety of discovering and playtime is extensive and each kid is encouraged to grow in self‑assurance and this is all down to the team. I would highly suggest Pixieland Saltash to be the childcare centre for your kid. Trustworthy, compassionate, considerate but, more importantly, your kid will adore it, mine does. My three year old has been attending Pixieland Saltash since she was eleven months old.

He is thriving, he is now in Pre-school getting ready to attend primary school and his educators are doing an incredible job getting him ready. Thank you to all team at Pixieland! I would highly suggest Pixieland Saltash.

January 23, 2025 at 5:20 amMy little boy’s self‑assurance has grown significantly and his speech is coming on very well, with discovering new words each week. He’s consistently cheerful when he comes out of childcare centre. My kid is non-verbal and has global delays, the preschool team have done an incredible job with him same with the SEN lady.

January 26, 2025 at 10:37 amHe loves going to childcare centre and is consistently pleased to see all of the team. I honestly could not wish for a better group of team to care for him. The adore and attention that they pay to the kids is incredible. My husband works away a lot and although my son attends 4 days, term time only, they have been really accommodating with adding additional days where needed. I cannot fault this childcare centre and I am very cheerful that my son gets to spend time with such remarkable team. My son started with Pixieland Day Nursery Saltash in February when he was 9 months and they have been absolutely fantastic with him.

They are so communicative, with updates throughout the day and a comprehensive handover at the end of the session. I can see when I go in to pick up my daughter how cheerful she is there. I would wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone. My daughter started attending Pixieland at 7 months old and settled in really well.

He has been encouraged since day one with his discovering and development. And he consistently comes home very cheerful. A remarkable childcare centre with lovely facilities.

They have been very accommodating to requests for extra days or changes to her usual days etc.
The app is remarkable, I receive updates and pictures throughout the day and an end of day summary. Highly recommended! My daughter started at Pixieland Day Nursery Saltash in May last year when she was nine months old and absolutely loves it!
