Pixieland Day Nursery - Mannamead

I could not ask for better people to take care of my son. They do so much with him and for him. I previously had him in another childcare centre, which made me worry about putting him in another but I was reassured and all my worries were put to bed before my son even started. I would highly suggest this team of ladies and their childcare centre. You can see from the minute they open the door in the mornings that they work well together and that they are a team, there’s consistently excellent updates from them, there is consistently reassurance and they can never do enough for you or your kid. As you can tell I have so many positive things to say about this place. Thank you so much for everything 20/20 from me. My little boy has only been here a few months but I’m really cheerful I have finally found the perfect childcare centre for him.

They have been so supportive of me and my young kids, one of which is wearing a hearing aid, honestly the team are all so amazingly welcoming as well, nothing but high praise for the whole team. The childcare centre is absolutely incredible, I can’t fault it in anyway.

We know what a remarkable childcare centre it was beforehand but we didn’t expect how fantastic it is now our own kid goes there. We are so impressed with the childcare centre, our son only goes once a week but we wish we could afford for him to go more. Every morning he asks if he can go to childcare centre and see his educators and friends. The team at the childcare centre sense more like family to us and are so relaxed and welcoming. My son has made real true friendships there not only with the kids but with the team as well. My son has been going since 14 months old and every single room we have been in made us sense so cheerful and comfortable. My son has gone through every room apart from pre-school and not once have we had any problems at all. The team have consistently met our wishes and we are so excited for his next adventure in pre-school. We have known Pixieland Mannamead for many years and we were so pleased that we could journey our own kid going into Pixieland Mannamead.

We decided to pull him from there and found him a place at Pixieland Day Childcare centre – Mannamead! Since then, he has been happier not only in childcare centre but at home, looks forward to going to childcare centre and has recently been signed off from speech and language having only been there since January. The team are absolutely incredible here, nothing is too much and they give the kids such incredible assistance, but also the parents too. I am so cheerful that my little boy is thriving at Pixieland Day Childcare centre and will most definitely be placing my youngest in there when he’s ready!

Thank you so much to the whole team at Pixieland Day Childcare centre for making such a massively positive impact on my boy! My little boy was at a different childcare centre setting where he was very unhappy and wasn’t thriving the way he should have been, and had been referred to speech and language also.

I highly suggest the childcare centre and cannot praise the quality of the team enough. Not only does Pixieland Mannamead have excellent facilities both indoors and outdoors, but it also has remarkable team across all the rooms.

The childcare centre are so welcoming, expert and welcoming which makes it an incredible time for my daughter there. She absolutely loves attending and loves all the workers, especially one in particular, who has been exceptional. We adore seeing the updates from the childcare centre and keeping up to date with what’s going on. Would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Will be sad when my daughter leaves. My daughter started at Pixieland Day Childcare centre, Mannamead just after her first birthday and has thrived ever since.

Except for the first two weeks of getting used to being away from home, he has loved every single day at the childcare centre. The team go above and beyond to make the childcare centre journey an enjoyable one and my son is so excited whenever he sees any of the team. Everybody is very approachable and cheerful to help whenever necessary. I cannot rate my journey with Pixieland highly enough. Our son has been going Pixieland on Mannamead Rd for the last six months.

Both have settled really well despite not being able to do usual settle sessions due to Covid-19. The team are lovely and my son’s clearly adore them. My oldest son loves the childcare centre, is consistently excited to go and comes out full of energy and excitement, which is excellent as he consistently seemed a bit forlorn at his old childcare centre. My son’s joined the childcare centre age three and nine months.

My son is thriving. He has made friends and his self‑assurance builds day by day. All members of team are welcoming, supportive, compassionate and attentive. Nothing is ever too much for the manager and her team and this has been even more apparent during the current pandemic. Thank goodness for Pixieland Day Childcare centre – Mannamead, enabling a much needed cheerful setting for my son during these uncertain times. Pixieland Day Childcare centre – Mannamead is the best day childcare centre in Plymouth.

I was extremely anxious as we’ve had a negative journey in another childcare centre. However, my little one loved it from day one! 🙂 I didn’t sense guilty for leaving him there as I knew he was cheerful and having a lot of enjoyable, and most importantly I knew he was secure. the team in the baby room are absolutely incredible. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My little boy was 10 months when he started childcare centre.
