September 9, 2024 at 7:10 amShe is coming home everyday telling us what she has learned and every day the childcare centre is going new and cool projects and crafts with her. She also eats better there than she does at school and she loves the ladies working there. Best decision we made putting her in there. My daughter has been going to Pitter Patter now for since January and she has come on leaps and bounds!

We are so grateful to the fantastic team who update the app regularly and send pictures almost every day which is so excellent as a working parent. I can’t suggest Pitter Patter enough.

My little girl is now also going there and she too has additional needs. The assistance we’ve received from the team has been second to none and the adore and patience they show my daughter is touching. Pitter Patter is a remarkable childcare centre!

November 15, 2024 at 3:39 pmThe owner, manager and team have consistently been highly understanding and accommodating with my son’s needs. I consistently get sent lovely photos of my son in childcare centre doing different activities every day. Pitter Patter is highly great with keeping the parents updated as they work through an app that tells you exactly what your kid does/eats/drinks/sleeps through the day. It’s highly reassuring that you can give them a message for updates and they get back to you highly quick! There are team there that truly go above and beyond and they deserve a medal for all their hard work and patience. Well done girls. My little boy goes to Pitter Patter Day Childcare centre Ltd and has been going since he was 8 months, they have truly lovely, attentive team who truly work hard and try to accommodate every kid’s needs.

November 17, 2024 at 11:51 amHe has just turned one and I was worried about nap times and how he would be without us but he loves it there! The childcare centre team have been incredible! My son loves them and they have been so excellent with all their updates and even messaged me to check If I was ok when I was upset dropping him off in the early days! He loves the food there too! I couldn’t have been happier with how Pitter Patter has helped my son settle in over the last few months.

November 19, 2024 at 7:11 amOur daughter joined in January 2023 and after about a week she was settled and loved the team. She had 3 main ladies attentive for her and we could see how much she loved them, every morning she would happily go to them with lots of smiles and giggles. They looked after her as if she was their own!
We got regular updates through the app and we felt comfortable asking any questions we wanted.
The whole journey was just excellent, we can’t fault it and the only reason we’ve moved her to a different childcare centre is the distance from our home. Otherwise, she would still be there. I would absolutely suggest Pitter Patter Day Childcare centre!

December 4, 2024 at 11:38 amI’m cheerful to say Pitter Patter Day Childcare centre have been remarkable and my son loves it. They seem to make each day different with a range of activities and make great use of the outdoor space. My son talks about the different activities they do and funny conversations and songs he sings with team which he enjoys. Thank you all of you. Due to moving areas, we had to leave our childminder who we were highly attached to, and I was apprehensive about how my son would transition.

Now they both adore it and it’s evident from the way they talk about what they’ve done and the photos that I’m sent daily that they are having a excellent time. They’re easy to communicate with and I adore that the app is updated with what they’ve eaten and drunk. I couldn’t suggest them more. We adore Pitter Patter.

A lovely aspect is the app used to keep us updated throughout the day and is a excellent updates tool. Whenever we have had any queries, the responses received have been efficient, polite, expert and nothing seems too much trouble. The team are all lovely. I sense our daughter has developed well from attending Pitter Patter Day Childcare centre, especially with all the restrictions Covid presented. Thank you to all team. Pitter Patter Day Childcare centre has exceeded our expectations.

December 28, 2024 at 10:38 amMy son constantly spoke about them and truly enjoyed being with them. We have pulled my son out of Pitter Patter now after so many issues. Issues that are concerning, not sure if it is understaffed or overpopulated but when paying for my son’s care I don’t expect such a high level of negligence. From being left in his own faeces all day up his back, to coming home covered in scratches and marks. Highly disappointing and concerning. There was one member of team who was consistently highly negative towards my son but not to others and not highly nice. Other parents have mentioned the same to me in the queue and also at a birthday party. Management seem lovely but there’s only so far an apology gets you. Some team at Pitter Patter are absolutely outstanding, particularly two of them.

Consistently plenty of great quality food for their “tea” to keep them going. Highly suggest using even if you don’t need childcare it’s a excellent little club with so much going on! Absolutely stellar after-school club.

They do fab activities which are enjoyable and educational, every photo I see my son is all smiles, I just adore them there and will be quite sad when my son goes to full time but thankfully they do after school club so he will still get to see everyone, outstanding care provided I couldn’t be happier, my son even eats better food since attending. Honestly, my son going here was the best decision, he absolutely loves going there.

April 26, 2025 at 12:44 amBut all team there made him sense secure and had him enjoying himself and getting involved in everything they do. Now we drop him off with no tears! We adore the updates on the app, seeing what he gets up to and what he’s been eating.
Overall we adore Pitter Patter, only negative would be nappy changes could be a little more often but apart from that we all adore it and are so cheerful to have found such a lovely setting for our boy to grow and learn. My son loves coming to childcare centre, he started off unsure and not wanting to leave me or his father.

June 26, 2025 at 3:18 amThe app is constantly updating to show what time he gets into and leaves the childcare centre, mealtimes sleep and best of all daily pictures of him enjoying his day. Can’t praise all the team enough, thank you, girls. My grandson loves going to Pitter Patter Day Childcare centre, he gets so excited when showing his mum what he has made during his eventful day.

July 5, 2025 at 10:21 pmYou can imagine both our anxiety about him attending the childcare centre. However, the team made the transition for him so easy and effective. He was able to playtime independently yet if needed help or reassurance, the team were consistently close by. They got to learn about him and his wants and facilitate these. They are constantly encouraging him to learn and develop. It’s lovely and reassuring to see him delight in childcare centre. It’s also beneficial where the app is able to keep me updated on his morning/day and development and the team consistently keeps me up to date with any triumphs or issues. My son has been attending Pitter Patter since October 2021 and was/is a pandemic baby.
