It has been remarkable to see her grow in confidence since starting there. We have always felt welcome to call to see how she is doing and can see how comfortable she is with the delightful ladies in the baby room. You can truly feel the enthusiasm from everyone who works there for what they do and it has such a delightful family feel. Our daughter started at Penge East Day Nursery in January and has been made so welcome by everyone at the nursery. She hadn’t been able to see a lot of family since she was born, so we were apprehensive about how she would feel being separated from us properly for the first time but the manager agreed a gradual settling process, which truly worked. We adore hearing what about what she gets up to and it has been incredible to see her developing new interests when she is there.

I know it has been challenging at times to maintain the consistency of team, despite this the team throughout has been truly incredible and the backbone to the success of the setting. We would highly highly recommend your nursery setting to families. The team have been so approachable, supportive, and nurturing for our two girls. My family are extremely grateful for you and your team’s assistance for the last 10 years. No words can say how much we have adored our two daughters attending Penge East Day Nursery.

Covid-19 has presented obvious challenges but the nursery management have strived to maintain consistency wherever possible and keep doors open, which we appreciate enormously. Team have a genuine concern for the kids’s happiness and always plan enjoyable and enriching activities. Penge East Day Nursery is a extremely loving, nurturing and home‑like-from-home‑like nursery. My two kids have attended since they were just under one and they surprise us daily with what they’ve learnt during their nursery days.

The activities planned each day are ranging and stimulating and our son truly enjoys showing us what he has got up to. Our son has attended Penge East day nursery for six months now. He is also development many things that differ to what he learns at home‑like which we feel only strengthens his experience. As first time parents we were quite apprehensive about him going to nursery but the team have been incredibly reassuring and understanding. It’s such a big decision choosing the right place for any youngster but we are so content with Penge East day Nursery and how our son is settling in. They always greet us with a smile and it’s been remarkable to see our sons confidence grow. It’s clear he truly enjoys his time there and the delightful warm‑hearted team he encounters.

Our young lady treasures going to childcare centre, it is such a caring and kind space and the personnel are all so kind and experienced. The crew really make an effort to get to know each little one and update parents at the end of each day. Kids get to mingle with different age groups and spend a lot of time outdoors. They offer a wide range of activities including days out, yoga, music and art classes. We would wholeheartedly endorse this nursery setting.

We cherish the family feel of the early‑years hub. Staff are super cordial and really adaptable to provide the best attention that helps little ones grow and be delighted. We now have our two youngsters attending Penge East Day childcare centre and we have peace of mind that they will be well looked after and have fun whilst we are busy with work. We can’t thank enough the team for their excellent job!

My youngster loves it there and is always talking about how fantastic his day was and all the remarkable activities he’s enjoyed. All team are inviting and supportive. The manager is fantastic, truly attentive and caters to your needs. As a first-time mum, I was extremely apprehensive to leave my youngster but the settling-in period was so well thought out and detailed. Penge East Day Nursery is a remarkable nursery.

And the food is extremely good too. My baby recently started at the childcare centre, and they have been extremely gentle and kind helping him to settle in. The personnel are truly welcoming and warm and put in lots of effort.

Her confidence has truly grown and it’s delightful that she is always excited about going each day. It’s delightful to collect her each day and receive feedback from team on how the day has gone as we explore this further and build on some of the activities at home‑like. The nursery setting is in a house which gives it a more intimate and homely setting which was another major attraction for us. We were given a lot of supportive advice through different stages by team which helped us immensely as first time parents and alleviated quite a lot of stress. Our daughter has been attending nursery since she was eight months old and despite being anxious initially about leaving her in someone else’s caregiving, she was settled in truly well. We’ve met some delightful parents too and we are pleased that our daughter still has another year of attending the nursery. We have been extremely content with how our daughter is developing and the range of subjects covered through playtime and activities.

She goes in with a smile and comes home‑like with a bigger one. Thanks to everyone at the nursery (especially the baby room). In the six weeks that our daughter has been at the nursery, she has already progressed so much, and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings. When our daughter was in her “tearful” stage, the team soon worked out what made our daughter content – outside playtime, water playtime and music, and soon enough, the tears stopped, and our daughter started to relax and enjoy her time there. We got off to a extremely tearful start (on both sides), and I was a little concerned that she was never going to settle, but four weeks later, we had a extremely content 1-year-old. As first-time parents, we were anxious and sad to be apart from our daughter, but nursery was always a part of our plan. The team are all loving, nurturing and approachable. The app that tells us what our daughter has eaten/nap times/nappy changes etc is extremely reassuring, and the occasional pictures are fantastic to see.
