Park Wood Private Day Nursery and Pre-school

He has attended here since he was 4 months old. He’s now 2 and gets so excited when I ask him if he’s going to school. Everyone is so welcoming at the childcare centre. And they consistently let me know what compassionate of day he has had. We are highly cheerful with everything they do. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else. My son loves going to Park Wood.

The team are truly welcoming and well‑informed about the girls, and the continuity is lovely as they development up through the different rooms but still maintain a excellent relationship with all the team. I adore that they spend time outdoors and take part in truly creative, planned and unplanned activities. Highly recommended. My two daughters have been to Park Wood and have truly thrived there.

We have seen him come on so much since he has been there and the variety of daily activities and the outside playtime area is excellent. The team are remarkable, highly welcoming and expert. We will definitely be sending our youngest son here also. Our son absolutely loves Park Wood, he consistently comes home with a smile on his face and loves all of the workers who look after him.

A violent bullying incident that is serious enough for them to record it as an incident, but at the same time they take no action to remedy or stop the risk of it happening again… They simply “review”. A excellent childcare centre until any issues arise.

When we first came to visit we were immediately struck by how welcoming and well equipped the place seemed and in such a lovely setting. There was a feeling of cheerful activity. It is exceptionally kid led and gentle and we have been fully supported with some tricky settling in and separation anxiety at the beginning. As such a huge decision for any parent, we are thrilled with our choice and exceptionally grateful to everyone at the childcare centre for providing such exemplary care of our son. Our little boy started in November 2022 at 17 months.

My son wakes up the morning of childcare centre and loves that he’s going in, no problems at all since my son started. His development has been incredible, he’s spoken more, knows what more things are every week and the team are consistently up to date with the discovering book app. My journey with Park Wood Childcare centre is highly positive.

It’s evident that the updates between team members is excellent as they all seem to know what’s been going on with my daughter before I have to explain anything, as she had recently been poorly. The team have been so reassuring for me as a Mum and for only being there a short time I can see how much she enjoyed going and I sense more relaxed leaving her there. I like their honesty in regards to how much my kid has eaten and I sense they are starting to truly get to know her little routine. Thank you so much to everyone at Park Wood Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school who has helped look after my daughter. I will be sending her little brother in too when he is born! Having being so sceptical about putting my nine month old first baby in childcare centre, I came home today with a huge smile on my face beaming with pride with how cheerful my daughter was coming out.

He’s come on lots and is better with people as he’s highly shy. Team are incredible also, a excellent team and I felt at ease leaving my little boy to go back to work. Park Wood have incredible with me since my little boy started at 9 months.

Our son’s language, updates and social skills have developed so much with the assistance from team. Spotless setting, cheerful kids and exceptional updates. We will be sending our youngest son here in the future. Strongly recommended. Incredible childcare centre with fantastic team!

My little boy has been attending since he was 6 months old and it’s the best decision I made trusting the attentive team. The facilities they have are incredible for the kids lots of outdoor space and a soft playtime area. The app keeps parents updated on the kid’s discovering and allows us to see the range of activities they take part in day to day. The team at the childcare centre are truly attentive and base activity’s around the kids’s interests. They assistance and encourage all aspects of kids’s development and show a true interest in their lives. My little boy instantly formed a connection with his key worker and loves all the team at the childcare centre. Park Wood Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school is an incredible childcare centre!
