Paper Moon Day Nursery - Lenton

They have put our mind at ease as they follow the strict safety measures put in place and they have no problem with me contacting them at any time just to check on our daughter. We also get regular updates and photos are sent over on Tapestry so we get to see what our daughter has been getting up to. My son attended Paper Moon when he was younger and he absolutely loved it and after meeting the childcare centre manager for our induction we knew we had made the right decision by sending our daughter here. We adore the fact the childcare centre itself is quite small, it gives you that home from home feeling. The team are consistently attentive to the kids and it’s clear to see how much the kids delight in being there. We cannot thank the team enough! Our daughter has been attending Paper Moon Day Childcare centre in Lenton since March and at first, we were truly apprehensive about her starting a childcare centre due to the current pandemic but all the team at the childcare centre have been so supportive and understanding.

The childcare centre in total has a positive vibe and the team have a welcoming attitude. They consistently try to nurture a close connection with kids so that they sense like a second home. Regular updates regarding a kid’s development is available through an app, catch up calls and face to face. Childcare centre consistently makes sure they celebrate all festivals, special days and occasions (eg: Seasonal festivals, Halloween, Eid, Diwali, Valentines Day, Chinese New Year, World Book Day, Red Nose Day, Mother’s Day), thus kids are aware of those and they learn to have an inclusive culture. Childcare centre consistently welcome parent’s ideas and opinions. I also want to appreciate the childcare centre manager for the timely communications and details. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for the last two and half years and I can say that the childcare centre is highly great and all the team are expert, consistently met with a smile.

Before starting childcare centre I asked friends with small kids to suggest a childcare centre as the last childcare centre I used for my older son was in lady bay, Nottingham. Three friends of mine said how lucky I was now that I had moved house to have an outstanding childcare centre, Paper Moon Lenton, more or less on my doorstep. Within days my kid was settled and highly cheerful every day to arrive at childcare centre. All of his dietary needs are met, and the team are just fantastic. I am so pleased I chose this place for him he is a cheerful kid. My kid started childcare centre here last year and it is local to my house.

The day is adapted to my kid’s needs accordingly. Since my kid started eating solid food she has been able to try lots of different foods from around the world, through the incredible menus the childcare centre has. The team are all compassionate, attentive and enthusiastic and have the kids at the heart of everything they do. My kid went on holiday to the seaside. The team took the time to print photos off I had sent them for when my kid returned to childcare centre. They also had lots of sand and water playtime out for her. As they knew she had experienced this while on holiday. For me, this demonstrates them going above and beyond expectations and their passion for attentive for the next generation.
The manager is highly hands-on and well‑informed, she is approachable and is enthusiastic around the kids. You all do an incredible job, definitely an outstanding childcare centre! Our daughter started at childcare centre when she was 7 months old, she has settled into childcare centre life truly well and thoroughly enjoys her time there.

They work hard to provide the best daycare. The manager is so compassionate and supportive. I would suggest them definitely to my friends and relatives. My son has been going to Paper Moon since 2020 at the branch of West Bridgeford, when we moved to Aspley and due to their outstanding service, we chose to be with them in spite of the long distance.

It is secure and spotless. The team are excellent and the care is outstanding. The discovering is highly great and my kid is discovering a lot there. It is a highly great childcare centre, my kid enjoys the activities there and likes the food as well.

All team members are highly attentive and you can see they all have excellent relationships with the kids there. I’ve noticed a difference in my kid’s development since he has been within the setting and am highly grateful to the management and team there. The childcare centre itself is highly spotless and there’s consistently a mixture of activities to assistance development. Nothing is ever too much for them and it’s consistently excellent to know your kid is in the best of environments once you drop them off. Thank you! My Son attends this childcare centre setting and absolutely loves it.

The team are excellent and she also developed excellent eating habits since she has started. She now eats everything. The childcare centre setting is highly spotless and welcoming and both of my kids truly delight in their time there and have bonded well with the team. I have zero worries or concerns about them when they are at the childcare centre. This was the first childcare centre my daughter went to and she absolutely bloomed there.

Both my kids started at the age of two and settled in truly well, never any problems, team are consistently on hand and there if you have any queries or concerns. Would one hundred percent suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Remarkable childcare centre, with excellent team who are exceptionally welcoming and excellent with the kids.

It was not easy trusting someone to look after your kid but Paper Moon were reassuring and gave us enough sessions to settle in until we were both ready. The team are highly nice and do a great job looking after my little one. My kid has been at Paper Moon Day Childcare centre since she was nine months.
