The care and assistance has been exceptional. The team are highly attentive, engaged with the kids and are exceptional at keeping parents up to date. Our son (now 3 1/2) has attended Oxford’s British Orchard Childcare centre since he was 9-months-old.

My daughter is highly cheerful there and is consistently pleased to be going to childcare centre.
They are compassionate and attentive with the kids and have a highly pragmatic and sensible approach. I am never anxious or worried about having my daughter there. I have full self‑assurance in the team.

We get regular updates on the app on what our daughter did throughout the day and photos of activities. Messages are consistently replied to promptly.
We also like the fact that there are pet rabbits and other activities. Kids go out for walks to different places.
The team are highly welcoming and supportive. We are highly cheerful with Oxford’s British Orchard Childcare centre.

Our daughter loves going – calls her key workers name at home most days. The team are remarkable from the time you walk in – to the time you leave.

My kids delight in their time there. The only problem is that when I or my husband ask for something, like to not allow our kid to be outside with only his t-shirt on a truly hot day or not allowing him to playtime with water as he’s taking antibiotics – this is not followed. At the end of the day, he is in wet clothes or lightweight ones. I’m cheerful with Oxford’s British Orchard Childcare centre.

With the adore and care of the team, our daughter settled immediately napping over an hour from day one and eating. We continue to be so cheerful we found such a loving childcare centre. The team have developed a inviting and enriching setting, keep up the great work. I honestly can’t praise Oxford’s British Orchard Childcare centre and the team enough, we were nervous having moved our daughter from a childcare centre where we’d been heavily missold the style of “care”.

I would highly suggest this childcare centre. The team are incredibly patient, attentive and loving. My son has had a fantastic time here and has learned so much. The childcare centre is open and bright, with a fantastic outdoor space and room for lots of different activities. There are also two rabbits that the kids take care of (under supervision, of course). The in-house cook makes delicious meals that my son wants to re-create at home. Every member of team knows my son truly well, and it is obvious they care about him highly much. He is now moving on to primary school, but I know the attention and care he has received at Oxford’s British Orchard Childcare centre will have an impact for the rest of his life. My son had attended Oxford’s British Orchard Childcare centre for 2-years, including during the pandemic.
