We couldn’t thank them enough and are very impressed with the app they use to keep us updated with everything that he does throughout the day. Thank you Owl & Bear – Eltham Daycare. My grandson has been at this childcare centre for 3 months and he comes home full of happiness and excitement to tell us all about the different activities he has done and new things he learnt at preschool.

November 2, 2024 at 2:13 amI sense comfortable knowing I am leaving my son for a long time and he will looked after well. They do lovely activities and the range of food for kids is incredible. Very cheerful with the team at Owl and Bear. The team are incredible and so supportive.

November 22, 2024 at 9:02 pmAll the team we have come into contact with are attentive and compassionate and despite his young age, we can see that our son has bonded with the key workers just from the smile on his face at drop off and pick up. At our viewing, we could see that the childcare centre was very well equipped and I’m sure lots of time will be spent in the huge garden once the weather improves. Our son has progressed leaps & bounds in all areas (eating, updates, motor skills, general physical development) and we get regular updates throughout the day via the app on all aspects. Choosing a childcare centre is such a daunting decision, particularly for first-time parents but we are confident in our choice and are really pleased that we chose Owl & Bear. Our son has been attending Owl & Bear – Eltham Daycare for 3 months now.

December 23, 2024 at 2:51 amHe started age 9 months. Prior to him starting we were quite nervous but the team were very reassuring and put us at ease.
He has settled in extremely well and is consistently excited to go in when the door opens. Already we have seen a big improvement in his development. He has also had the chance to try a variety of different, healthy foods.
The team are very welcoming and welcoming. They are approachable and we sense he is well looked after.
We receive regular updates and some photos throughout the day, so we sense we know exactly how his day has been.
We would highly suggest this childcare centre. Our son has been attending Owl & Bear – Eltham Daycare for 2 days a week, since January 2022.

Excellent childcare centre, everything fresh and new, lots of equipment and toys for the kids to delight in.
Lovely big garden.
Our son started in October and has settled in very well despite never being without me or his dad.
Very pleased with the team’s efforts, levels of engagement and range of activities our son comes home and talks about.
We’re very cheerful with the childcare centre as a whole.

February 22, 2025 at 3:55 amThey did a excellent job helping him get settled – he seems to be discovering a lot as well as enjoying himself and the size of the garden is remarkable for him to playtime in. Would definitely suggest. We’ve been very cheerful with Owl & Bear – Eltham Daycare – all of the team have been excellent and our son loves going there.

May 2, 2025 at 10:02 pmHaving been born during the lockdowns and not having spent time away from me and my husband, I was concerned about how he would settle in to childcare centre. The team were remarkable at welcoming him and helping him to settle, and supporting us as a whole family through this transition. My son now has a smile on his face when we arrive at childcare centre and gets involved in lots of activities while he’s there. We adore receiving updates and photos via the app about what he has been doing. The team are welcoming and really care about the kids, supporting their development in many ways. They are consistently cheerful to chat and assistance things that we are doing at home to ensure consistency – for example with our approach to potty training. Choosing a childcare centre is a big decision, especially as first-time parents, and we’re honestly so pleased we chose Owl & Bear and that our son loves it there! Our son has been attending Owl & Bear Daycare Eltham 3 days a week since October 2021.

May 28, 2025 at 3:31 pmWith the help of the team, he is now starting to settle in and enjoying being at childcare centre. They have an incredible garden which my son loves.
We get daily updates with activities they have been doing throughout the day, which is nice to see.
Definitely would suggest Owl & Bear. My son started Owl & Bear – Eltham Daycare in November 2 days a week, after him only being looked after by family members he found it very hard settling in.

I have no words to express how cheerful I am with them. Highly suggest it to all parents. After a bad journey in a previous childcare centre, I was concerned my son would have a difficult time settling in but thankfully I was wrong.

July 3, 2025 at 5:09 amWe decided to send our twins to Owl & Bear – Eltham Daycare after being very impressed by the team, the setting (lovely large rooms and separate messy playtime and sensory rooms), the huge garden and just generally the great feeling we got when looking around and speaking to team.
We were a little concerned about how our twins would settle in, not having spent any time away from family, but thanks to the team they settled in very quickly and come home very cheerful – sometimes doing actions to, and wanting to sing songs that they have been singing during the day!
They are given a great variety of food and we are kept updated through the app.
We would definitely suggest this childcare centre.
