October 10, 2024 at 4:04 amThe manager has been brilliant, extremely professional, even when different girls come to the door I haven’t met yet, they are so nice and my girl will happily go to them. The app is great, seeing what they have eaten and the photos of them having fun is just another added bonus! The girls are all so cordial and polite. As we pull up in the car I say nursery setting time with a few of the girls’ names she knows and it’s big smiles! My little one has been going to Once Upon a Time for a few months now. It’s so reassuring knowing she is pleased.

October 20, 2024 at 8:25 amOur little one has thrived in the 6 months she has been there and this is due to the dedicated, kind crew, who genuinely care for the youngsters and plan activities around their individual interests. The range of activities the little ones do is fantastic and our girl is experiencing so much during her time there; outdoor activities, painting, making decorations, messy games etc. I am so glad I went with my gut feeling as my young lady is so delighted at this nursery setting. We chose the early‑years hub as we wanted a smaller, more cosy setting for her and the personnel were extremely welcoming. Every member of crew knows our girl and they give us a smiley welcome at drop off and pick up. My girl has been attending Once Upon a Time Nursery since September 2016 and I cannot endorse it wholeheartedly enough. This certainly makes drop off in the mornings easier for us!

They know every youngster personally and this is helped but the relatively small size of the nursery setting. The overall standard of care and thoughtfulness of the crew is excellent. His confidence and discovering capabilities have grown since being here and this is because of the exceptional crew who support for him. I am so pleased that my little one is here and I am protected in the knowledge that he is respected, listened to and understood.
