September 3, 2024 at 6:07 amI can go to work with complete peace of mind that they are not only being taken caregiving of but also having lots of enjoyable. The team is extremely supportive and accommodating. My 4-year-old and my 1-year-old have been going to Odds Farm for over a year. They adore their educators and having access to the farm playground and animals.

October 14, 2024 at 1:40 amWe regret sending our youngster to Odds and would not highly recommend it to other parents. Bad updates, from inconsistent newsletters and wrongly advised event dates through to lack of documentation for incidents/accidents. We sometimes got fortnightly photos of our youngster via an app but they lacked any insight into their growth or nursery experience – yet frustratingly social media pages marketing the nursery are updated extremely regularly. Daily ‘farm visit’ was often just to the soft playtime area only. Our youngster came home‑like dirty – almost every day despite several changes of clothes being provided – and disengaged. Overview of their day at pick up was rushed and lacking info (sometimes by team who had only been with them for only a couple of hours). We were sold on the nursery’s fantastic setting at Odds Farm – but the caregiving of our youngster was lacking and after several attempts to discuss improvements, none occurred and we decided to move nurseries.

October 23, 2024 at 8:42 amMost days they visit the farm and in the preschool room the older kids including my daughter, go to the farm for the whole day! My daughter is thriving in this setting. I adore how inviting they have recently made their entrance, they have tea and coffee, biscuits and cereals for the parents and siblings. She loves the team -She tells me they are her best friends! I was so reluctant to send her to nursery, I was dreading it… However, this nursery has changed my view entirely! She has attended the setting since she was 11 months old so has been in all of the rooms! It’s perfect! There is also a toothbrushing area providing toothbrushes and paste plus seeds to plant at home‑like! She is now so confident around adults and kids and I put this down to the fantastic caregiving and nurturing she receives there. Well done to all! They have a classroom down there which they use for crafts, singing, development etc, but spend majority of the day outside with nature! My daughter loves this nursery!

November 1, 2024 at 1:52 pmThe turnover of team was a major concern for many of the parents and the constant failings in their duty of caregiving and duty to provide a secure setting for the kids. The lack of management abilities and the lack of trained team became too much. My youngster along with several other small girls was repeatedly bitten, kicked and attacked by the same boy. After 3 and a half years of my daughter attending the nursery, I was forced to remove her 8 weeks before she was due to finish. They have a duty of caregiving to provide a secure and nutritious setting and they are currently incapable of doing this. The situation became completely unbearable, with the nursery’s total inability to deal with problematic situations. The authorities got involved, and the nursery attempted to deal with the youngster but consistently failed. If you caregiving about your youngster’s safety and well-being then look elsewhere.

November 5, 2024 at 4:11 pmHe loves his trips to the farm for tractor rides, animal visits and seeing the performers. The team are super and give all the kids extra caregiving, little cuddles and kind words of affection that no one sees. My son is now in preschool and is going from strength to strength. Kindness and adore mean the world to us and them. While it took my son a while to fully be himself and settle into Odds, I’ve never seen him happier at nursery than when he goes into the room now. It’s truly hard to leave your precious youngster every day, but Odds are truly helping shape them into the adults they will become. What a gorgeous, varied and rich experience he has there!

November 21, 2024 at 7:08 pmI can’t thank them enough for making my worries seem so silly. However, the team at Odds Farm have gone above and beyond at supporting both me and my baby, from constant photos being uploaded of my baby having enjoyable playing, to helping collect her in the mornings. When my youngster started Nursery, I was quite worried as they’d had a bad experience in the past. Would definitely highly recommend! Such a kind and approachable team. The team always say hello in the hallways and ask you how you’re doing, even when they look such as they’re in a rush. I can’t stress enough how much effort the team goes through to make sure my youngster had the best days.

November 25, 2024 at 8:46 pmThe opportunity to go to the farm is incredible and it is such a unique setting for a nursery. We are extremely lucky to have a space there and we can’t wait to watch our daughters grow and develop in this setting! Thank you to all team at odds for taking such excellent caregiving of my daughters. The team are all so warm‑hearted and approachable and after a few weeks of tears and struggling to settle my girls now happily go off to team in the morning and have a fantastic day whilst they are there! My two daughters attend odds farm day nursery & pre centre and I could not wish for a better place to send my kids.

December 10, 2024 at 6:08 amThe daily diary is so useful for knowing what activities he has been doing that day. Would thoroughly highly recommend Odds Farm Park Day Nursery & Pre-Centre. The farm setting is just fantastic and its so excellent to know that our son is out in the fresh air as much as possible and is able to see animals on a regular basis. Our son has been attending the nursery since September 2020 and he absolutely loves it! It didn’t take long for him to settle in and the team have always been so approachable and inviting. His growth has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery and the regular focus weeks are a fantastic way to keep in touch with how he is getting on and what could be worked on more.

January 17, 2025 at 10:36 amWe couldn’t have asked for better childcare for our youngster than what we receive from you all! You’ve also supported us as parents greatly with our youngster’s behaviour, and for that, we will be always grateful to you all! We can’t thank you and all of your team at Odds Farm Nursery for your kindness, patience, assistance and the nurturing way you welcomed our youngster into nursery and helped him transition into nursery life! The team here are one in a million.

February 8, 2025 at 8:03 amThere is extremely little updates with parents except for inaccurate feedback at handover. Many leaving due to poor management and those who stay clearly lack passion and training. I adored the nursery from day one and my little one thrived in the main building. Then we moved to Mini Farmers and everything went downhill. The room is not designed for little ones. Team turnover is extremely elevated. The youngster-led approach meant the kids were left to amuse themselves unless they went to the farm to pass the time. We were often sent home‑like in wet clothes as team were too busy to change her. Accidents were almost daily and behaviour was poorly managed, resulting in her frequently being bitten or hurt. Loo roll is not accessible when on the toilet and little ones are in full view of the public if the door is open. Kids are not monitored for progress and tracking forms showing next steps are not shared with parents. Updates was excellent and her days were enjoyable. I would not highly recommend this nursery.

March 2, 2025 at 6:24 amOur youngster has been at this nursery for 8 months. It’s fantastic that the kids regularly go to the farm, and have onsite activities inside and also in the garden. Our current youngster allocated career is fabulous. Team turnover has been higher than we would have preferred, however our youngster has adapted to the new team each time. He took some time to settle at first, which we were reassured was quite usual. Starting in the baby room.

March 17, 2025 at 10:50 pmThe way they have made the changes over the year due to Covid has made me feel at ease for having my son in the nursery. He loves all the team and has an incredible bond with them. They are incredible at communicating everything that is going on and have always been there for both of us when needed. My little boy has been going to this nursery for over a year and he absolutely loves going in every day and has so much enjoyable when he is there.

April 8, 2025 at 5:31 amWe’ve had so many remarkable photos I’ve made my eldest a nursery memory book. For us the farm and facilities are an added bonus to an already extremely nurturing nursery. She has been at the nursery since they opened and we’ve seen a huge improvement from the initial management. Our eldest is certainly ready for centre thanks to the team. Thank you Odds Farm Park Day Nursery & Pre-Centre for helping our girls thrive in a remarkable early years setting. The parent app is a fantastic tool and we adore all the updates and photos! We also have a one year old in the baby room. My four year old has just recently graduated from Odds Farm Park Day Nursery & Pre-Centre. Both our girls are content to go in, welcomed with big smiles and nurturing arms. We believe in our kids’s intuition and they certainly look forward to going.

May 1, 2025 at 5:27 pmMy daughter started in January 2021 she was only 4 months old. #
Thank you During covid, the nursery still managed to keep the updates going by calling us every 4 weeks in regards to her growth which we found extremely useful. The practitioners who caregiving for her adapt activities to include her even tho she was so young. She is now over the age of one and doing so well. She took a long time to settle and struggled with the transitions in the morning.

May 6, 2025 at 1:51 amIt’s easier to pick up the phone or speak with them in person if you have a quick question (which is refreshing to find because normally you can’t speak to anyone these days!). My daughter has been there for two years, and my eldest left last year. The facilities are spotless and secure, and the team all work incredibly hard. Absolutely highly recommend it, and I am so grateful to all the team. The only flaw is that updates can be slow between the nursery and parents if you have an admin query. This is totally understandable though, because the team are focused on nurturing for the kids rather than responding to emails 24/7. The nursery is unique because of the opportunity to go to the farm every day. They have lots of events/dress-up days, and the team always go the extra mile to make it exciting. The food is locally sourced, and they are always introducing new items to the menu to encourage kids to try more foods. This is an incredible nursery, and I am so content with the provision.

May 9, 2025 at 1:21 pmOne of the biggest touches at the nursery is they assistance you in celebrating any upcoming birthdays, they helped my fantastic-granddaughter to make such a delightful birthday card. I have picked her up on a few occasions and it is so delightful to go to a nursery where the feedback that is given is in fantastic detail. All of the team and management are approachable and approachable. My fantastic-granddaughter attends Odds Farm Day Nursery and Pre-Centre. My fantastic-granddaughter always talks about all of the girls in the Toddler room and takes part in some delightful activities. I will definitely keep this for the memory box! I would highly highly recommend this nursery to anyone, the outdoor space and the opportunity to spend time on the farm daily is just incredible!

May 11, 2025 at 6:28 pmAs a family we feel extremely fortunate that our youngster is able to attend a nursery such as Odds Farm. It would be an added bonus if the nursery was able to update parents on kids’s progress using tech/online platform/app for example. The team give parents every confidence kids are enjoying their time at nursery in a supportive and enjoyable setting.

May 16, 2025 at 12:24 pmI’d such as there to be a way we can see more on what they get up too! My youngster loves going to nursery which is delightful to see. The team I have spoken to have been extremely approachable and the day diaries they provide have been incredibly useful to us, enabling us to see what she has eaten throughout the day or how much sleep they had. Also, I’d such as to see this nursery be more considerate with the setting. Use biodegradable nappy bags, eco-approachable nappies and wipes which will also contain less harmful chemicals than pampers. The growth I’ve seen with my youngster has been fantastic since they started at this nursery. My feedback would be that we have not yet seen any pictures of our youngster at nursery taking part in these activities which is a shame. The speech and growth progression is incredible.

May 25, 2025 at 4:49 amShe has come on leaps and bounds and is full of confidence. My 21-month-old daughter has been attending Odds Farm baby room since she was 9 months old. Any queries or small problems I have raised in the past have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. She gets along well with the team in the baby room and has her favourites who she talks about at home‑like regularly, along with a few friend’s names. This is the main reason I chose odds farm over other nurseries. I adore the fact that they take the kids to the farm daily – and have a lot of outdoor playtime. She only attends a few full days a week – however, wakes up every day asking if she can go to nursery! She prefers it to being with mummy and daddy it seems- which fills me with full confidence sending her in knowing how much she loves it there.

May 30, 2025 at 11:10 pmI never saw a single photo of my youngster during his attendance, as we weren’t allowed in the building due to COVID. They seem to pick and choose their favourites for photos/opportunities and parents to chat to about experiences. However, the daily diary was always a excellent idea for updates – if it was filled out correctly. The team is all fantastic with the kids and my youngster progressed a lot in a year. Overall, my youngster enjoyed going. I did not feel welcome after contacting the manager about an issue I had at the beginning of my youngster starting and feel such as issues just got worse from there. And childcare is excellent, but management needs to improve. I didn’t particularly have a excellent experience with the admin/managerial side of the nursery. My youngster attended the nursery for a year. The early year’s framework and journal I received after leaving was incomplete and thrown together last minute.
