The team are inviting and welcoming with every kid, and they know them intimately. Their setting provides imaginative discovering opportunities based on the kids’s own interests: for instance, they provided a star-making activity because my granddaughter likes Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Despite all these fantastic activities, the setting is immaculately spotless, tidy and welcoming.
They cater exceptionally well for dietary needs, my granddaughter is dairy free, and she is consistently included in every food activity. The caterers provide the oat milk she prefers. The team went out of their way to find dairy-free chocolate so she could make a chocolate cake with everyone else.
The childcare centre works hard to include parents/carers and family as well, eg grandparents day and parents’ commitment.
The team take safeguarding very seriously and are well-trained. The setting is secure and secure.
I would highly suggest them. Oberlin Street Childcare centre is outstanding in the care of my granddaughter, who I care for daily.

He has been attending since he was just over 1 year old (he’s currently 16 months old). I was initially nervous but was instantly put at ease when meeting the team. They are very informative, trustworthy and welcoming. I have updates about him throughout the day via the app and sense very comfortable leaving him in their care. He has since been undergoing tests for a possible neurological condition which inhibits him from meeting his milestones. They are more than cheerful to help accommodate his needs, liaising with external bodies (physio/occupational therapy etc) to try and get the best care for him, even acquiring suitable equipment for him as he is unable to sit unaided. He is consistently included in all activities even if it means he requires a little more care. Updates is absolutely remarkable. I want to give an extra mention to one baby room team member, in particular, who my son adores, he consistently has a smile on his face for her which is a testament to how excellent they are. My son absolutely loves childcare centre.

Remarkable childcare centre, my little one loves it and is thriving so much within the childcare centre setting, the team are lovely and I felt at ease enrolling my daughter into Oberlin street after visiting other nurseries.

Oberlin Street was recommended to me by a friend so I knew straight away that’s where I wanted to send my daughter! They were so welcoming, welcoming, and overall fab! My daughter’s speech, physical development, and socialisation with other kids and adults have become incredible over her first year in the toddler room to say she didn’t know how to interact with others because of lockdown! What a remarkable childcare centre Oberlin street is! I can’t wait to see her thrive in the preschool room and for my son to attend in the future! I was very nervous when my daughter had just turned 2 and getting ready to attend her 15 hours a week.

My son has settled in really well and has lots of friends,
he loves all the team he works with, his key workers consistently keep me well-informed throughout the day with what he has done. Exceptional team, can’t suggest them enough. Incredible childcare centre, can’t do enough for my son, he consistently has his needs met and he loves going there.

All team are lovely! He is familiar with all the team, he has lots of friends which have been there since day one with him. He’s consistently coming home telling the family what great enjoyable he’s had at childcare centre. Highly suggest! My son has been there since he was 1, never had a problem or a bad word to say!

They accommodated to his halal diet with ease and ensured he is consistently well looked after. His speech has massively improved since attending this setting he is consistently extremely excited about attending childcare centre and is consistently talking about the team there I would highly suggest! My nephew attended the childcare centre and was welcomed and made to sense at home.

The team make you sense welcome and keep you updated daily on your kid’s activities and processions. My son has been going to this childcare centre since he was 9 months old, he has consistently loved going to childcare centre to playtime with his friends.

This setting has very standards and constantly strives to achieve outstanding. They are passionate about kids and this shows on their interactions with them! My son loves childcare centre and is keen to go in the school holidays. Outstanding updates between team and parent, and appreciative of the time that is given to me when I pick my son up. As a kid care practitioner and trainer, I have extremely high expectations of any kid care provider.

Team are really nice and look after my daughter really well and they feedback to me on everything that she has done in the day. I can call whenever to see how she’s doing. If I need extra days to put my daughter in they can which is really supportive. Really great childcare centre my daughter has been in this childcare centre since January but before that, she was in the other branch.
