Oak Lee Montessori School

My only regret is we didn’t send him to Oak Lee sooner. We sent our second son to Oak Lee when he was 7 months old and he will stay with the Oak Lee family until he goes to school. We adore that the incredible, compassionate, attentive team are so upbeat, polite and nurturing. We adore the independence that Oak Lee instill into our kids. My kids are so supportive and independent at home as a result. They instil great manners by entering greetings and leaving at the end of the day. The discovering is second to none with so many variations with teaching. Care home trips and engagement of kids with the elderly instil respect. The food is nutritious and the communications are remarkable. We chose to send our eldest son to Oak Lee as a recommendation when we moved to Pinner.

Teaching kids independence and giving them self‑assurance, the team are outstanding. Nutritionally balanced meals. Activities such as tennis, French and ICT Extremely high standards and both my kids have gone to this childcare centre.

He was very cheerful there and used to look forward to going to childcare centre everyday. The teaching team there were nurturing, dedicated, well‑informed and approachable. There was regular feedback given on our sons development and if we had any questions, they were consistently be available to talk to you and would respond to any messages very quickly. We would suggest this childcare centre. Our son had a remarkable journey through Oak Lee Montessori School.

It’s a very expert setup, team are trained very well and everything is done in a systematic and proper way with education, social skills, food and playtime. There is daily feedback to parents via their website, weekly photos sent to parents, regular one-to-one catch-ups and parental workshops. We sense very secure sending our little one to this secure and attentive setting and are confident that she will be ready for school when she graduates. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to parents. My son went to Oak Lee Montessori School when he was younger, now in year three and my daughter currently goes there.

We have two daughters there, aged one and four. My eldest has thrived since joining there in the last year. Her reading, writing and understanding of different topics has developed so much and she will be more than ready for big school. My youngest is equally enjoying it and settled in really quickly. The team are extremely dedicated and focused on the individual needs of the kids. Plus the food there is incredible! The updates from the management and office is also remarkable. I could not suggest Oak Lee Montessori School more.

He adores all his educators including cooking educators. The development he has made from both discovering and behavioural perspective is simply incredible: he is only 3 but he is already starting additions and phonics but most importantly it is done in such a subtle way that kids think that they are playing and without any pressure. The activities and conversations they have at the childcare centre are varied from values e.g. everybody is unique and special to the solar system. Physical activity is also valued. And the food apparently is delicious as quite a lot of kids tend to go for seconds. The childcare centre management is exceptional! When most nurseries closed for the first lockdown, ours stayed open to assistance key workers and online discovering options have been provided to us to assistance us (e.g. online yoga, story reading and materials we could print like colouring pages etc). I could not ask for a better childcare centre! We have sent our son to Oak Lee Montessori School when he was 9 months old (he is now 3 years and 3 months).

The induction and registration process was swift and well conducted. I really felt they wanted to get to know my kid and they were very detailed with the information they gathered. My daughter settled in almost immediately and was very excited to attend daily. We noticed how she was taking on positive actions and behaviours learnt whilst she was there, such as pushing chairs in when standing up and tidying away shoes without a thought. Her self‑assurance grew and she was consistently cheerful. The team were welcoming and polite. Management was excellent at keeping parents up to date and updates was outstanding. We were consistently really impressed that it was a structured setting and processes were very swift especially drop off’s and pickups. We had a fantastic journey sending our daughter to Oak Lee Montessori School.

Over this time, we’ve been fortunate to build and maintain a excellent partnership with Oak Lee and I believe our kids have benefitted from this. From a very young age, Oak Lee introduced structure and education but more importantly, the kids are cheerful and engaged throughout, that’s based on our journey. The team have excellent energy and ethos about them. We have been with Oak Lee for over 7 years; we have 3 kids and our youngest is still there!

I would like to say one meeting with the team at Oak Lee Montessori School and I was sold. All the team were so inviting and welcoming and treat each kid as individuals. The daily enjoyable activities are tailored to each kid ensuring they reach their full potential. The onsite cook and team come up with the most incredible nutritious dishes too. There is also the opportunity to have regular catch up’s with my son’s key workers which I have found reassuring and informative. My little one has been attending for a year now and I would highly suggest Oak Lee Montessori School to anyone looking for a childcare centre in the area. It’s been such a blessing to have found such a fantastic childcare centre to provide him with such a solid foundation in life. Picking a childcare centre for any new mother returning to work is a daunting task; with the fear of missing out, the anxiety of having someone other than family attentive for your little one and the general uncertainty of what to expect from it all.
