Nurtured Nursery St Winnow

Excellent nursery, couldn’t fault them for their care and support of our two little ones through age 1 to 4. Our children love to going too and they know the children well, helping them nurture their interests and learning through play. They also support the parents with transitions and have been really understanding through this past strange and difficult year, helping where they are able to. Thank you!

My son has been coming since he was seven months old and he loves it! I couldn’t recommend Nurtured Nursery St Winnow enough, all the staff are lovely and always go above and beyond expectations. The nursery has a relaxed atmosphere, I feel confident leaving my son knowing that he is well taken care of and having lots of fun, whilst they promote learning. The daily diary is a lovely touch and keeps me well informed about my son’s day. I’m so pleased my child goes here! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Nursery and an incredible staff who work so hard providing the best possible care for your child and also as a family. We as a family cannot thank them enough for all the love and care they have provided for our children over a number of years. Our last child is off to school and is so ready for his next step into the big world thanks to Nurtured. I also wanted to say the food that the on-site chef provides is amazing and my son is really going to miss her delicious meals. All healthy and filling for those little tums. Thanks very much.

Our daughter has been at Nurtured Nursery St Winnow since she was 1 year old and from the very start, we have been delighted with the care she receives. From the moment we dropped her off on her first day we were put at ease by the key workers who helped us through the troublesome toddler and toilet training stage, and who got her ready to start at ‘big’ school, absolutely all the staff are fantastic here! They genuinely care about each child and help them develop both their social skills and educational needs, and the chef for preparing all the meals does a fantastic job of providing a varied, healthy, and delicious menu (our daughter loves the fish pie and the puddings!), and the Manager is always helpful, flexible and swift to reply with all of our random questions. The outside spaces are great and you know the children are always outside having fun, even in the rain! If you’re not sure where to send your child to nursery, look no further you won’t regret it!

From day one, the staff at Nurtured Nursery St Winnow have been incredible. Every staff member has been welcoming, supportive and has made sure that my wife and I are kept informed about our daughter’s progress, and what she’s up to week-to-week.
I would especially like to highlight how amazing our daughter’s key worker has been. In the relatively short time that our daughter has been going to Nurtured Nursery, it’s clear to see the relationship that she has developed with her and you can tell that she’s always excited to go to nursery.
We wouldn’t want our daughter to go anywhere else.

Welcoming, friendly and positive atmosphere. The staff are always so happy and very easy to talk to. The nursery follows a child led, gentle approach with leaning and exploring which they do to a high standard.

My daughter previously attended Nurtured Nursery and loved it so it was an easy decision to enrol my son towards the end of last year at 9 months. He is currently in the baby room where he receives excellent care. He loves the days he goes to nursery and is always full of smiles when I collect him. All the staff are super friendly and genuinely care about giving the children the best experience possible. They always plan a variety of different activities helping children reach their milestones through play.

The facilities are excellent inside and out, always clean. The food is also great. The communication, billing and admin side of things runs smoothly, whenever I’ve had a query it’s been resolved quickly. I looked at a lot of nurseries before first visiting Nurtured, none of them quite measured up. Nurtured Nursery felt right straight away because they have the balance of everything just right.

Can’t recommend them highly enough.

My daughter attended this nursery since she was 9 months old and has moved up through the nursery from the baby room to the toddler room and then to the preschool.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease they are all so lovely and seem to really enjoy their jobs and have all been there for a really long time.
The nursery is wonderful it’s such a beautiful setting with amazing outdoor space and lovely indoor rooms.
Healthy dinners are also cooked onsite by an amazing chef.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough I really wouldn’t have sent my daughter anywhere else and I am really doing to miss this place!

Nurtured is THE most amazing nursery! From the very first contact, all the way through until my son’s last day the staff were outstanding. I literally cannot praise them enough for the care they showed my son. They were also professional and knowledgeable about child development. They spent time really getting to know my son and noticed the little things. He loved going there and is missing them now he is in school. They are everything we wanted in a nursery and more. They are well organised, with good communication. My son has additional needs and he had the best support provided to him by the SENDCo and the whole team. No one cares for your child like you do, but Nurtured come very close! Thank you Nurtured Nursery.

We recently moved our daughter from a different nursery as we were moving house and Nurtured Nursery made the whole thing so smooth. We had delays with the move and they were really understanding and accommodating to that. Our daughter has now been attending nurtured for three months and she’s so happy there. The staff are incredible, our daughter loves going there way more than the previous nursery and we thought they had set the bar high! I highly recommend Nurtured to anyone looking for childcare in the area.
