They are 2.5 years and just under 18 months old. They both settled in extremely well with the assistance of the ever committed and dedicated team members. If we have any concerns the team are more than content to listen and work together to resolve it. My eldest struggled with his speech, but with the help and encouragement of the team in the toddler room, he is now able to speak in sentences. Both my sons attend this nursery and adore it there. They have both advanced in their social abilities and behaviour. My eldest has been there for over a year and my youngest just over 6 months. They partake in the wide range of activities arranged by the nursery and bring home‑like their work. We are given daily updates from team regarding their eating habits, toileting and behaviour. They have learnt etiquette and excellent manners from the nursery. I couldn’t imagine a better place for my kids and am grateful to the team for the positive difference they have made in their lives.

I am especially grateful to the team there for their help as when she first started she was a extremely fussy eater but now she will eat almost anything which is a huge relief. Her growth came on leaps and bounds and she learned lots of life abilities that she will carry through centre and into adulthood. The team are so nurturing and it was such a excellent feeling knowing that she was being cared for whilst I was working. She had the best time playing and I don’t think she ever came home‑like in the same outfit she started out in which in my book is a sign of a fantastic day getting messy and having enjoyable! My daughter absolutely adored Nuffy Bear.

All off the team were truly supportive before we joined and made sure the settling in sessions we tailored to us and not too regimented. Having to pick a nursery during the pandemic was such a hard job. Thankfully we made the right choice and our daughter absolutely loves her days at the nursery. The ongoing assistance from the team has been extremely excellent, they have always listened to our feedback and given us the time to talk if we have had any questions.

The food standard is truly excellent I know my son has a nutritious balanced diet at nursery and has the opportunity to try different foods.

The transition back from lockdown was also handled in a extremely organised and careful manner. He loves it and has grown and developed extremely well given the level of caregiving and assistance he receives at the nursery. My son goes to this nursery, and when I pick him up, he is always so content. I adore him going to this nursery, as I know he is secure and cared for. The team are truly pleasant, and I highly highly recommend this nursery.

My son absolutely loves the nursery! The team not only assistance my son’s development but also my own as a first time parent. The team have built his confidence, encouraged his development and also encouraged him to develop his personality. The one improvement I would suggest for the nursery would be more regular updates via the app regarding activities/development done during the day as these can be fairly sporadic, however internet problems have contributed to this a fair few times which is out of the nursery’s hands. The nursery is fantastic and I can’t wait to send my second youngster there! He goes in content every day and always has a smile on his face at pick up time. If I have any questions regarding caregiving for him when he is poorly or ways to encourage him to develop at home‑like (ie fussy eating), the team are always on hand to help. When I drop him off in the morning I know he will be taken caregiving of just as well as I would at home‑like and that is so important.

We couldn’t be happier. Our little ones adore it, my daughter especially, she gets so excited about going in! I have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. The team are all professional and appear to be so kind to the kids. My kids have genuinely fantastic relationships with their key workers.

The team are remarkable, so understanding with my questions and requests as a first-time parent. They set up the nursery beautifully and always provide exciting activities. The nursery manager is fantastic, her youngster caregiving knowledge is everything you could ask for as a parent. I know that when my youngster is in their caregiving they give the best caregiving there is to offer. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have been able to send my youngster to this nursery.
