Lovely nursery setting welcoming personnel and my little one enjoys going here always accommodating my boy also joined this childcare centre when he was younger for several years and he also really enjoyed going to this nursery setting I would advocate I already have and a neighbour of mines little ones now went to here

The crew are constantly kind, welcoming and caring. The app used to communicate is truly useful, and the support and attention given to every youngster is truly exemplary. Our period has only better with time too. They have kept costs affordable for working parents rather than taking advantage of the ‘London tax’. When we first came to Northend our little one was only a few months old, so leaving him for such a long time was naturally a nervous period. In a time where the cost of childcare (especially in London) can be prohibitive, Northend has been an absolute miracle. The first day when he came out absolutely beaming and having had a wonderful day, we knew we had found the right place.

When I first moved into the area I was terrified as I knew no one and nothing. Thanks to everyone at Northend for making the transition between not going to childcare centre and going to childcare centre so easy and also thanks for the Famly app which the workers can email and send me photos as updates throughout my children’s sessions there. The team in the rooms are great with the kids and they cherish attending there. I would advocate it to anyone. I walked to the Northend Nursery and the manager was lovely, so welcoming and kind to both me and my two youngsters.

We need more correspondence and empathy on this as I’m sure many parents are facing questions from managers as to when this will be resolved. As we move forwards and under pressure to return to ‘normal’ life, the current 4pm finish creates problems with work, as it restricts the number of days we can go into the office or work effectively from home whilst parenting. Northend has been a fantastic early‑years hub for my little ones and I have felt at ease knowing that they are well looked after by personnel. The personnel genuinely care and it’s clear. The updates that I receive throughout the day, via the app, is truly reassuring, as I get updates on how they’re doing, as well as notifications if there have been any accidents. I would hate to have to move from Northend due to this, but it’s becoming increasingly likely that we will be forced to. The pandemic has affected many businesses and the nursery setting has unsurprisingly had its share of challenges. It’s a real shame as the kids have and are thriving here

All the above excellent crew, really pleased and pleased with the attention. I am just really delighted as are both of my kids. I would advocate them to anyone. An excellent childcare centre on every level. Staff are exceptionally polite and respectful.

She enjoys all the food and always eats it and always comes home with a full pleased belly. The educators are extremely welcoming and extremely extremely useful. Really helped with my child’s growth and growth. Lovely educators who help to pick up her speech and behaviour and help and ideas to take home to help her.

They are really working hard with him as his speech is behind and it’s improving all the time. The team are extremely welcoming and I can see my grandson adores being there. The reaction between the kids and personnel is wonderful. The nursery setting is a lovely, cordial and exceptionally professional place.

Cheers More grace to your elbow. I am extremely pleased with the level of support given by crew in looking after our young lad and his speech and playtime competences have really strengthened over time so, l do believe the team are doing a great job.

Keep parents informed on what’s happening in and around the early‑years hub. Gives updates on child’s progress periodically. Daily face to face updates with parents on what child’s activities and participation were like, including food intake when we pick up our kids. Good observations when they notice something different about your little one.

My little one absolutely treasures Northend Nursery and showed the most interest in this setting despite viewing a few others, he has settled in so well and tells me how much fun he has and how kind the team are which is lovely and reassuring to hear from my 3-year-old. My boy started preschool after the Easter term and coming from nurseries and, childminding backgrounds myself, I was anxious about sending my boy to any setting due to the agency workers, apprentices and practitioners in general. All personnel appear exceptionally genuine, caring and helpful on a whole and are truly informative at handover at the end of the day.
