September 10, 2024 at 1:57 amI was a very anxious mummy about my little boy starting childcare centre, as I had tried one and had a bad journey so it made me even more anxious as my son going, as he had only ever really been with myself or his nanna and grandpa. He was very upset when he first started the settling-in sessions but they made him sense secure and they engaged with him with the things he likes to do!
The team are so compassionate, understanding, welcoming and expert and I can say that they have made me also sense relaxed and reassured that he is secure and well cared for while he spends his time there! Noah’s Ark Childcare centre is incredible!

October 3, 2024 at 1:55 pmThey have been so supportive through her ASD, for her and myself. My daughter is consistently so cheerful to go and is banging one the door to get in! Her speech and social skills have came on incredible here. This childcare centre has been incredible and I am so sad to see my daughter leave. My daughter has been at this childcare centre for a while and today is her last day.

October 10, 2024 at 12:04 pmThe team are absolutely remarkable nothing is EVER too much trouble for them. My daughter was selective mute when she first started there and within 6 months of her being with her key worker she was chatting away like there was never an issue.
All 3 of our kids have consistently loved going there and consistently have a smile on their faces.
We cannot thank the team enough for the best possible start our kids could ever have had to their school life. We have used this childcare centre for the last 5 years with our 3 youngest kids.

The team are in the main parents themselves, have a attentive attitude and a very structured system which works well. The team turnover is minimal which is consistently a great sign of a well managed team. Both my son’s have attended – one of which was very anxious about being left, the team made this transition as simple as possible and worked with me to ensure he settled in well. Don’t be fooled by fancy buildings with hanging baskets, this is a no frills childcare centre that delivers first class childcare with no smoke and mirrors. Noah’s Ark childcare centre is by far the best childcare centre I have come across since moving to Thanet – we have tried several.

They have excellent preschool educational activities. My kid has thrived here. I highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has loved her time at this childcare centre.

May 8, 2025 at 12:03 pmThey are incredible at communicating, sharing photos and progression with parents, and giving all the kids opportunities to develop. Our daughter completes educational activities that are also enjoyable. She returns home with lovely drawings and stories about her day, that include dressing up and playing outside. She has made excellent development and she only leaves with a smile on her face. Thank you to the whole Noah’s Ark team and a special shout out and thanks to her key workers in the Ocean Room! Noah’s Ark has been such a remarkable childcare centre for our daughter.
