October 7, 2024 at 3:51 pmHe started (as a lot of kids do) quite unsettled but it didn’t take long for him to sense comfortable and now he drags me to the door in excitement to get inside. He loves it there! My son is non/pre-verbal with possible ASD and the childcare centre have helped me with the relevant referrals. His development has come on so much since being there and I sense relaxed knowing he is well looked after and cheerful whilst being there. My son has been going to New Moon Childcare centre for the last 11 months.

October 12, 2024 at 11:47 amShe absolutely loves going there and has tried inviting her key worker for a sleepover multiple times (although she politely declines). The team are consistently super welcoming and consistently take on board my daughter’s ridiculous requests for different activities.

November 26, 2024 at 9:19 amWe moved our son to New Moon Childcare centre from what was supposed to be a great childcare centre, and are constantly blown away by the incredible team and how much they go the extra mile for the kids. The variety of activities is fab and our son runs in every morning and talks about childcare centre all weekend! Did not know nurseries could be as great as this and I will be heartbroken when he starts school and has to leave. The standard of care is absolutely remarkable.

My kid settled so quickly which was a surprise to me as I thought it would take him some time, I believe this is down to the team and the welcoming curiosity approach rooms.
I wouldn’t want to send my kid elsewhere. New Moon is such a fantastic childcare centre, my kid has the best time here.

December 27, 2024 at 1:22 amI’m sad that he will be leaving this fantastic, nurturing setting with team that he loves, but cheerful in the knowledge that they have given him the best possible start in life, having attended since he was 9 months old. New Moon has definitely become our kids’s extended family and we will consistently be grateful for the adore and care provided. I have two boys at New Moon currently, and as we approach my eldest’s last summer here before leaving to start big school, I’m both saddened and overjoyed at the same time.

My kids adore childcare centre days and are so cheerful and excited to share their stories of their day’s activities when I pick them up. They have both learnt and developed so much during their time here and I’m grateful for the effort all the team put into making their nursey journey so loving, stimulating and worthwhile. I have consistently felt reassured and confident that my kids are secure and cheerful. Both my kids attend New Moon Childcare centre and I couldn’t suggest it highly enough!

We have been cheerful customers of the childcare centre since I returned to work after maternity leave, and have consistently been impressed by their high standards. Soon our daughter will be leaving New Moon Childcare centre for primary school; we are incredibly cheerful with how the childcare centre has set her up to succeed as her education continues.

We’d suggest this childcare centre to everyone. We’ve used this childcare centre since 2019 for both our kids and we can’t rate it highly enough.

In a highly short space of time, She confidently walks into childcare centre every day, cheerful to be there. It puts us at ease knowing that she’s not crying every day we leave her. The team are so attentive and consider the needs of the kids all the time. The childcare centre has a comfortable, homely sense. They’ve been incredible. After trying two other nurseries, we have now found one where our granddaughter is thriving.

May 4, 2025 at 2:13 amOur little boy has been there for a year now and we only have positives to say. Our kid was helmeted for his first 6 months of attendance and the team were incredible, they go above and beyond consistently!
He loves going, we don’t even get a backwards glance anymore when he runs to go in. His development amazes us every day and we put a lot of that down to the remarkable activities he does and the care he receives at childcare centre!
Five stars! We suggest it to anyone! We absolutely adore New Moon Childcare centre!

The childcare centre provides home-cooked meals which is a big positive and my daughter loves them! Highly suggest New Moon! His key worker is a credit as are all the team we come into contact with, I can’t ever understand how they are still just as enthusiastic when we pick him up on a night like they were on morning drop off. It can’t be easy but that’s a testament to their passion. Understanding my kid’s needs and have offered assistance and discovering plans to improve.

I truly cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter loves her days at New Moon- she has bonded beautifully with all of her key workers over the nearly two years she has attended and consistently leaves cheerful and worn out!

The team are fantastic with the kids and endeavour to help the kids sense secure and cheerful and learn. It is clear to see how much the team care for the kids. My kid comes home and talks about her educators with so much adore – she talks about them like they’re family. The kids at New Moon receive so many opportunities to allow them to explore, learn and build their self‑assurance.
