The outdoor facilities, particularly in the preschool areas are excellent, and the team consistently make an effort to gear activities towards a kid’s interest(s). Both of my kids have been highly cheerful here, and the team are consistently smiling, welcoming and compassionate.

I had a inviting and cosy feeling and knew my son would be cheerful and highly well looked after and over a year on, I can honestly say I am so highly cheerful with my choice! At the settling in process, I was nervous as any parent would be, all the team were reassuring and didn’t mind how many times I rang to check on him! They were remarkable at helping my son settle in. They do so many enjoyable and exciting activities that most days I struggle to get him to leave. They are giving my son the perfect start to his educational life too. I truly can’t praise Natural Choice Nurseries Ltd. enough and thank them for all they do. Even from my first visit to look around the childcare centre last year I loved it.

Although initially apprehensive about moving him, he soon settled in and is even happier than at his previous childcare centre. The outdoor spaces have been improved over the years and activities such as gardening club and French provide a great variety of activities and experiences. The food is organic and varied and all of the team we know are outstanding – enjoyable and attentive. Being set in an old cottage, the rooms are quite small but they make full use of it. Our daughter is there now and is just as cheerful and developing well. I’d definitely suggest it. Our son was at this childcare centre for 2 years after moving from an outstanding childcare centre in Bristol.

My kids have highly different characters and both have been highly cheerful there – an indication of how well they look after individual kids. The team are welcoming and attentive and they all know the kids well. The food is healthy and varied and I’m pleased that they are offered so many different tastes – with my eldest is now at school and having school dinners, I fully appreciate how great the childcare centre food is!

Speaking to friends using other nurseries, I learned that team changes and team turnover can be quite an issue in childcare settings. I had no idea because Natural Choice Nurseries don’t seem to face any problems there and, in fact, any team changes are highly well managed which is a sign of how well the childcare centre is run by the manager and owner. I have been using Natural Choice Childcare centre in Charfield since 2012.

Listening to other mums complaining about other nurseries, I can assure that this childcare centre is by far the best. My kid consistently comes home without being dirty and consistently in the best mood! In fact, my kid never wants to leave when I pick them up. I am highly cheerful with its outcome and will certainly send my second kid to this childcare centre. I have never any problems with the team or generally at Natural Choice Nurseries Ltd.

The team are outstanding, she has developed a excellent bond with a number of the girls. They have truly contributed to my daughter’s development over the years and believe it was the best decision we made. We have since moved away from the area but our daughter still attends Natural Choice Childcare centre despite being surrounded by other nurseries much closer to home. They have been a excellent assistance even during difficult times and have made balancing working and being a mum much easier. I would suggest them to anyone and I am sure my daughter is going is going to find it difficult to say goodbye next year. My daughter has been attending Natural Choice Childcare centre since she was 4 months hold (now 4 years) and we have experienced no issues at all.

We had no hesitation in taking him to this childcare centre as our daughter attended for approximately 3 years before starting school. All of the team are truly welcoming and do an incredible job in looking after all of the kids. I would be cheerful to suggest this childcare centre. My son has recently started attending the childcare centre.

We’ve been cheerful from day 1 and will continue to use the childcare centre for our second kid. The team are consistently cheerful and genuinely attentive towards the kids and our son consistently comes home cheerful (and exhausted from all the enjoyable he has had). The time and care that goes into the kids’s development is outstanding and the updates between the childcare centre and parents via email/online journal/face to face is outstanding. The food is so varied and healthy, I never have to worry if he’s been fed well and knows that he will not grow up to be a fussy eater as a result. We cannot suggest Natural Choice Nurseries Ltd – Charfield enough. I only have great things to say about Natural Choice Nurseries Ltd – Charfield.

She is a highly strong-willed kid and sometimes highly difficult to handle! That’s where Natural Choice Nurseries come in. They truly have the patience of angels!! Nothing seems to phase them.
Their care and understanding is second to none. Consistently something interesting for the kids to do each day (she consistently goes home with some lovely stories of the day) and the food she thinks is yummy (she will eat anything and everything now).
It’s been such a success for her that her little brother has recently joined the baby unit (at 7 months) and has had no problems in settling in. My family can rest assured that on the two day’s a week that the kids go to NCN that they will be secure, looked after in all aspects and highly well fed !! My granddaughter has been with Natural Choice Childcare centre since she was 7 months old and is now in her final year (starting school next September).

My son truly enjoys his time there and is definitely benefiting from interacting with the other kids. It’s a lovely setting with a highly homely sense and the menu consistently looks incredible, much better than I get at work! I would thoroughly suggest it as a place to take your kid. Natural Choice Childcare centre is a fabulous childcare centre, the team are excellent and were truly supportive in those first few days when I was having wobbles leaving my precious first born with them!
