N Family Club - Moseley

The staff have a great relationship with our daughter and she with them. Great organisation, fantastic food, activities and play. The recent sports day was a fab opportunity to meet some of the other parents and our daughter’s friends. A really lovely day and we are so grateful to the staff for organising and hosting it. I am really happy we chose N Moseley as our nursery.

The nursery is a fantastic setting my son has thoroughly enjoyed attending and has thrived in this setting. His confidence has grown immensely and he always looks forward to attending. The staff are helpful and pleasant and are always on hand to answer any enquiries or support with any particular situation.
The nursery setting is very clean and spacious compared to many other nurseries that I have viewed.

My son had been with a different nursery before joining N Moseley. Sadly he had a terrible experience previously which resulted in a lot of distress for us, as parents. We searched for a nursery that would cover the gaps we experienced and N Moseley was exactly that. I have had assurance and positive engagements with the nursery and more than anything my child is incredibly happy. The best thing I’ve seen so far is the adaptation to what my son enjoys (activities-wise). So then I decided to join my second child and I’ve been happy ever since. The staff here go above and beyond their realm and it never feels like a chore or extra effort for them. Couldn’t praise the nursery more, especially having a negative background about a nursery, which restored my hope.

Wonderful nursery. I instantly felt happy to leave my child here. The staff are very friendly and kind. The activities are really creative and imaginative. The food is good quality. They organise lots of extra events for parents too and always go the extra mile. My child is thriving here.

Our son has been at N Family – Moseley for eight months now and we are all so happy with the nursery. Our seventeen-month-old usually runs in, in the morning and is really comfortable with all the staff. He takes part in a range of engaging activities every day and we have no doubt that his language and physical development have been accelerated thanks to his time at nursery. We couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

I have twin girls that started nursery this January and am happy with the service so far. The staff are amazing with the girls and they enjoy being at nursery. Communication is great. They prepare healthy meals which are good for the kids. They also consider and accommodate individual needs of each child.

I am so happy we chose N Family Moseley for our Son. He struggled with starting as most children do, and the staff at N Moseley did everything they could to make him feel at home. They even made a small photo book for him of photos of his family and friends, so whenever he missed us he would look through it. The team are so friendly and diverse and pay attention to all the details that are important to parents and children. There are so many wonderful things about the team and the nursery, we are so grateful to be part of The N Family Club.

This is a lovely nursery, and the staff are caring and considerate of all of our little boy’s needs. We feel so happy he’s settled in so well; this is thanks to the staff that have been consistently reassuring us and providing a happy environment for our son to thrive in. We have had experience in several nurseries with our older children, and N Family Club has definitely proved to be the best in our experience. We always feel welcomed by everyone that works at the nursery. The food is fantastic too!

Big variety of food choices, activities and everything is done with your child’s needs in mind.
Definitely recommend it and plan to keep my child here until he’s old enough for his school years.

The nursery staff are so welcoming and supportive. The play area indoors, in the baby room is fantastic and gives the children ample to keep them engaged and happy. Highly recommend.
Very spacious garden and indoor rooms.
