N Family Club - Harborne

My little one has been at the childcare centre for three weeks now and so far I would say everyone has been incredible and I can see all the hard work that’s been put into helping settle my little one into early‑years hub life. I’m a thrilled mommy, thanks little explorers room crew.

I treasure that they go out each day and dress for the weather. Staff know my youngster well, including his likes and interests and regularly plan activities around this. I have looked elsewhere (closer to home) and nothing compares to the quality of support and experiences they get at N Family Club – Harborne. The crew are kind and approachable. They are knowledgeable about each stage of the child’s growth and you get regular feedback that isn’t generic or sugarcoated. The food is fantastic – really varied and not bland. The large garden for kids to run around in is stunning. I couldn’t ask for more whilst I am at work. I particularly like how committed the team are to explore and respond to the kids as individuals. My two-and-a-half-year-old has been at this early‑years hub since he was seven months. They are all proper meals and my youngster enjoys serving himself, sitting with his friends and clearing away. They’ve really provided so many opportunities for him to grow and become self‑assured and independent.

Our little one is exceptionally pleased there – so are we! All the crew do an incredible job – truly supportive, caring, understanding and simply being themselves. Also, is lovely to see all updates on daily activities in the nursery setting app. One of the best nurseries in the area which I can boldly suggest to other families!

The crew are remarkable, the sites are wonderful and all the activities they do really help her advancement. I really suggest it. Since day one all the team knew her name and were daily welcoming her in a truly warm and caring way. My girl adores this early‑years hub!

I’m so pleased she has been attending here since she was 10 months old and it’s going to be a big wrench to leave when she starts school! N Club Edgbaston has been such an important part of our child’s life – the crew, setting and support and attention for our girl is second to none. Hugely recommended.

It’s the little things they do that make you feel so comfortable, and it shows they attention, and if I’m treated that way as an adult, imagine how the little ones are treated. I have advancement reports and assessments all available to me to review and understand my little ones. I went to the lovely modern parent’s space to log in to do some work, whilst I had time to kill, and before you know it, the personnel are asking if I’d like tea/coffee whilst I did some work. The crew are so accommodating, it feels like I’m dropping my kids off at a family member’s house, with how well we all get on, for example, during the settling-in days for my youngest, the crew advised I be there for a short while, leave and then come back to see how my young lady behaved and interacted without a parent there. Amazing, I would wholeheartedly endorse this nursery setting. I have my two daughters at this early‑years hub, and I can safely say I have given them the best possible start to their education journey.

The lovely on-site chef cooks fresh nutritious meals every day with no processed or sugary ingredients. The most important element that really makes a huge difference to me compared to other nurseries I’ve visited is the menu. The team organises fun events in the summer and for Christmas and in general, everything is really well thought out. Can’t fault this early‑years hub! The garden is stunning, the toys are eco-friendly and there is a lot of attention to every detail. Incredible facilities, caring/hard-working team, lovely management, lots of great advancement opportunities. No complaints and would strongly endorse it. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for.

The overall running of the nursery setting, and the premises on-site have better hugely since N Family took over. I have been constantly impressed by the standards of support provided, how welcoming, caring and approachable the personnel are, how great the food choices are, and how varied the activities are. Both my kids currently go to N Family Harborne – one in the preschool room, and one in babies. There is a delighted and calm feel about the early‑years hub, and both my kids are really thriving there.

He has an incredible relationship with all the personnel members and management, he feels extremely comfortable here and really enjoys his time at early‑years hub, he looks forward to going in every day and speaks about his instructors on a daily basis, expressing who he is excited to see that day! He’s never eaten so well. My boy has come on so much since joining N Family. All the crew truly support and are committed I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they do! His appetite has also come on since being with N Family, previously he had a extremely limited pallet, they have really encouraged a wide variety of foods and offer fresh and healthy cooked meals every day. I enthusiastically endorse this childcare centre to any parents looking for childcare, I cannot fault them! I enjoy having the app and seeing the variety of activities every day. On joining the childcare centre he had exceptionally limited speech and was under speech and language, within a year he has come on so much at the nursery setting that we no longer need that referral.

One of the big differentiators we found compared to other nurseries in the area is the food on offer. Sadly we’re leaving the area so are now trying to find somewhere as good! Our girl has been at N Family Club Edgbaston since 10 months old and has absolutely cherished it. She has been so fond of both her key people. We think the range and breadth of what has been offered has prevented her becoming a fussy eater. It’s been such a relief to us to drop her off knowing she is so pleased there.
