N Family Club - Cambridge

N Family Nursery changed my perception of nurseries. I was reluctant to bring my son to a nursery but I had to go back to work. So, we decided to bring him to N Family in Cambridge. At first, it was a random choice but as soon as the first few calls with them we immediately notice a level of care and communication that was nowhere close to the other ones we spoke to. The front desk has always been excellent and all our questions have been answered immediately. Then, when contacted by our son’s educator for the first time, our good impression strengthened. The nursery itself is new and clean, the menu is excellent and very balanced considering a child’s needs. The staff is caring, prepared and professional, but also very sweet and gentle with children. We couldn’t choose a better place. It is expensive but considered the opening hours (very early to very late) is in line with the others. Strongly recommended

From day one, we have had the most welcoming and professional experience at N Family Club – Cambridge! Our son (2.5) settled in so quickly thanks to the engaging and warm teachers and we have felt so supported by all the staff who are understanding, flexible, kind and very communicative. The app is fantastic with frequent daily updates, the menu is imaginative and nutritious, and the centre is clean and bright with a great outdoor play area. I can’t think of a single thing I would change – highly recommend!

We moved from another nursery a few months ago and the team at N Family Club Cambridge has been so welcoming and caring. Our little one has settled incredibly quickly at the Bay and is so happy and thriving there. Our current key person and previous key person have been amazing and our little one has built a strong bond with them. The variety of food is fantastic, despite our little one having various food allergies. The range of activities they do is impressive, they are so creative and we are able to take the great artwork they do home. Our little one is learning so many new words too. Also the updates, including daily photos, on the app are great and reassuring. Our family couldn’t be happier at N Family Club.

As a grandparent, I am so grateful and excited to be and feel part of the N Family. I love to read the updates I receive during the day of my grandson’s progress and activities without having to keep pestering his parents! He appears to have settled very well and enjoys all the different activities which seem to be forever changing so he appears to be learning new things all of the time as well as making new friends and socialising. Well done N Family keep up your fantastic work. Communication is also excellent.

From our first meet and greet, we knew this is the place to send our son. He loves his teachers and practically jumps out of our arms to go to school. We are kept up to date with his activities, how he eats, sleeps and health overall. The facilities and rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Activities for the kids are always plenty indoors and outdoors. They facilitate to the interest of the kids and help them learn as they grow. The teachers are well-trained, very friendly always up for a chat and a laugh.

The staff are very caring and provide fun daily activities for the children. Our toddler learns new words and songs constantly and is always happy to be dropped off each morning. They have a spacious garden and are sure to take the children out each day. We are very happy with this nursery!

Really lovely nursery. Fantastic facilities and great staff. The app is brilliant, I so look forward to getting the photos and updates of what our son has been up to every day. The food is really lovely and healthy.

Our family has had such a positive experience at N Family Club – Cambridge. Our son has been there for 6 months now and he is thriving with the varied curriculum, enviable meals and caring staff. We love seeing the daily updates which give a glimpse into the fun they are all having, taking part in activities inside and in the garden. Plus, the parental perks of coffee and warm croissants, online talks and family events are the icing on the cake.

My son absolutely loves this nursery as do I. Ever since we started in March, he has quite literally never looked back as a result of the care, kindness and fun he receives from all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and warm it really has such a lovely and happy atmosphere. The updates on his meals, sleep and nappy changes plus the picture updates make the whole experience even more wonderful especially if you’re feeling a bit apprehensive about leaving them. The facilities are fantastic and there is also a wide range of activities from water play to painting to music and yoga! This is an absolutely fantastic nursery loved by my son, his parents and his grandparents! I would highly recommend N Family Club to anyone looking for a nursery.

We couldn’t be happier at N Family Club Cambridge. Our son is absolutely thriving there. The staff are amazing; warm, caring and super professional. They keep the children engaged with numerous creative activities throughout the day. The facilities are top notch and the food is wonderful. Parents are kept up to date on everything through a very useful app. Highly recommended!
