N Family Club - Cambridge

Our little one has settled incredibly quickly at the Bay and is so cheerful and thriving there. We moved from another childcare centre a few months ago and the team at N Family Club Cambridge has been so welcoming and attentive. Our current key person and previous key person have been incredible and our little one has built a strong bond with them. The variety of food is fantastic, despite our little one having various food allergies. The range of activities they do is impressive, they are so creative and we are able to take the excellent artwork they do home. Our little one is discovering so many new words too. Also the updates, including daily photos, on the app are excellent and reassuring. Our family couldn’t be happier at N Family Club.

Our son (2.5) settled in so quickly thanks to the engaging and warm educators and we have felt so supported by all the team who are understanding, flexible, kind and very communicative. From day one, we have had the most welcoming and professional journey at N Family Club – Cambridge! The app is fantastic with frequent daily updates, the menu is imaginative and nutritious, and the centre is spotless and bright with a excellent outdoor playtime area. I can’t think of a single thing I would definitely change – highly suggest!

They are patient and loving. The team go above and beyond to provide the best care for my little one. The facilities are spotless and provide a calm setting. The daily activities are clever, fun, and educative.

Ever since we started in March, he has quite literally never looked back as a result of the care, kindness and fun he receives from all the team. My son absolutely loves this childcare centre as do I. Everyone is so welcoming and warm it truly has such a lovely and cheerful atmosphere. The updates on his meals, sleep and nappy changes plus the picture updates make the whole journey even more fantastic especially if you’re feeling a bit apprehensive about leaving them. The facilities are fantastic and there is also a wide range of activities from water playtime to painting to music and yoga! This is an absolutely fantastic childcare centre loved by my son, his parents and his grandparents! I would definitely highly suggest N Family Club to anyone looking for a childcare centre.

The team are all so warm and welcoming and the level of communication you get during the day is excellent. I was nervous about sending our son to a childcare centre but I have been so impressed by N Family Club Cambridge. The outdoor and indoor space is beautiful and I can see from the updates on the app that they do a very varied range of activities. All of the team in his room are very welcoming and attentive. I am very pleased with the childcare centre so far and hope it continues to provide such excellent care. Highly suggest N Family Club in Cambridge.

Our son is absolutely thriving there. We couldn’t be happier at N Family Club Cambridge. The team are incredible; warm, attentive and super professional. They keep the kids engaged with numerous creative activities throughout the day. The facilities are top notch and the food is fantastic. Parents are kept up to date on everything through a very useful app. Highly recommended!

Our toddler learns new words and songs constantly and is consistently cheerful to be dropped off each morning. The team are very attentive and provide fun daily activities for the kids. They have a spacious garden and are sure to take the kids out each day. We are very cheerful with this childcare centre!

I was reluctant to bring my son to a childcare centre but I had to go back to work. N Family Nursery changed my perception of nurseries. So, we decided to bring him to N Family in Cambridge. At first, it was a random choice but as soon as the first few calls with them we immediately notice a level of care and communication that was nowhere close to the other ones we spoke to. The front desk has consistently been excellent and all our questions have been answered immediately. Then, when contacted by our son’s educator for the first time, our great impression strengthened. The childcare centre itself is new and spotless, the menu is excellent and very balanced considering a kid’s needs. The team is attentive, prepared and professional, but also very sweet and gentle with kids. We couldn’t choose a better place. It is expensive but considered the opening hours (very early to very late) is in line with the others. Strongly recommended

I am so glad I switched him over as the journey with the N Club Cambridge team has been fantastic so far. My little one has been attending N Club for three months now and he was previously at another local childcare centre. The team, care, communications, quality of facilities, food menu, and all the other little extras are excellent. I truly sense cheerful and secure dropping my little one each day, and he totters off equally cheerful. Furthermore, when he has been unwell, the childcare centre team have shown an extra layer of care and diligence that has been warmly appreciated. I would definitely definitely suggest the childcare centre highly to anyone considering it.

My daughter is dairy intolerant and they deal with this truly well and she had just as great a variety of menu. I’ve been truly impressed with N Family Club. I had some concerns about compatibility with her key worker and they switched her to another lady. I like the app and regular updates. My daughter is flourishing and when I pick her up she is buzzing.
