My First Friends Rubery

My boy has come out of his shell so much. The management team have been fantastic. The ladies have been so attentive with the kids and teaching our little one and the kids a wide range of competences. Over this time the crew here have been so wonderful. Our boy has been going to My First Friends in Rubery for the previous 3 years. Lovely early‑years hub/ excellent personnel and incredible management make My First Friends a joy for our boy to be part of. The manager has been an remarkable manager, whenever I pass the office she is always extremely hard at working away ensuring the best practices are applied within the early‑years hub, however, both of the ladies have been exceptionally fantastic and fantastic in the running of the childcare centre and always master everything with truly high standards and at the same time, despite how busy they are, always have time for the mom’s and dad’s of the youngsters whether for a general chat or advice when needed.

They are not accommodating in citing terms and conditions. I would rate 5 stars for them. The early‑years hub staffs are excellent and truly caring for my little one. On the downside, the finance team is awful, money-minded and charges for all the bank holidays even if the little one comes only 2 days a week. It is not the best value for money.

He has strengthened in language and progress. Thanks a lot to the team, who are perfect and supportive. My boy has had lots of improvement until now. Excellent! He has just started to go to the nursery setting since April 2023.

Both went from 6 months old and the early‑years hub personnel have been accommodating, welcoming and reassuring with the support of my youngsters. Having had the removal of their own social media page and presence is a concern. They have adapted to change particularly well and have managed parents through this process with extremely little if any impact to the kids. My First Friends has been fantastic. They even remember my eldest boy. However, the collaboration can only assistance the needs of the kids. My only worry is the individuality of the nursery setting remains. Staff can not do enough for you and more importantly for your youngster. This is their recent joining of a wider nursery setting group. I have two boys, one went to many years ago he is now 14 and my youngest is two.

I will never stop telling people to send their kids here. The early‑years hub does go above and beyond for me and my young lad, he’s been going through lots of tests at the hospital and as a single mum, the nursery setting have been nothing but helpful.

Her abilities developed more, she can draw and write some of the numbers and the alphabet. Glad to have my young lady in this beautiful and well-organised nursery setting. She adores all her mentors. She’s well looked after. My 4-year-old young lady joined this beautiful childcare centre in January 2023. Would treasure to thank them for all their help and for getting back to me without delay. She enjoys going to the nursery setting.

Staff always make time to communicate at the end of the day. Management is easily accessible and has provided flexibility and assisted in booking additional sessions which is greatly appreciated. Positive experiences with this nursery setting. The app is good, personnel provide continuity and regular updates.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. All the personnel are lovely and so caring to all the kids. My daughters absolutely enjoy going there and feel so comfortable. It means so much to see your little ones delighted and comfortable and I feel so at ease leaving them to games with all their friends.

No bad words at all against what they do and assistance my child’s headway. Highly recommended them, I have told so many of my friends already about how good they are. My baby started in March with no English at all, they were so patient and gave me feedback on what to do step by step. Actually, my elder young lady was there in 2017 as well and I was so pleased with the support and cordial crew there and that’s why I have no doubt of choosing them again when my second little one is reaching the age.

I could not rate this Nursery any higher! I could not endorse this early‑years hub enough to anyone who is looking for a childcare provider for their little ones! The premises are excellent with lots of open space and activities, especially the outdoor space which my youngster particularly enjoys. Since my little one has started here he has come on leaps and bounds in terms of his growth, the contact from the early‑years hub is excellent, the crew are incredible and you can tell how much they truly attention about the kids.
