March 20, 2020 at 12:00 amMosaic is a fabulous nursery, the staff are very kind and nurturing with both my twins. I can see that both my children have developed, and they have excellent relationships with the staff, and talk about them in our home environment. The manager is very good and is as flexible as possible, and always knows your child by name.
Would highly recommend the nursery.

March 20, 2020 at 12:00 amBoth of my children have attended Mosaic from being babies and my youngest is currently in the preschool room.
Both my children have loved going to nursery. There is a great feeling of warmth there, and all the nursery nurses are on hand to give the kids a hug if they need one. The team also really invest in the kids and are excited for them when they do welland achieve a milestone.
I find the management team always understanding and flexible where they can be with days and hours. They always help when they can.
There are lots of themed activities, and the kids learn through play and are taught about basic life skills as well as spending loads of time outside which I love. My favourite activity was that they picked blackberries in the garden and made them into pies!
My elder daughter has allergies and skin problems, and the team took everything in their stride with respect to this; which gave me great confidence.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

We knew it was the right decision within the first week as he was really well cared for and the staff all gave him a lot of love while also being exceptionally professional and well organised at all times. Our son has been with them for 18-months now, and the service has always been the same – exceptional. Mosaic is a fun and friendly place that is well run and somewhere my son loves to visit each day. He knows all the staff’s names, and you can see they are really fond of him and he is taken great care of. The staff as individuals; are really lovely and as a team they are brilliant. I’m so glad our son goes there and cannot recommend them highly enough.

March 23, 2020 at 12:00 amThe Mosaic nursery team are brilliant. My son has been with them since he was nine months old. They are warm, caring attentive and have built great bonds with my son. They offer lots of different play and learning activities throughout the day and the outside play area is just brilliant. Management, nursery staff, catering and cleaning staff – can’t fault anyone. They are all great. So pleased we chose Mosaic for our son.

Even though we are obviously not the only ones with our child there, I feel like we are given a personal service and all our feedback/correspondence acknowledged and actioned promptly.

January 22, 2021 at 12:00 amI would highly recommend Mosaic nursery. My daughter has been there for 8 months now and loves it. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help children and parents alike. I am kept up to date with my daughter’s progress with regular updates on the app. The early opening (7am) is fantastic for me, as a health care worker who starts work at 8am. I would have really struggled with childcare without this.

January 22, 2021 at 12:00 amOn collection, my child is always smiling and laughing which makes me so content and puts my mind at ease whilst I’m working that he’s not sad at nursery. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I was unable to visit so apart from the few pictures on the site – I don’t know what the inside looks like so will try to answer the rest of the questions as best as I can. I can see such a development in his words in the short time he has attended. Staff are always polite and friendly.

February 23, 2021 at 12:00 amI can’t recommend and praise the teachers at Mosaic Nursery enough. My son is 2, he has been with them for a year and a half. His teacher and his key worker in particular have put so much in place to help and support him. The facilities are great and well kept and the outside space is so spacious. My second son is due to start with them next month and I can’t wait. I am so glad I have found them.

March 18, 2021 at 12:00 amFrom day one this nursery, staff and management have been fantastic with my son. From starting, they always offered support and advice and didn’t mind me ringing to check and make sure my son was okay. He’s now been there nearly two years and is thriving. He has made good friends and seems to be coming on really well. The online system for pictures and updates is great but just needs to be more timely as it’s always delayed. Still lovely to see what he’s been doing though. My son always comes home happy and telling me all about his day. Management were also a great support during Covid-19.

March 18, 2021 at 12:00 amI was very reassured and pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the team when my son started nursery at thirteen months old. They took a lot of care to settle him in and communicate with us. He has been there over a year and is always happy to attend and seems to have a great time, as he’s in great spirits when he comes out. I like that they go outdoors every day where possible. It’s great that they open at 7 am to accommodate parent’s working hours better. I think that the parents app could be more reliable. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we have not had access to the building or outdoor play area to see where he plays or to talk to staff as easily as before.

March 19, 2021 at 12:00 amMosaic Nursery and all the staff really are amazing. All very welcoming smiley and helpful. My son has attended from 11 months of age and has settled from day one. My little boy has additional needs and the staff have been so supportive from taking on education/training sessions for him to just being mindful of his needs on a daily basis and making him feel nurtured and settled, while also encouraging his development at his own pace. From the layout of the rooms to the outdoor space it has everything you could need/want from a nursery and the fact they have a 7am start is always great for an early working mother like me. I would definitely recommend this nursery to family and friends etc and is great value for money also.
