September 2, 2024 at 12:30 amWe knew it was the right decision within the first week as he was truly well cared for and the team all gave him a lot of adore while also being exceptionally expert and well organised at all times. Our son has been with them for 18-months now, and the service has consistently been the same – exceptional. Mosaic is a enjoyable and welcoming place that is well run and somewhere my son loves to visit each day. He knows all the team’s names, and you can see they are truly fond of him and he is taken excellent care of. The team as individuals; are truly lovely and as a team they are exceptional. I’m so glad our son goes there and cannot suggest them highly enough. We are so glad we chose Mosaic to send our son to.

October 28, 2024 at 4:15 pmMy son is 2, he has been with them for a year and a half. His teacher and his key worker in particular have put so much in place to help and assistance him. The facilities are excellent and well kept and the outside space is so spacious. My second son is due to start with them next month and I can’t wait. I am so glad I have found them. I can’t suggest and praise the educators at Mosaic Childcare centre enough.

Even though we are obviously not the only ones with our kid there, I sense like we are given a personal service and all our feedback/correspondence acknowledged and actioned promptly.
Highly suggest. Exceptionally cheerful with the care, attention and education my daughter is receiving at Mosaic.

January 24, 2025 at 1:43 amMy son has been with them since he was nine months old. They are inviting, attentive attentive and have built excellent bonds with my son. They offer lots of different playtime and discovering activities throughout the day and the outside playtime area is just exceptional. Management, childcare centre team, catering and cleaning team – can’t fault anyone. They are all excellent. So pleased we chose Mosaic for our son. The Mosaic childcare centre team are exceptional.

February 17, 2025 at 8:05 pmThey took a lot of care to settle him in and communicate with us. He has been there over a year and is consistently cheerful to attend and seems to have a excellent time, as he’s in excellent spirits when he comes out. I like that they go outdoors every day where possible. It’s excellent that they open at 7 am to accommodate parent’s working hours better. I think that the parents app could be more reliable. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we have not had access to the building or outdoor playtime area to see where he plays or to talk to team as easily as before. I was highly reassured and pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the team when my son started childcare centre at thirteen months old.

March 12, 2025 at 1:36 amFrom starting, they consistently offered assistance and advice and didn’t mind me ringing to check and make sure my son was okay. He’s now been there nearly two years and is thriving. He has made great friends and seems to be coming on truly well. The online system for pictures and updates is excellent but just needs to be more timely as it’s consistently delayed. Still lovely to see what he’s been doing though. My son consistently comes home cheerful and telling me all about his day. Management were also a excellent assistance during Covid-19. From day one this childcare centre, team and management have been remarkable with my son.

There is a excellent feeling of warmth there, and all the childcare centre nurses are on hand to give the kids a hug if they need one. The team also truly invest in the kids and are excited for them when they do welland achieve a milestone.
I find the management team consistently understanding and flexible where they can be with days and hours. They consistently help when they can.
There are lots of themed activities, and the kids learn through playtime and are taught about basic life skills as well as spending loads of time outside which I adore. My favourite activity was that they picked blackberries in the garden and made them into pies!
My elder daughter has allergies and skin problems, and the team took everything in their stride with respect to this; which gave me excellent self‑assurance.
I would wholeheartedly suggest them! Both of my kids have attended Mosaic from being babies and my youngest is currently in the preschool room.

April 11, 2025 at 5:57 amI don’t have to worry about them while I’m at work as I know they are in a secure setting. All the team are lovely and are cheerful to talk about any concerns. Both my kids adore coming here and are consistently highly cheerful when I pick them up.

May 6, 2025 at 3:16 pmI can see that both my kids have developed, and they have outstanding relationships with the team, and talk about them in our home setting. The manager is highly great and is as flexible as possible, and consistently knows your kid by name.
Would highly suggest the childcare centre. Mosaic is a fabulous childcare centre, the team are highly compassionate and nurturing with both my twins.

May 17, 2025 at 9:46 amUnfortunately, due to COVID, I was unable to visit so apart from the few pictures on the site – I don’t know what the inside looks like so will try to answer the rest of the questions as best as I can. I can see such a development in his words in the short time he has attended. Team are consistently polite and welcoming. On collection, my kid is consistently smiling and laughing which makes me so content and puts my mind at ease whilst I’m working that he’s not sad at childcare centre.

May 18, 2025 at 11:25 pmAll highly welcoming smiley and supportive. My son has attended from 11 months of age and has settled from day one. My little boy has additional needs and the team have been so supportive from taking on education/training sessions for him to just being mindful of his needs on a daily basis and making him sense nurtured and settled, while also encouraging his development at his own pace. From the layout of the rooms to the outdoor space it has everything you could need/want from a childcare centre and the fact they have a 7am start is consistently excellent for an early working mother like me. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to family and friends etc and is excellent value for money also. Mosaic Childcare centre and all the team truly are incredible.

He loves going to childcare centre. My son has been at Mosaic Centre for over a year and I’m highly cheerful with the care he receives.

I am kept up to date with my daughter’s development with regular updates on the app. The early opening (7am) is remarkable for me, as a health care worker who starts work at 8am. I would have truly struggled with childcare without this. I would highly suggest Mosaic childcare centre.
