The team all know our little boy’s likes and dislikes and they genuinely care.
The kids have so much enjoyable and learn lots with the team. It’s generally just a highly cheerful setting.
Team have been remarkable at helping our boy start his journey at Monkey Puzzle and they have also been excellent at welcoming him for his next steps!
The management are also remarkable.
The childcare centre itself is also beautifully arranged, with the best outdoor space I have ever seen for a childcare centre. The team at Monkey Puzzle have been incredible with our son since he joined last year (when the childcare centre first opened).

Since then, she has learned so much. We adore this place so much. Remarkable team with a truly compassionate attitude. It’s incredible to watch our daughter become enthusiastic about visiting Monkey Puzzle. The educators go above and beyond to engage the students and foster their development on an individualised basis. We appreciate the management team, and the entire team at this fantastic Childcare centre for their dedication to fostering a secure, enjoyable, and attentive setting. I would give this childcare 10 stars if I could! About a year ago, my 2-year-old daughter started going to Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Woodford.

Despite the week between visits, he runs into group each week cheerful and excited for the day! We are updated throughout the day with his eating and sleeping patterns and pictures of all of the activities he gets up to which has been so exciting to see as a first-time mum! They have a fantastic range of toys for the kids to playtime with independently but also run activities for the group to do together. The garden is a lovely space, something which was truly important to me when picking a childcare centre with us living in a flat.
The team are fabulous and are never too busy to pop out at the end of the day and answer any questions. Any request I have had, they do all they can to help including adjusting to my preferred day and settling him in around my schedule.
I could not be happier with the childcare centre and the team within, highly suggest it to any family. My kid started at the childcare centre in January and attends once a week currently.

They have grown together over the last 2 years! She is consistently giddy with excitement and bouncing with happiness at hometime for the enjoyable she’s had throughout the day. She loves mealtimes and eats well despite her being such a fussy eater at home! The garden is lovely, a rare find for a childcare centre in this area, and the kids consistently make the most of the outside space. The manager is so approachable and made me sense confident in leaving my kid under her responsibility whilst I returned to work. I will be sending my other daughter there too in the near future. I adore the app for updates and photo updates. My daughter has attended since the first day they opened.

He started in the tweenies room and recently moved to the toddler room. He loved it there and the team are incredible, and highly attentive. The managers who run the childcare centre are also excellent and consistently available to address any concerns or questions you may have.
The childcare centre itself is big with incredible access to a big back garden where the kids can roam when the day suits. There is a section each for the bigger kids and under 2s.
We are glad to have put our son there as we know he is well looked after, discovering from playing and has great nutritional meals/snacks throughout the day. Our two year old has been going to Monkey Puzzle Woodford since it opened early last year (2022).

We both absolutely adore Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre – he is consistently excited to go in and loves to tell me what he has been up to at the end of the day. He has learnt so much across both the toddler and pre-school room and I will be sad when his time at Monkey Puzzle comes to an end to attend school.
The team are all so welcoming and show the kids a lot of adore and care. They also know the little details about each kid which is so important to us parents. The team have so much time for the parents and I sense highly comfortable speaking to the management team and team in the rooms My son is currently in the Pre-school room.

They provide a wide curriculum packed with enjoyable and sensory activities for kids. Our daughter is exceptionally cheerful there, sometimes it’s hard to take her home even.
The team are highly polite and respectful to both our kids and parents.
The facility itself is lovely with a lot of montessori-aligned activities and toys. The outdoor area is spacious, green with plenty of sensory activities.

The team helped them to settle in truly smoothly, even napping on their first full day! They have developed close and trustful relationships with their main carers in both baby and toddler rooms. The team at Woodford are skilful, diligent and incredibly attentive. We know our boys are in secure hands. The facilities and activities are exceptional, including a large outdoor leafy space. They have both developed beautifully since being at childcare centre and the team have been highly supportive of one of our boys who has special educational needs, putting a clear plan in place. There is regular updates and photos through the app and reviews on their development. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My twin boys started over a year ago at Monkey Puzzle Woodford.

Our daughter loves it and has had excellent relationships with both her key workers in the Tweenies and Toddlers room, as well as with all other childcare centre team. There has been highly little turnover in team so it’s nice to consistently know everyone there. They are highly attentive and attentive with her and I consistently sense she is in secure and reliable hands. The childcare centre is consistently spotless with a range of facilities and toys for the kids. The lovely garden was a big selling point for us and it’s excellent that they make the most of it all year round. Our daughter recently moved into the Toddlers Room and is enjoying an even greater variety of activities – we delight in the daily photo updates of what they’ve been up to and can check the app to see how she’s eaten and slept. Would definitely suggest based on our journey. We have been impressed with Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Woodford since our daughter started 1 year ago.

He has grown in self‑assurance and is thriving there. They have been outstanding with his food allergies, providing him with suitable meals which he enjoys. The team have consistently been highly welcoming and welcoming. I am highly pleased we chose to send our son here! My son started in the babies room and has recently moved to tweenies.
