September 14, 2024 at 11:18 amThere is still no structure in place 9 months on. There is still chaos and it is a very disorganised place with a poor management in place. The latest members of management seem to lack journey especially with concerned parents and don’t provide credible information. Some of the practitioners are very unprofessional. There is yet no established routine, food menus and development plan. We had our daughter join the childcare centre in January 2018 when they first opened and we saw the high turnover in team.

September 29, 2024 at 2:57 pmMany thanks from the heart for all your hard work, adore, dedication and patience to the kids, and for keeping personal belongings in order (toys, clothes), helping with the routine, attentive when they were not feeling well, making everyday a enjoyable setting to go to which was also very important.
Many thanks to all the lovely team who were part of my son’s development and 1st stages in life and taught him through creative and educational activities.
One of his most impressive achievements was teaching him to walk.
A big thank you to all the team for letting enjoying every second; we will never forget you.

October 5, 2024 at 2:30 amHe never struggles to go to the childcare centre every morning. I never had to persuade him even once, and in fact, he is so looking forward to going to the childcare centre.
Everyone in the childcare centre treats him so nicely, it is a very welcoming setting and they are having lots of activities every day.
They actually did implement the discovering in enjoyable concept.
The teacher will brief us about what have our little one has been through every day, all the activities they did together.
The best thing I see in the school is everyone is so passionate with kids, not only to my son but to every single kid.
I really owe them a “BIG” thank you for welcoming my son with a big smile in the morning and allowing me to bring the cheerful face back every day. It is one of the best choices I made in sending my son to the West Acton Monkey Puzzle childcare centre.

October 9, 2024 at 1:44 pmMy kid has developed and grown so much in his time at the childcare centre. It was one of the best choices we made sending him. The team are really responsive and consistently look to work with us to deal with questions and manage any issues.
My kid loves going to childcare centre every day and has a fantastic time exploring and discovering new things. The childcare centre are really flexible and tailor their care to the needs of the kid and I really like that. I would definitely suggest the childcare centre. The childcare centre and the team at Monkey Puzzle are outstanding.

All the team are welcoming and well‑informed, I felt really grateful to find this lovely daycare childcare centre for my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves going to this childcare centre and made friends with all the kids and educators.

Childcare centre gives their full attention to him, they are the reason his speech shot through, they record his activities and development and send me through his updates on a special portal and most of all they are positive, cheerful and approachable.
He was in another childcare centre for 2 years before joining this, and I have to admit they are incomparable! 5 stars plus for such an incredible, positive, secure, encouraging setting for my kid

November 10, 2024 at 2:17 amWelcoming and welcoming team especially the managers. You can tell the kids adore them as they get lots of cuddles in the morning. Would definitely suggest to other parents. Childcare centre facilities are consistently spotless and well looked after. The garden is incredible! Managers are very down to earth and understanding. Feels like a lovely family x Absolutely lovely childcare centre.

November 18, 2024 at 3:46 amI’m so glad and cheerful that I chose this childcare centre. The team is incredible they are very welcoming and also take care so much of everything my son is doing.
Starting with the practitioners they are so welcoming, they take care so much of my son. He is in the baby’s room and he feels so cheerful to be there. Every morning we wake up, he knows where to go and starts giving me the shoes so he can go straight away to childcare centre. He is enjoying it so much and I’m very lucky he can have friends there and also he has an incredible routine. Is discovering so much on talking and being nice to everyone. I’m so grateful regards the childcare centre and all team management team, the chef as well. A big thanks to everyone and I suggest 100% this childcare centre for everyone who wants to come and want to be here. Monkey Puzzle West Acton is the best childcare centre when my son can be.

February 16, 2025 at 7:46 pmThe activities are tailored with the kid at heart. The garden is lovely as well as all other amenities such as toys and nap area.
All team are welcoming and motherly creating a family for the kids.
I advise anyone thinking about this childcare centre to come and see before jumping to conclusions. At this childcare centre my daughter learnt, through games and activities, to count, write her name, wear her jacket, socks and shoes.

April 7, 2025 at 9:29 pmHe’s been thriving there. The team are all very attentive. When I leave my son there in the morning, they welcome him, he gets excited about deciding on his breakfast! During the day, you can message to see how your kid is getting on and on some days there are also app updates to show their activities. Daily, you can use the app to see what your kid has eaten, when they’ve been to the potty and when they sleep – I like this functionality as you can check the app whilst at work or on the way home knowing how their day has been before pick up.
On pick up, you get a great update verbally too from your kid’s key worker, they are cheerful to spend time with you at the end of the day to explain this. We potty trained our son last weekend, and I was nervous about childcare centre after this, the team were incredible, they stuck to the plan I made for him and it worked! I’m glad we made the choice to send our son there 18 months ago. We’ve been sending our son to West Acton Monkey Puzzle since it opened.

April 8, 2025 at 1:04 amIt is a well organised, nurturing childcare centre which provides a calm, home-style feeling. There is home-cooked food on site, a lovely outside space, additional activities (french, theatre/dance, football and lots of festivals and holidays celebrated ) which make this childcare centre a fantastic setting for small people.
My son was a tough settler but with the assistance from the incredibly attentive, creative and supportive team team it didn’t take him long before he felt at home.
My son consistently comes back home with joy and excitement to tell me what he has done throughout the day and I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre for him to be in. Monkey Puzzle West Acton is an incredible childcare centre and I cannot suggest it highly enough.

They have created a loving and inviting setting for all the kids and as a parent, I have really seen all the positive changes that have taken place this last year. We are really cheerful we took the decision to keep our daughter at this childcare centre. My daughter attends Monkey Puzzle West Acton and I cannot suggest them highly enough.

May 22, 2025 at 12:26 amThey do many excellent activities with the kids I would never think of myself. My son just loves going there. He started as a baby full-time and everybody was remarkable, giving us the reassurance and self‑assurance needed. They are doing a excellent job at keeping parents informed at the right time and brightening up the day with the occasional pictures and reports of the kid’s daily activities. Since we started, my son developed from a baby to a confident and very cheerful toddler. Credit goes to the practitioners for his positive development. Everybody – management, practitioners and team – is involved with the kids, greeting each kid by name in the morning.
The rooms have lots of toys and age-relevant playtime areas and the backyard is excellent. The childcare centre has a buggy-shed on the property and is conveniently located close to the Central Line. If you come by car, there is enough parking upfront. We can only say great things about this childcare centre. I am impressed by this childcare centre and the team every day.

He is discovering new things every day and the team engage in all his favourite interests.
The management is strong and consistently there and are daily in the rooms with the kids and team.
It’s a super welcoming place and we adore it! My son loves his new childcare centre and talks about it all the time.

June 2, 2025 at 8:19 pmHe started at 18 months and has grown to adapt quickly to this new and exciting setting. The team are led and guided by a strong management team who are consistently present. The team as a whole have a really strong work and team ethic and this reflects on the kids’s discovering and development. My son loves this childcare centre and I couldn’t be more happier with the development he has made so far. Any concerns are addressed immediately and exchanged for reassurance. Exceptional childcare centre! My son has attended this childcare centre since opening in January 2018.

The team have been exceptional from the start of my son’s journey at Monkey Puzzle in Dec 18, getting to know his personality, his likes and dislikes and consistently has arms out for cuddles which my son loves. Team in the Tweenies room has been remarkable and the Chef is fantastic, consistently a smiling face interacts so lovelily with my son, she is so loving towards the kids and cooks healthy delicious food with lots of variety.
My son has now moved to the 2-3 group and I am so impressed with all the remarkable educational activities that the team facilitate. I consistently get such a inviting welcoming from all members of team at the childcare centre and sense really cheerful dropping my son off in the mornings. My son has been attending for over a year and I can honestly say that I have not had a dissatisfied moment.

June 26, 2025 at 10:35 amOur daughter has settled in quickly and we believe this is down to the welcoming and most attentive team who are consistently welcoming and cheerful to see you. We sense like the childcare centre is already a second home for us. Our daughter wakes up every morning (even weekends) to ask if it is childcare centre time and cries if we tell her no. The childcare centre has brought out our daughter’s self‑assurance and her development is growing strong. The childcare centre uses an app to update us in her process with weekly observations and her daily activities you can also use the app to contact the team with very fast replies. That gives us peace of mind. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. Me and my partner have fallen in adore with this childcare centre it has made us and our daughter sense so welcome even with covid restrictions in place.
