They try to give different food to my daughter. My daughter has been attending for one year and I am proud she is discovering new skills every time and all educators are doing a great job and understanding all situations.

All of the ladies are so lovely and she has so much enjoyable. We adore all of the updates on the app! As a new mum going back to full-time work, you just want to be reassured your little one is in the best hands. Thank you. My little girl has only been going to this childcare centre for around a month now but she absolutely loves it!

I get regular reports on his development. The childcare centre team are welcoming and supportive. If messaged on the childcare centre app, they respond very quickly. My kid enjoys all the food at the setting. He especially enjoys the garden. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Management are nice and supportive and organised with keeping parents updated with relevant information. Also, they organised nice trips and events at the childcare centre to keep the kids cheerful and entertained. I’ve never really had any trouble with Monkey Puzzle Southend and overall 100% cheerful with the service! Since my kid has started at Monkey Puzzle, he has come leaps and bounds.

They do a remarkable job morning, noon, and night. Extremely conscientious, they adore the kids and the kids adore them back in return. My son is very cheerful there, consistently smiling and content. I am very pleased with this childcare centre and would highly suggest it to anyone thinking of enrolling their kid. The overwhelmingly outstanding feature of this nursey is the team.

My baby goes to this childcare centre for 7 months now and when I pick him up he is consistently cheerful.
My First language isn’t English, I speak with my kid in my language and when I speak English he does understand. One of the best choices that I made was to put him in the childcare centre, he can understand both languages and interact with other kids of his age.
The team are really welcoming consistently keeps me up to date on his development and consistently trying new things with him.

The team are lovely and seem to adore their jobs which makes a huge impact. They have been very accommodating to needs and welcome updates from parents/carers. My kids delight in all the different creative ways of exploring topics and discovering new skills that the team set up. The outside area may be on the small side, but they have resourced it well and my kids adore to spend time in the garden. I have been very cheerful with the care that my kids have received at Monkey Puzzle.

The team are consistently so reassuring, respectful, compassionate and cheerful! I have major anxiety being away from my daughter and who looks after her so her going to childcare centre was a big thing for me. I am so glad I picked this childcare centre I can not fault the team at all. My daughter is well looked after by them and that’s all I could ever ask for. This shows a great bond between the childcare centre and the kid. We receive great updates daily, which are supportive and informative to monitor eating and sleep patterns. She has a great appetite and the food provided is varied.
When any of the family pick her up she is consistently cheerful, which tells me she has enjoyed her day. My Granddaughter consistently has a smile on her face when greeted at the door in the mornings.

My daughter enjoys going there and playing, they have a garden and kids are prepared for school discovering letters, singing and eating healthy. I am cheerful with the team and the activities the kids are involved in.
