Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Loughton

I have recommended this childcare centre to a number of family members and friends and will continue to do so! My daughter has attended this childcare centre since it opened and we honestly couldn’t be any happier with the team, the facilities, the daily updates we receive on the app and most of all, how cheerful our daughter is after a day at childcare centre.

Team are incredible and care so much about the needs of your kid. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you all so much for being so fantastic. My daughter absolutely loves it here, she genuinely doesn’t want to leave!

Our little boy started just after his third birthday and it has been his first journey of a childcare centre setting, having been in lockdown for the best part of a year so he took a little while to settle in. His key workers have been remarkable in reassuring both him and me during the settling process, with regular photos and updates on their app to put my mind at rest. Having been a very fussy eater I had resigned myself to the idea that he probably wouldn’t eat anything there, but now he regularly eats meals that he’d never touch at home, I don’t know what compassionate of magic his key people are working! The childcare centre itself is really smart, in a lovely building with a garden that our son loves. This is our only journey of a childcare centre so far but I can’t suggest it highly enough. I can’t rate the setting and team at Monkey Puzzle Loughton highly enough.

Daily new activities and enjoyable games to incorporate discovering into playtime. The care and attention the team provide is evident, my daughter often speaks of the team as her friends and is comfortable to express emotions. Updates is provided daily and even trips outside the childcare centre setting. I am confident the childcare centre supports her and will prepare her as she transitions to school. The childcare centre provides a excellent setting for my daughter to learn and develop.

Bright and spacious rooms with creative activities set up. Lovely outdoor space. Healthy and tasty food served up that my daughter loves. And most important of all, lovely team. Compassionate, welcoming, attentive, expert, and more. I sense so comfortable leaving my daughter with them. Monkey puzzle is such a lovely childcare centre.

She talks about it every day and loves all of the girls there.
The Famly app they use is excellent and keeps you constantly updated about what your kid is up to making it so much easier to leave them.
I also adore how the girls take extra time to chat to you about what your kid has been up to throughout the day when you collect them. A very personal and attentive service. My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle since July and loves it.

We had a bit of a bumpy start with the opening day being delayed and some organisational issues at the beginning but the management team was quick to resolve all my concerns. The settling period was also a trying time for both of us but once I saw that team were genuinely interested in making him sense comfortable and secure, I also felt at ease. Gradually I could see how his special interests have been incorporated in the activities with his keyworker designing tailored activities for my son to delight in. They were attentive to my own input and need for feedback while being very compassionate to accommodate discussions with me whenever I needed to (whether ad-hoc or scheduled). And they still do, which I am very glad to see.
My son’s keyworker and the team have earned my trust and hope that as their team grows the high level of care and practice will continue. My son was among the first kids that registered with Monkey Puzzle Loughton.

My daughter attends 2 days a week. It says it all when she counts the days when she can see her friends at Monkey Puzzle. My daughter loves going to childcare centre at Monkey Puzzle in Loughton, the team are welcoming and expert.

It took a while for her to settle but they were very compassionate to both of us and she is very cheerful going. The team I deal with put my mind at ease and they really look after my daughter to help her learn, especially making it enjoyable at the same time. The app is excellent too so you know what is going on throughout the day with your kid. If team change they are quick to inform you which is excellent, especially in your kid’s room. What attracted me to this Childcare centre was it was very new when she started and not a tired place, the rooms are bright and spotless as you want a nice setting for your kids. Highly suggest. I am very cheerful having my daughter at this Childcare centre as it’s hard enough to leave them when they are small.

My son seems so cheerful there. I receive regular updates during the day when he attends the childcare centre.
Also, I would like to mention the cleanliness and overall standard is outstanding. My son recently started at the Monkey Puzzle Childcare centre Loughton and I have to say I am very impressed with the whole team.
