Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Loughton

My son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle. He has been to a previous nursery before, but has settled in like home here! He absolutely adores everyone who works there and calls them his best friends! His key person goes above and beyond for him and I can’t fault her. The manager is absolutely amazing! She is so welcoming and reassuring.

My daughter absolutely loves it here, she genuinely doesn’t want to leave! Staff are incredible and care so much about the needs of your child. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you all so much for being so wonderful.

This nursery has so far been outstanding. We changed nursery to send our child here and needed to do the settles quite quickly. The level of care, communication and attention to our child has been exemplary. The baby team are incredible. Always happy, interested and interactive with the babies. Having a lockdown baby not wanting to be left anywhere, they have been extremely patient, kind and resilient in making sure our child settles correctly and meets her needs and likes. From the settling-in sessions to the feedback each day, they have been incredible. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I thought my son would never settle anywhere, we tried different nurseries, nannies and a childminder. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery managed to do it and now my son sings songs about his teachers! My son also has a number of allergies and the nursery staff have taken this very seriously and accommodated his specific dietary needs.
An amazing management team, they always make themselves available so communicating with the nursery is never a problem. My son’s teachers have formed a lovely bond with him, I am so very impressed with them all.

My daughter loves going to nursery at Monkey Puzzle in Loughton, the staff are friendly and professional. My daughter attends 2 days a week. It says it all when she counts the days when she can see her friends at Monkey Puzzle.

My son was among the first children that registered with Monkey Puzzle Loughton. We had a bit of a bumpy start with the opening day being delayed and some organisational issues at the beginning but the management team was quick to resolve all my concerns. The settling period was also a trying time for both of us but once I saw that staff were genuinely interested in making him feel comfortable and safe, I also felt at ease. Gradually I could see how his special interests have been incorporated in the activities with his keyworker designing tailored activities for my son to enjoy. They were attentive to my own input and need for feedback while being very kind to accommodate discussions with me whenever I needed to (whether ad-hoc or scheduled). And they still do, which I am very glad to see.
My son’s keyworker and the team have earned my trust and hope that as their team grows the high level of care and practice will continue.

My daughter joined Monkey Puzzle when she was ten months old. Although it took some adjustment the team were incredible in helping make this transition as seamless as possible. My baby is now fifteen months old and loves nursery so much that she doesn’t want to leave! The team are great and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

I am very happy having my daughter at this Nursery as it’s hard enough to leave them when they are small. It took a while for her to settle but they were very kind to both of us and she is very happy going. The staff I deal with put my mind at ease and they really look after my daughter to help her learn, especially making it fun at the same time. The app is great too so you know what is going on throughout the day with your child. If staff change they are quick to inform you which is great, especially in your child’s room. What attracted me to this Nursery was it was very new when she started and not a tired place, the rooms are bright and clean as you want a nice environment for your children. Highly recommend.

My son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle Loughton! He can’t wait to go each day and even asks if he can go on the weekends! The team care for him so much and it really shines through. I love that the staff aren’t afraid to get stuck in with activities and show the children what fun education looks like!

Excellent experience in toddlers! We started the nursery a year ago and it really has gone from strength to strength. Our key worker always gives 100% and we are so happy watching our daughter learn new things every week. Under the manager’s guidance, this nursery has become a great one and would definitely send any future kids here!
