We’ve loved this childcare centre. I have had a kid at this childcare centre since 2015 until now. The team are supportive of the kids and their parents. They provide nutritious and delicious food, fantastic discovering and playing opportunities and take excellent care of all the kids’s needs. I’m grateful for regular updates about my sons’ progress. And I’ve been super impressed with how the childcare centre has faced the challenges presented by the pandemic. They have been adaptable, transparent and have gone to excellent lengths to assistance the kids, even when we were stuck at home! My first son was well prepared for his transition to reception and I’ll be sad when my second kid graduates from Monkey Puzzle!

She commenced attending halfway through pandemic when she was 15-months old, and they have been excellent through an extremely trying period. The team here have taken extremely great care of our daughter.
Our daughter has flourished here, and there have been many instances of her developing skills here that we were struggling with at home, from walking, eating independently and socialising with new kids and adults.
We viewed a few nurseries before choosing Monkey Puzzle and the key element which convinced us was when the team member who was showing us around on a viewing visit (pre-COVID), kept getting interrupted by other kids wanting a cuddle from her. We felt this was the best possible endorsement of the team we needed to see.

We were unable to physically look round Monkey Puzzle when we enquired however the childcare centre manager ran a Zoom call with us where we had a full tour of the childcare centre. We chose Monkey Puzzle for our youngest following a very bad journey with another childcare centre during the first lockdown of 2020. We liked what we saw and we felt a real sense of comfort from the manager therefore we enrolled. Since joining in Septem 2020 we have been thoroughly impressed with Monkey Puzzle. The cleanliness is of a high standard. Their hours are very convenient for full time working parents. The kids are all fed lovely in house-cooked meals. The team plan and implement lots of exciting playtime for all age groups on a daily basis. We are regularly kept up to date through an Early Learning App with pictures and videos of their development stages. Our 3-year-old son thoroughly enjoys childcare centre and is consistently excited to go. Monkey Puzzle also offer excellent assistance to parents too.

From the moment I viewed the childcare centre I knew this was the right place for us, and my son loved it too, happily interacting with team and kids as we toured this childcare centre (he’s been here since June 2019).
The team are incredible, so hardworking and attentive. Choosing a childcare centre is probably one of the biggest decisions I’ve made as a parent and Monkey Puzzle has by far been the best place for my son. I adore that this childcare centre has a real family sense to it and I know that my son is in the best possible care while I am at work.
The development I have seen in my son has been incredible, he is such a bright, chatty and welcoming little boy who grows and develops every day.
I saw a number of nurseries in the High Wycombe area and this is the only one I felt cheerful to leave my son at.

Really excellent updates from the team and we consistently sense like our kids are cheerful. Both our kids absolutely adore this childcare centre – it’s a real community – we could not suggest this childcare centre enough.

She and we adore it! Our daughter has been here since she was 7 months and is now in pre-school. The team are excellent, especially the management team. They do excellent activities and there are lots of 1 on 1 care with the kids. The chef is excellent and has definitely helped with introducing our daughter to new tastes. It is a truly kind, attentive and welcoming family! Can’t suggest it enough!

A friend recommended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery High Wycombe and I went to see them. I began looking at nurseries with a close proximity to the railway station and was unhappy with my search. On arrival, the manager for the babies room helped me with a tour. I then enrolled and had a few settling in sessions. From these sessions, I saw how loving and attentive the team were. I was apprehensive at first as I am a first-time mum and have to commute into London. However, my daughter seems very cheerful and in the photos I receive she is consistently playing. I have also noticed team roll up her sleeves and have a bib on her when feeding her. It’s small details that make me appreciate the team. The area is also very spotless and team spray and steam the areas during sessions and I have noticed the bedding is also very spotless. The managers and admin team are also extremely supportive so I consistently sense I can speak to them. I am so pleased to have found this childcare centre.

I am so amazed at how much commitment all the team give to all the kids in their care. Over the last three years, I have had both of my kids go to this childcare centre. I am constantly reassured that my kids are okay in eating, discovering, developing and having strong interaction with other kids. I’ve seen both of my kids be so independent and delight in going to childcare centre. I look forward to pictures and videos to see what the kids have been up to which the childcare centre do on a daily basis. I would definitely highly suggest this childcare centre to all my friends and family.

It has had ups and downs in that time but the team have consistently been attentive and kind and she has consistently loved going there. Our daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle since she was 1 and is now in the preschool room. We are truly cheerful with it now the new manager and preschool room leader are in place, and sense they are preparing our daughter well for school. She has made very great friends, the team have gradually encouraged her independence and she has truly enjoyed discovering about the various topics preschool have covered this year (especially dinosaurs and Chinese new year). Unfortunately, she had several changes of key worker until she got to the Preschool room but she bonded well with her main keyworker in the baby room who helped her settle and her main keyworker in Toddlers was truly excellent with toilet training. Her keyworker in preschool has been stable and she has a great bond with her.
