The team are all super welcoming and really care about the kids, taking the time to identify their likes and dislikes and helping them to explore and try new things.
They are also very creative in engaging the kids around different activities and themes to help them learn more about the world through their playtime. The childcare centre has excellent sized rooms and outside space for the kids to roam around and really encourages some independence as they get older. The owner is also hugely supportive of parents and her slightly longer hours have proven invaluable when my commute doesn’t fully go to plan! I really suggest this childcare centre and preschool for anyone looking for a secure, enjoyable and creative setting where their kids will thrive and build lasting friendships that will take them on to school. My youngest son has been at Monkey Puzzle, Hartley Wintney, for over 2 years now and has really thrived in the remarkable setting that the owner and the team create.

The team are exceptional and tailor the care to each kid’s needs. Like every parent, we were nervous about making the right choice when it came to his care, but since he started we have never looked back. From video and photo updates through the parents’ portal to the baked goodies, artwork and paint in his hair, we know that he is having lots of enjoyable each and every day. We could not be happier to have chosen Monkey Puzzle for our son.

The team are extremely attentive, welcoming and consistently have time to talk to you about development. I really adore the layout of the childcare centre and the garden is perfect for them to spend lots of time outside. We have been so pleased with the care and education our daughter has received at childcare centre.

The team are consistently positive, encouraging and supportive in working through any ups and downs in kid development. The kids spend their day in a cheerful and bright setting and we couldn’t be happier. My daughter is so cheerful on drop off and collection and gives the team affection which is lovely to see.

Moving childcare centre was a big decision, but we are so glad that we made the decision to come to you. The journey could not be more different.

Our little girl is engaged every single day, she is discovering well through playtime, her language skills have come on brilliantly, and I know how strong her relationships are particularly with her key workers, she even asks to see them at the weekends!

From a parents perspective obviously the fact that she is secure and cheerful is of utmost importance, but having the regular updates on her day using the Eylog app is really beneficial and, and the assessment on her discovering stages was interesting too.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team and to let you know that I genuinely believe you’d be hard pushed to find a childcare centre where the kids would have more enjoyable, engagement and discovering opportunities. Our daughter started in September 2019, since day 1 she has been as cheerful as can be.
The care and attention she receives is incredible. Her discovering and development is actively supported and tracked against the latest early years criteria.
No two days are the same, the only thing that is the same every day is that she comes home with the biggest smile.
All her nutritional needs are catered for also.
We sense incredibly lucky that we found Monkey Puzzle and unless something drastic changes, our daughter will be with the team here until she starts school. Ever since we booked in for a show around back in May 2019 we haven’t looked back.

Team are attentive and supportive also, to parents. Programs are designed to suit the development of the age but with a personal touch for each kid. Key workers really know the kids and assistance their growth and discovering. Welcoming setting helps your kid to settle in and build self‑assurance. Monkey Puzzle is an outstanding childcare centre in the village.

They have been going for three years now and I wouldn’t change it for the world now. The team are incredible and so loving towards my kids, which is very comforting when you’re at work. Monkey Puzzle is a cheerful and secure setting. my kids adore the team. My son and daughter have attended Monkey Puzzle since the ages of 10 months and 1 year old and they have loved every minute.

We can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work in looking after our daughter. She has learnt so much and has become independent and sociable. I consistently felt reassured that our daughter would be cared for. Due to a change in our family circumstances, we had to move away. It was quite heart wrenching to say the least that our daughter had to leave Monkey Puzzle. Gone but never forgotten.
Thank you all for giving our daughter the best start we could have hoped for. Our daughter is settling again now but it was very difficult to find somewhere new as the standards at Monkey Puzzle are the highest any parent or guardian could wish for. We miss everyone every day. Thank you so much. Our daughter joined Monkey Puzzle last October at 1 and a half years old.
