September 1, 2024 at 6:41 pmThe team are extraordinarily attentive and it shows: she speaks about them all the time at home in the most positive way and she loves them dearly. As a parent I sense informed, supported and also sense like the childcare centre is a very welcoming setting for me and my kid. The facilities are also really lovely, which contrasted quite significantly to some other nurseries in the area as their toys, furniture and other facilities are all of such a great spec and quality. I honestly could not suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter has been going here for a year now and absolutely adores it.

September 30, 2024 at 12:21 pmThe team are outstanding, providing a high level of care and are consistently on hand when needed. Highly suggest! A excellent nurturing setting, my son loves coming to childcare centre each day and when not there talks about his peers and minders with lots of joy.

October 6, 2024 at 10:23 amWe initially put him into childcare centre to develop his social skills. Cheerful to say that he gained self‑assurance by attending childcare centre. Monkey Puzzle offers a wide variety of food. He’s vegetarian and eats and tries a lot of food when there.
They have excellent facilities and large rooms. Highly suggest for parents looking for a childcare centre in the Greenford area. My kid has been attending for 2 years.

October 10, 2024 at 1:15 amIt took him a long time to adapt and to start enjoying it fully as he had not been able to go anywhere. Gradually I could see a positive change in him i.e he would not sit down to eat at home and now he does. Childcare centre has been a positive influence on him and I’m so pleased the team have done an incredible job at settling him in. My son knows all the team there and they have all contributed to his settling in this is evident as when I drop him off he knows all the team. Also, the childcare centre is constantly spotless and the safety of the kids is consistently ensured. I know I can relax when I send my son and equally he also enjoys going now. My son is a lockdown baby and I was worried for his social skills hence I decided to put him in childcare centre early to gain some skills.

October 13, 2024 at 5:43 amThe ground and management team, together with the owners are very attentive and expert. As my daughter’s first 2 years were impacted by Covid, she was clingy to us and had not had much social interaction. Since she joined the childcare centre, I have seen lots of positive changes in her behaviour, social skills, self-feeding ability, phonics, childcare centre rhymes and potty training amongst others. The daily activities they do at the childcare centre as well are incredible. The setting is very homely to the kids, the attention to detail and safety of the kids is their utmost priority which gives us, as parents, comfort knowing our kid is in great hands. I will also like to highlight they take food allergies seriously and any affected kids do not sense left out, their needs are catered and food prepared with all precautions. I highly suggest this childcare centre. I have been sending my daughter for over a year now and I look forward to send my second kid as well soon.

October 29, 2024 at 10:20 amAs a first-time anxious Mum, the thought of leaving my son anywhere without me was very very difficult but the team at Monkey Puzzle were so patient with us both and gave us the time and understanding that we both needed. I was impressed with the childcare centre from the outset. It was very spotless and very well thought out. But it’s the team that make the childcare centre the remarkable place that it is. Every single member of team has been so compassionate and accommodating.
My son is a different boy from the one who started Monkey Puzzle a year ago. He’s gone from crying every morning to happily attending each day and even telling me he misses Monkey Puzzle on the weekends! There is no peace of mind like knowing your kid is in a secure, supportive, nurturing and loving setting. Thank you Monkey Puzzle! At 2 years and 3 months (and a lockdown baby), my son was still very clingy to me and scared of the outside world when we joined Monkey Puzzle.

November 2, 2024 at 5:37 pmAs he was so young, I was so anxious about how he would be in a new setting. Surprisingly, he settled in quite quickly. Since then, every time I drop him off he quickly goes to the team and is so excited to start his day that he hurries to kiss me goodbye. I can see the development with his speech and social skills and for this I am very cheerful with our choice of childcare centre. The team and manager are so supportive and accommodating with our requests. I can also see how much they care about my son’s wellbeing. The childcare centre is spotless and well kept. I would definitely suggest Monkey Puzzle to everyone. My son started with Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre when he was a year old.

December 10, 2024 at 2:30 amHowever, after much thought, I have decided to speak about my journey. Firstly it is important to state that I would not suggest this childcare centre to anyone. If you care about your kid’s safety and well-being, I would highly suggest you avoid this childcare centre at all costs. When my daughter first attended, there were members of team which really helped and gave her the assistance she needed. However as time went on, they left and more and more team left. The turnover of the team was shocking. The owners of this childcare centre unfortunately are driven by money and don’t have the well-being of the kids at the forefront of their minds. My daughter was attacked supposedly by one other kid, a scratch was what I was told on the phone by the manager. I came to the childcare centre to pick up my daughter (who can’t talk) and I see her face has been battered. The team had conflicting stories from the CCTV footage which was seen by the owners (I was not allowed to see for myself what happened to my kid). This was a massive safeguarding issue and I was shocked to see how it was handled. I took my daughter out of this childcare centre for her own safety. Up to this day, I do not know the full story of what happened to her. It has taken me a couple of months to decide whether or not to write this review.
