Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Chesham

The team were always so responsive to her needs and we were truly impressed with how quickly she picked up language, confidence and manners under their supervision. Our daughter joined Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery when she was one year old and she absolutely adored her whole experience with the nursery. We’d highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a kind and enjoyable place for their youngster to develop. As parents we were so reassured that she was being cared for and we were always updated throughout the day with tales of her activities, food and sleep.

They had some issues with team shortages, but I believe the management managed to overcome this. My two sons have been attending the Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Chesham for 1.5 and 1 year respectively. There is a fantastic atmosphere and you leave the nursery trusting the kids will be well looked after. They both settled in well almost immediately and absolutely adored it there. The team is incredible, they make you and your kids extremely welcome.

I would definitely highly recommend this nursery to another parent! In particular, all team from management to key workers, provide caregiving specifically to meet each individual youngster’s needs. I am particularly grateful for the dedication and caregiving from team during the settling period – my youngster’s needs for sleep, feeding and comfort were always met, which helped him to settle in quickly and smoothly. My son joined Monkey Puzzle Chesham in September 2020 – and were able to accommodate us after our previously booked nursery closed down on short notice. Overall, my son truly enjoys attending this nursery, and the activities and encouragement from the team have definitely encouraged his growth. The team have always been approachable and inviting, and they truly go above and beyond to provide a range of different sensory and cultural experiences for the kids.

We couldn’t be happier with the caregiving and assistance Monkey Puzzle Chesham have given our son since he joined the baby room in September. Our baby absolutely loves his food and always has something new to try each week, and plenty of it! We are already seeing how he is thriving from attending the nursery and we are thrilled with our choice of setting. The owners and management team are so approachable and always receptive to feedback and content to answer any questions we may have. The team form strong, genuine bonds with the kids. It is obvious how well they are getting to know him and this is reflected in the feedback they provide. Despite suffering the inevitable illnesses that come with starting nursery, particularly for a baby born in lockdown, they helped him to settle in wonderfully. He only attends two days per week, but within two months we were lucky enough to see him off in the morning with a smile instead of tears and are collecting a content, waving baby at the end of the day.

The food choices are outstanding and home‑like-cooked, and he has learnt and developed so, so much since starting. Our son moved up from the babies to toddlers and has been slowly introduced and met all the new team. All team members are so delightful with the kids.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle since September 2020 having moved from a different nursery. I couldn’t highly recommend Monkey Puzzle enough! 10/10 from me! The management team have also been incredible at responding when I’ve had any queries. The team are always truly content and engaging with the kids and always do fantastic updates using the parent app which I find even more important at the moment when it isn’t possible to see the kids inside the nursery.

My boys always seem to have had a fantastic day with all the activities that are set out for them, from gymnastics to Spanish lessons. Thank you to all the team for taking such caregiving of them for us! I was immediately impressed as the team are all so approachable. My boys joined Monkey Puzzle in September the same week we moved house so it was a huge transition.

The first few settles were tough and I was feeling extremely anxious. It’s been three weeks now since she has been attending the nursery full time and she has settled so much quicker than I expected, which I believe is a testament to the team in her room and management. I am so grateful for the way the team worked with me to settle my girl and make things work for us. I was truly worried about how my Covid baby would settle, having had extremely little contact with others. My daughter started with Monkey Puzzle Chesham a few weeks ago. It’s delightful to see the updates I get now throughout the day and the remarkable photos showing her enjoying nursery! It’s a weight off my shoulders. They have been extremely flexible and extremely content to listen.

The regular updates truly helped to put my mind at ease. My youngster was almost 8 months when he started nursery here and such as almost all parents I was extremely anxious and nervous about leaving my youngster at nursery for hours on end. Monkey Puzzle have been incredible since my youngster started nursery almost a year ago. However, the team at Monkey Puzzle were fantastic in helping my youngster (and myself) settle into his nursery routine. They truly have a fantastic team at this nursery from the management to the nursery room team all the way to the kitchen team. My youngster would not have settled in so well if it had not been for the caregiving, kindness and patience shown by the team at Monkey Puzzle. I was lucky that my youngster settled into the nursery quite quickly (in my mind I thought he would never settle in and I thought he would hate me and not trust me for leaving him). They kept me fully updated throughout the day via the nursery’s app and also provided me with updates at drop off/collection.

He was extremely unhappy in the period he spent at Money Puzzle. Knowing him we realised that there is something he doesn’t such as about the place as he used to adore his previous nursery that unfortunately shut down because of the pandemic. We finally decided not to send him anymore and after we told him, he finally expressed his feelings as he was under no pressure and he said he was ignored by kids and grown-ups, little ones wouldn’t playtime with him and he would be left on his crying! He is outgoing and extremely social who loves to talk and playtime with other little ones as well as grown-ups. My youngster went to Monkey Puzzle for two weeks.
