Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bedford

Excellent child-centered nursery. My daughter loves her days at Monkey Puzzle. She really enjoys all the activities and the outdoor play area. She has made some lovely little friendships with the other children. I Highly recommend the nursery and have found all the staff to be very helpful. They have even encouraged her to join in more during meal times!

Being a first-time mother and having to go back to work full time I was really reluctant to put my baby girl in a nursery, I viewed 3 or 4 and monkey puzzle was the only one that really stood out to me. My daughter struggles when I drop her off but staff are there straight away to comfort and distract her. She has been going for a couple of months now and whenever I pick her up she is always so content and happy. Compliments to all the wonderful staff in the baby room including the room leader, who has been absolutely fantastic with reassuring myself and making sure my daughter is well looked after. Messy play is heavily encouraged which my daughter loves and they really encourage her to develop herself. I have noticed that my daughter is more keen to try finger food and her motor skills have really improved as the nursery identify areas for development. I am so thankful for having such wonderful people look after my daughter and would definitely recommend.

Monkey Puzzle is just ace! My little girl has been attending full time since she was 10 months old and she will be 2 in December. She has always been happy to be there from leaving her early in the morning to picking her up in the evening! She just loves to be around the baby room staff and the children. The staff keep her so busy throughout the day and I get to check in on her using the fantastic web portal and learning book they have set up. They upload her daily timeline to reflect what she has been doing during the day and they post lots of pictures so I can always check on how she is doing. The staff are so welcoming and caring and I can just tell my little girl is settled there. I have recommended Monkey Puzzle to a few people and am excited for my little one’s transition to there toddler room.

I am so delighted with how the manager and her team have turned this nursery around. The team are all so lovely, engaged, warm and welcoming. My sons love it there and it’s just so nice to feel they are being well cared for and nurtured while I’m at work in London. If I could shower them with awards I would. For now, all I’ll say is go and visit, I can’t recommend the nursery enough.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle since she was 9 months old and is now preparing to leave for school. I absolutely love the nursery and cannot fault them for all the time and effort they put into looking after my child and helping her to learn and grow. She had learnt so much over the years and I truly believe she wouldn’t be the wonderful little girl she is today if it wasn’t for the help and support from all the staff at Monkey Puzzle. It’s a very loving, clean and fun environment. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have two children at Monkey Puzzle, both of them have attended from about 11 months old. My eldest is now in pre-school room and my youngest is in the baby room. I can’t fault this nursery, my kids are so happy and content here. They have so much fun. I’m told the food is delicious and they always seem to have a good variation of healthy options. More recently they have catered to my child’s allergies. They’re cautious with sun cream and sun hats in the summer, but they’re also not afraid to wrap up warm and play outside in the colder months too. I love the parent app, it means I’m kept up to date with what they’re doing and eating through the day, I love getting photo updates too. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our child has been attending here for roughly 7 months in the baby room and it has been outstanding!
We are provided with regular updates on food and activities throughout the day as well as frequent observations on the various aspects of our child’s development.
The nursery is communicative at all times, the staff are professional and friendly and the venue itself is well maintained and clean.
Our child has flourished at the nursery, making friends and learning new things. I believe that is in no small part thanks to the wonderful staff and leadership putting the hours in.

Monkey Puzzle, it’s not just a nursery, it’s a home, a family, a warm and welcome place to be. My daughter loves being at nursery. She loves all the teachers as her own mum and this makes me love this nursery. I always want the best for my daughter and everyone from Monkey Puzzle – it’s delivering this every day. I couldn’t ask for anything else. I took the best decision of taking her to Monkey Puzzle from age 1. Monkey Puzzle doesn’t just help my daughter, all staff helped me a lot to deal with a difficult situation I had with my daughter (from teething and late-night sleep to advice on good night sleep that I struggled with). Everyone showed so much support to me and my daughter and I’m so thankful everyday. I would like to thank everyone individual for all the hard work they’ve delivered everyday to make my daughter happy, proactive and dedicated. My daughter learns so much everyday and so do I. I couldn’t ask for anything else.

After searching for a nursery for a while I came across Monkey Puzzle. From the start they have been very informative and supportive, including start dates.
No question is too silly and they are always happy to help.
Settling in days was coordinated brilliantly, they are always keeping you updated via the app where you can track everything, naps, food, nappy changed etc. which calms my nerves.
Although my children have not been there for an extremely long time they have already come along heaps and bounds especially socially.
Nothing to fault, overall a kind, loving nursery where you see children thrive.

Extremely happy with Monkey Puzzle Nursery, Bedford. All staff are fantastic and very friendly, provide excellent food choices, real-time app to see nappy changes, food eaten/not eaten, nap times etc.
Management are very approachable and friendly and they always go above and beyond to support my son and me.
My first impressions of our ‘show around’ were outstanding cleanliness, amazing sensory room, large gardens and such lovely staff.
Fantastic nursery and will highly recommend them.
