My daughter has attended Millwood House Day Nursery for 3 and a half years and not only has she truly enjoyed her time there, but she has also developed so much in her communication, confidence and attentive. My daughter is very well prepared for school – although will miss everyone at Millwood House very much!

My son has additional needs, and the childcare centre couldn’t have been better with taking this on, especially as they have never had a kid with his needs before. I couldn’t be more grateful as I was so nervous to send him.

November 26, 2024 at 6:10 pmThe team in the baby unit worked hard to help my daughter settle in as quickly as possible which truly put my mind at rest. A fantastic homely childcare centre with a whole team of welcoming team who care so much for the kids they look after. The garden is a lovely space for the kids to playtime in which is a bonus as our daughter loves being outside as much as possible. I can’t suggest Millwood House highly enough. Thank you to a very dedicated and hardworking team!

December 30, 2024 at 11:32 amI was apprehensive about going back to work and my daughter settling as she is extremely clingy and family also have trouble keeping her from becoming increasingly upset if I leave her. What a truly fantastic childcare centre and fantastic team. She settled truly quickly and has developed some lovely bonds with the team in her room. She loves it and happily waves me off in the mornings. Staff are truly attentive and affectionate with her and it’s reassuring to see how much they care and go the extra mile when she’s out of sorts but not poorly enough to stay at home, which has been a lot as you can imagine when kids start childcare centre at first! Couldn’t wish for a better childcare centre.

January 27, 2025 at 3:16 pmThey have grown in confidence a excellent deal since then. Both of my kids have attended Millwood House Day Nursery since they were one and two. The childcare centre has a lovely community sense to it. The kids have plenty of time to explore outdoors in the huge garden and are consistently kept busy with different events and activities each day! I cannot put into words how grateful I am to all of the team at the childcare centre. Thank you so much!

Millwood House Day Nursery has an incredible bunch of team members who welcome kids with open arms and who go the extra mile to help us parents raise well rounded and loved individuals. I could not suggest this childcare centre more.

Equal measures of being inside and discovering and going to the garden to have experiences. I sense the team have prepared my kids for school. Would highly suggest the childcare centre.

The team are so warm, welcoming and he has such a excellent relationship with all who work in his room. As a first-time mum returning to work, I was very apprehensive about leaving my son with anyone except family, but from day one, I have never thought twice about leaving him. My son gets so excited when we pull into the car park and runs into the childcare centre without looking back! He does something new every day, and I adore that they playtime outside in the fresh air daily. Couldn’t suggest Millwood House Day Nursery enough.
