I and my husband are very happy with the Mill House Day nursery. Our child has been attending every day since she was about 10-months-old, she is over two now. All the staff are knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and always helpful. They communicate any changes, issues or information thoroughly and efficiently. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere in the nursery, and our child has bonded well with staff. It is a great environment for our child, and it gives me great comfort that when we leave our child there, we leave her in good hands.

My daughter was the happiest to go to this lovely nursery. All staff are professional and helpful, there is a good option of food, and the nursery is very clean and tidy and there is a new outdoor area. Only have good words for all the staff and management.

My daughter attends this nursery and it literally feels like we are dropping her off with family every day. She absolutely loves it, has learned so much and the staff are all extremely friendly and caring. I cannot fault the nursery at all. They are always adding new features and the outdoor space is massive for a London nursery full of lots of exciting things for the children. But it’s the people who work there which make this nursery exceptional. They genuinely care. Our baby boy will be starting in a few months and I have absolutely no hesitations about sending him. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for around 2 years. Never had any issues, the staff are always welcoming with positive energy. Feels like in a big family house really. When my daughter started I didn’t feel any pressure from the nursery staff in terms of how much time I can stay with my child/how many setting in day I can have etc.
I like the fact that they cook fresh meals on site. Also, when my daughter started she spoke zero English and the manager went the extra mile and wrote down some keywords in our home language in order to communicate with my child. My daughter has never said that she doesn’t want to go to the nursery even for 1 day and she seems to be happy there.
The team is always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your hard work!

Very welcoming nursery, with a great team of staff who genuinely love working with kids and all go the extra mile for each and every child.
My grandson attends the nursery who are very accommodating to my daughter with a varied work pattern. The garden is amazing, the staff create pretend shop stands and all sorts to teach the children who love attending nursery. I have never seen a nursery like it. They also celebrate and acknowledge children’s backgrounds. They even bought my grandson a Ramadan present. They are very thoughtful and also work very hard at teaching the children to get them ready for school. My grandson has attended since he was 18 months and is nearly 4 years old. My other grandson changed nursery several times due to the settings at other nurseries. 10/10. We will miss the nursery when my grandson goes to school.

Our son has been attending Mill House Day Nursery for two years now. We are very pleased with the nursery, activities, agenda, and overall experience that our son and we as parents have received over the last two years. Professional and reliable staff who have become a part of the family to our son and us. Highly recommended!

Mill House Day Nursery is a rare find. The staff and setting are absolutely outstanding! The consistency of communication, level of care, exciting activities, great menus, educational fun is second to none. All staff members truly care about the day-to-day welfare of the children and my son has never been happier, asking to go on his days off! I really couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Great place for our daughter to grow, learn and play. She started nursery with absolutely no knowledge of English and became a real ”chatterbox” thanks to all her amazing teachers.
From day one she was thriving, and absolutely loves going to the nursery (keeps asking for it during weekends).
Friendly staff, perfect service and fabulous setting.
I can’t thank you enough for all your efforts.
Really happy that we’ve found you and we’ll miss you a lot in September.

Fantastic! Staff are really professional and friendly. They cater to my child’s needs. When we started, my daughter had to have 9 ‘settling in’ sessions as she was a Covid baby. The staff didn’t mind, they took the ‘settling in’ sessions at my daughter’s pace.
Recently my daughter has refused to eat lunch with her room, staff take her to the office and she eats lunch in there where she feels a bit more comfortable.
It is a home away from home environment, which I think is brilliant. Staff are really efficient in responding to emails.
The garden/outside space is the best I’ve seen for a nursery in the area. Children learn through music, rhyme and play etc. My daughter is learning different shapes through song, she also learnt “days of the week” through song.
Issues or complaints are dealt with professionally and quickly. I recommend this nursery to parents I speak to, I think it’s fantastic!

Our Son’s time at Mill House was phenomenal. He grew in so many ways there. The staff are caring, nurturing, thoughtful and compassionate. Helping our son to flourish. He adored the staff and the activities, games and learning opportunities they provided him. The outside space in particular was fantastic. Their hard work meant he was so well-placed to begin school this year. The management team are superb, so proactive, understanding and accommodating. They really get what being a working parent is like and always go above and beyond to support. The Mill House community was something really fantastic and meant we were able to arrange playdates and ensure our son’s very earliest friendships have continued despite going to different schools to some of his friends. I cannot recommend Mill House highly enough. Our son attended a chain nursery before moving to nursery when we moved home. We wished he’d started at Mill House sooner. They are fantastic!

Mill House Nursery provides a home away from home for my two children. I know they are being cared for, having fun and learning in a safe environment with true professionals who go the extra mile. The outside facilities are the best I have seen locally and they encourage positive mental and physical development tailored to the child and their needs.

Millhouse is an absolutely outstanding nursery, I cannot rate them highly enough. They are incredibly personable and also extremely professional. We have got one daughter currently in preschool and are currently settling in our second daughter in the baby room. The settling-in process is very thorough, with both the child and the parent’s best interests taken into consideration. It is very much a collaborative process and I have felt supported throughout.
My daughter in preschool is very happy every day at nursery and genuinely seems to look forward to going in. We were briefly at a different nursery before but moved as we relocated. Whilst the other nursery was really great, this nursery is even better. At Millhouse, all of the staff are very approachable, and there isn’t a disconnect between office staff and the nursery room staff. They all seem to work together. All of the office staff seem to know all of the children by name, which really helps with making drop off seamless.

We were nervous to let our little one go to nursery as you hear some horror stories but we have been so pleasantly surprised by Millhouse. We wish we sent her there earlier. The staff are so amazing and friendly. She had settled in wonderfully and loves going every day. She comes home all the time with something new she had learned and stories of the fun she had. 100 out of 10 in all aspects. Just absolutely love them!

For the past three years, I have had my children attending Mill House starting in the baby room, toddlers and preschool. At all times, I have been very happy with the care and attention that the staff have given to both of my daughters. Both girls have grown and developed in leaps and bounds whilst in their care, and sometimes it’s a struggle to get them out of there at the end of the day. All the staff I have come across have shown dedication to the children, and the management are always available to deal with any questions/requests that parents might have. I have and will continue recommending Mill House as I know that my children are in excellent hands.

Our daughter started attending the nursery this year and I am glad we made the best choice. The nursery promotes the well-being of children by providing a nurturing environment, ensuring there are enough trained practitioners at all times which is excellent.
Although our daughter is still gradually settling into her new environment, there is no doubt she loves it at Mill House Day nursery and we as parents do too. I recommend it to others especially if you need a quality, safe, caring and great learning/play space for your child.

I can’t be any happier with all the team at Mill House, 1000 words aren’t enough! They are like an extended family to us and the kids. The smell of good food, the cheerful smiles, the can-do and helpful attitude creates such a positive energy for all who interact with them. It couldn’t be any homier.
Aside from the great education, ample outdoor space, creative activities and caring staff, I would like to say that the nursery has managed to create an environment for the relationships between the parents of different kids to grow. This is via the daily pick-up and drop-off chats and the well-attended events organised by the staff to create a truly wholesome community spirit. What a celebration! I genuinely feel blessed to be living so close to this wonderful nursery and I would say that it’s well worth a commute to know that your kids are in the right hands. Can’t recommend them enough! If you have a chance to send your children here and you’re after a family, grab it!

An absolutely outstanding nursery. It’s clear the staff work amazingly hard to create a safe, exciting and caring environment for children to develop and explore within. The nursery itself is looked after and has exceptional facilities, and the staff go above and beyond to provide great support and communication to parents.
One daughter had been here from twelve months old and really enjoyed it, and has recently started school (and is loving it in no small part to the nursery!) and our other daughter has recently started and is equally happy and excited to go there.

My daughter has been in Mill House Day Nursery a couple of years now and has moved from the baby room to the toddler room and now the pre-school room. It has been a delight seeing her grow up and make these transitions in Mill House (and, of course, a source of immense pride for me). I am very well-informed of everything that is happening with my daughter when she is at Mill House and the transitions have been very well managed, in a way that suits my daughter rather than be something pre-conceived based on her age. And now that I am thinking about reception and primary, Mill House has been very active in working with the schools I am considering, both to help me prepare and make them aware of what my daughter needs and where she is in her development. All the staff know my daughter well and seem to genuinely care about her well-being and her development. Really feels like a wonderful community at Mill House and really happy that my daughter is part of it.

As a mother, it is so comforting to see how excited and happy my daughter is when she goes to nursery every morning. She loves her teachers, mentioning that everyone in the nursery is extremely friendly and caring. Her development has excelled over the last months which is great to see. They also have lots of fun activities which my daughter loves! So happy I chose Mill House nursery.

My oldest daughter was at Mill House Day Nursery from 10 months old until 4 1/2, it really was a wonderful experience for her and fully prepared her for starting school. The staff are brilliant, always finding ways to encourage her individual interests and build her confidence and independence. I also found that they go the extra mile with parents – my daughter struggled with nursery drop offs for a couple of weeks after the first period of lockdown, and the staff would always call or message me after I’d left to let me know she was now settled and happy, playing with her friends etc., which I really appreciated. My youngest also started there at around 10 months and at nearly 2 now she is happy, confident and her language has developed very quickly. She loves going to nursery, especially the garden activities, and has formed great bonds with the staff. I’m so happy we found Mill House and would recommend it to anyone!
