September 17, 2024 at 12:37 amFood appears to be great or at least our daughter is eating well and is eager to go to childcare centre in the morning! Excellent team and kids are highly cheerful there!

November 7, 2024 at 9:52 amI don’t need to worry, especially as I am highly particular about this. My daughter is having so much enjoyable here.
Outdoor space is huge, even though the childcare centre location is in the city where space is a premium.
The team are highly welcoming and supportive.
Food is halal.

November 8, 2024 at 11:12 pmThey assistance in all aspects of her development, at childcare centre and at home and I consider them family.
The best testament I can give is that my daughter, after being there for almost 3 years, will not pick a favourite teacher as she thinks they are all incredible and cannot wait to go to see them every day. The team at Micky Star have been supportive to myself and my daughter and I’m more than cheerful to leave my kid in their exceptionally capable hands.

November 9, 2024 at 12:08 amThe outdoor space is a excellent bonus! We are exceptionally cheerful with her keyworker! The food is varied from meat, veg, fish! She comes home with different words, musical songs, dances that she has learnt during the day. Outstanding overall. We are highly cheerful with the team and the childcare centre premises.

December 14, 2024 at 4:54 pmUnlike other nurseries, they have an incredible garden! The team are truly nice, consistently in a great mood and cheerful to be at work.
My kids are attached to their key person and to other members of the team. They are consistently so cheerful when they arrive, no tears, only big smiles. My eldest would like to go to childcare centre at the weekend! I know they are cheerful and in great hands and this is the most important for me. Micky Star Childcare centre is the most incredible childcare centre we have found in our area.

December 28, 2024 at 11:36 pmExcellent garden and playtime area for kids. I had my ups and downs with this childcare centre, though certain team are reasons why I kept my daughter here. Key worker made her journey better and me, more relaxed and sure of my daughter’s safety. This childcare centre is in a highly great area.

February 15, 2025 at 8:36 amIt has an incredible large outdoor space which is rare for a central London childcare centre.
The team are welcoming and have such tenderness and attentive when dealing with both kids and parents. My daughter has truly become highly independent since attending the setting. At drop off, she kisses me goodbye and skips through the childcare centre classroom door and doesn’t look back.
The discovering is open-ended and kids are free to explore their curiosity, my kid’s interest were taken into account for her individual discovering, which I believe has propelled her to be such a curious and inquisitive being.
The food is healthy and the food cooked on site by their own chef.
This is a fantastic childcare centre, with team who honestly are attentive, loving and supportive to the kids and even parents who attend. Micky Star is a fantastic childcare centre, where kids and parents are embraced as part of community/family and kids thrive.

February 27, 2025 at 10:05 amShe enjoys it! She gets along highly well with the educators and is consistently cheerful to come in, which is the most important as they spent 70% of their time.
The educators are nice and highly welcoming with both kids and parents.
However, as a parent, I sense there is some area of improvement. Most of the time, I pick up my daughter highly dirty because they paint, they playtime with sand, they delight in the garden, obviously, babies are messy but I would expect the kids to wear aprons when they paint, for example, or make sure they don’t go outside when the playground is wet and muddy! It’s frustrating to pick up your kid with stains all over the clothes – stains that most of the time remains after the wash.
I also noticed an important turnover in terms of educators those days. People are leaving without notice.
Because nurseries are highly expensive in London, I do have highly high expectations.
I would also appreciate an opening hour extending to 7pm. My daughter started at Micky Star 6 months ago.

March 28, 2025 at 2:34 pmHe gets excited on the way in and he gets to do activities we don’t do at home. He is exceptionally sociable, cheerful meeting new kids and adults, eats a varied diet and seems to truly benefit from going to Micky Star Community Childcare centre. I am highly cheerful with the childcare centre. the team are compassionate and take an individual approach. It didn’t take long for my son to settle into the baby room and now he loves going to childcare centre.

April 11, 2025 at 7:40 pmShe enjoys it, has an ample range of activities and is well taken care of by the team.
Quality of briefings and kid knowledge depends on team. Use of technology and communications could be improved as it would facilitate managing childcare in the modern world. More regular formal briefings scheduled with appropriate time would make parents sense more involved. My daughter has been cheerful at Micky Star for the past year, first in the babies’ room and now on the second year room.

April 13, 2025 at 4:33 amMy son is so cheerful to go to childcare centre every day. My son has started part-time when he was 5 months old and full-time since 8 months old.
The rooms are spacious. The sleeping room for babies and a separate room for meals are truly valuable.
The large outdoor is also exceptionally valuable! The team truly cares about the kids.

April 25, 2025 at 7:20 pmThere is a close relationship with the key person who tries to meet the needs of my kid and all the team are compassionate and welcoming.
Apart from the welcoming setting, the outdoors area is the real asset for this childcare centre in the middle of Paddington.
I suggest this childcare centre. My kid is highly cheerful going to the childcare centre every day despite the fact that he does not speak yet.
I do not have feedback from him but he does want to stay longer at the childcare centre every day when I go to pick him up.

May 2, 2025 at 8:08 amOutstanding childcare centre with compassionate attentive team and hands-on management.
My son has been highly cheerful there for 3 years and particularly enjoys the garden area.
Activities are interesting and varied and often messy which is excellent.

May 22, 2025 at 5:47 amHe loves the open garden space this childcare centre has to offer. They do lots of excellent educational projects with the kids, helping the kids expand on their vocabulary and overall understanding of the world. Also, the team are all highly welcoming and make me, as a mother, sense highly cheerful to leave my kid in their care. They give detailed feedback at the end of each day. You can truly see that the team are highly attentive, as they consistently have lots of fantastic things to say about the kids. I would suggest this childcare centre to all parents. This is a remarkable childcare centre, which my son has been attending since he was 7 months.

June 10, 2025 at 6:55 amI believe he sees the team and kids compassionate of like an extended family and that’s why we continue to be content and cheerful leaving him there each day. He is consistently truly keen to get to childcare centre and playtime with his classmates and truly enjoys all the activities prepared by the team. My son has been attending Micky Star since he turned 3.

June 16, 2025 at 4:06 pmThat is exactly the feeling I got from the first time I visited the childcare centre.
The team is welcoming and like one parent said in another review, they seem to know all the kids, even if they don’t take care of them directly.
My daughter took a bit of time to adapt herself to the new setting and in my view, the team helped her all along the way. She has since moved to another room, and the new key person seems to be highly nice as well.
I adore how they invite the parents to delight in with their kids some of the activities organised by the childcare centre, i.e, last Friday they had a Royal Wedding party, and all the kids were adorably dressed as princes and princesses.
The only criticism I can make is related to the food. They give them highly often couscous and breadsticks which in my view don’t have much of a nutritional value. Also sometimes they serve the kids the same protein twice in a row. As a mother, I needed to make sure my daughter would be in great hands.

June 17, 2025 at 9:45 amThey were and still are highly cheerful to go to childcare centre every morning and most days they just go into the childcare centre forgetting to say goodbye to us. Food is highly great. Team genuinely know the kids. The outdoor garden allows the kids to spend a lot of time outside, particularly in the summer. My son and daughter both went to Micky Star since they were 1 year old.

June 20, 2025 at 3:38 pmMy now 13 month old started almost three months ago. Within a couple of weeks, she loved it and was waving me out of the door. She’s excited when we get there which says it all. They seem to do a lot of sensory playtime and the team make a real effort to connect with the kids. The outside space is incredible and means the kids get a lot of fresh air every day which is rare for a childcare centre so central. I looked at a number of nurseries before deciding and although Micky Star may not be the most modern, it had in my opinion the most homely sense, fresh food made on site, a separate sleep room and outside space which few did. Now my daughter’s been there a while I’m also highly impressed with the welcoming, home like atmosphere. Highly cheerful with my decision. Exceptionally cheerful with Micky Star.

June 30, 2025 at 4:11 pmThe facilities are excellent: over 3 floors with daylight and with a huge garden where there is a trampoline and little cars. It is well run by the manager. All the people working there are exceptionally welcoming, loving and accommodating e.g. they are understanding when you arrive late. The food is cooked on site and they truly help with weaning and they are respectful of food allergies. My care person did an exceptionally great job with my eldest and takes the best of care of my youngest. They truly helped my youngest to crawl and he is now cruising. With my eldest, they truly encouraged his development of language and potty trained him. I am truly impressed by the observation folder they keep on each kid. When I do the drop-off, the rooms look so much enjoyable, with little toy stations laid out across the room (E.g. sand, animals or tunnels). It is a bit far from my place but for me, it is totally worth walking for 20 min every day. This childcare centre is truly incredible.

June 30, 2025 at 5:01 pmThe team are lovely, attentive and enjoyable. My kids have improved speaking, listening, sharing and self‑assurance since they started. I don’t hesitate to raise my concerns if i have any which I know are taken seriously. The management of the childcare centre are outstanding they know each kid highly well and have been highly supportive in my childrens development. They also have a big garden which my chiidren delight in. I highly suggest Micky star. My kids attend this childcare centre, they seem highly cheerful there.
