September 7, 2024 at 3:08 amThey’ve picked up my kid strengths and do a lot of work with him on them. They also have put a plan in place with activities for his weaknesses. Each evening I get a detailed handover of his day which is excellent because we see how much enjoyable he has at childcare centre each day. Ruperts is a remarkable childcare centre.

The team encouraged your kid to take part in all the songs/games/activities increasing your kid’s self‑assurance every day. Keep up the outstanding work! October 5, 2024 at 12:19 pmHe started his sessions during lockdown due to Covid-19 and the team at Ruperts Day Childcare centre were absolutely fantastic in arranging for us to see the childcare centre and to meet his key person safely before his first settling sessions. We adore that compared with many other nurseries, Ruperts Day Childcare centre is a small childcare centre with small group sizes, which creates a family-like attentive atmosphere. Our son immediately had a fantastic and trusting relationship with his key person, he quickly made new friends and has learnt lots of new skills. Everyone at Ruperts Day Childcare centre has been very welcoming, supportive and we have one hundred percent trust that our son is in great hands. We are regularly sent photos and observations via an online platform and we also get a weekly newsletter. The activities and resources at Ruperts Day Childcare centre are comprehensive and their outside playtime area is remarkable. We highly suggest Ruperts Day Childcare centre! Our son has been at Ruperts Day Childcare centre for four months now and we could not be happier with it.

During these three years my son has had different key persons and all of them have been incredible in taking care of him, encouraging him, supporting him and loving him. I am very cheerful about the team and the childcare centre itself and I will miss them a lot when my son will start primary school. My son has attended Ruperts Day Childcare centre since he was one.

When I initially went to take a look at Ruperts, I knew it was the childcare centre for us and they really have not disappointed! I highly suggest this childcare centre! March 10, 2025 at 7:27 pmMy eldest has a excellent relationship with his key worker, and she knows him so well and what he likes to do/what he needs to learn. My youngest was quite clingy over lockdown, but actually walked straight through the door without saying bye the other day! My only negative would be team turnover has been higher in recent months, which makes it difficult to create long-standing relationships. Other than that, this is a excellent childcare centre! Both of my kids go to this childcare centre and they adore it.

March 29, 2025 at 11:00 amThe kids are loved and well looked after. My daughter took to the place and settled very quickly. The team are so homely, smiley and very supportive. They encourage the kids and try to provide actual structured playtime/activities.
The kids have a set routine for every day and it is there for parents to view. The set menu for the week is sent the Friday prior and it helps the parents plan home meals accordingly. Team take suggestions and requests on board very quickly and with no fuss.
The childcare centre is not too big but I think this has added to the charm of the place as the kids are all together and are genuinely cared for.
The kids look very cheerful, spotless (no smelling of their tea on faces and hands etc) at home time and very well rested.
Never believe anyone who tells you kids do not get attention at nurseries because they do get one on one attention at Ruperts. Overall I’m so pleased with this place. Well done. My daughter has been going for 2 weeks.

April 13, 2025 at 3:38 pmShe settled in really quickly and built a excellent bond with her key person and she consistently enjoys attending. We adore that the group sizes are relatively small compared to other nurseries we looked at and I sense that really suits her. The outdoor space is absolutely remarkable and that was another big factor for us wanting to send our daughter there.
The team are consistently communicative and expert, and I appreciate that they spend time with us at the end of the day at handover to talk about the day and what the kids have been doing (it never feels like they are rushing). We also adore the weekly newsletters and pictures/videos posted on their app, it gives a excellent insight into what they are focusing on each week, this has been particularly valuable since we haven’t been able to go into the childcare centre during COVID. Thank you to the whole team at Maple House! My daughter has been attending Maple House Day Childcare centre for 7 months now and we are so pleased with the journey.

The manager is consistently around to help with any enquiries and we receive lots of information about our daughter’s development and what she does at childcare centre. The daily sheet we get at the end of the day is excellent for letting us know how she has been and we also receive a weekly newsletter packed with information and photos of all the fantastic things they do! The childcare centre is spotless and full of lovely resources. The menu is excellent and the outdoor space is remarkable. Our little girl gets excited when we pull onto the drive and we sense cheerful that she is in the best hands when we go to work each day. Highly suggest! I am so pleased we chose Ruperts for our daughter.
